Claims (18)

  1. Sicherheitselement, welches dazu ausgelegt ist, wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Botschaften (M1, M2) unter wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Betrachtungsbedingungen zu offenbaren, umfassend einerseits einen Stapel aus mindestens:
    - eine erste, wenigstens teilweise durchscheinende Lage (2'),
    - und eine letzte Lage (4', 20)
    und, andererseits:
    - auf der Vorderseite der ersten Lage (2') mindestens eine von wenigstens einer Motivschicht (5) gebildete erste Botschaft (M1),
    - zwischen der ersten Lage (2') und der letzten Lage (4', 20), zumindest eine zweite Botschaft (M2), die von wenigstens einer Motivschicht (7, 21) gebildet ist,
    - zwischen einschließlich der Vorderseite (R) der ersten Lage und einschließlich der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4', 20), zumindest eine erste, zumindest teilweise halbreflektierende Schicht (2''),
    wobei die erste Botschaft unter ersten Betrachtungsbedingungen sichtbar ist und die zweite Botschaft unter zweiten Betrachtungsbedingungen sichtbar ist, die sich von den ersten Betrachtungsbedingungen unterscheiden.
  2. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Lage eine zumindest teilweise halbreflektierende Lage (2) ist.
  3. Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die erste Botschaft (M1) bildende Motivschicht auf oder an der ersten, zumindest teilweise halbreflektierenden Schicht (2'') angeordnet ist.
  4. Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen der ersten Lage (2') und der letzten Lage (4', 20) eine zu der ersten Botschaft (M1) komplementäre Botschaft (M1') umfasst, so dass die erste Botschaft (M1) und ihre komplementäre Botschaft (M1') im Durchlicht nicht sichtbar sind.
  5. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen der zweiten Botschaft (M2) und der letzten Lage (4', 20) zumindest eine Schicht (26) aus einem Material umfasst, welches fluoreszierende, durch ultraviolette Strahlung anregbare Pigmente enthält.
  6. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die letzte Lage (4', 20) zumindest teilweise durchscheinend ist, vorzugsweise mit einer zweiten, zwischen einschließlich der Rückseite der ersten Lage (2') und einschließlich der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4') angeordneten, wenigstens teilweise teilreflektierenden Schicht (4''), wobei die letzte Lage (4') vorzugsweise wenigstens teilreflektierend ist und wobei dann, wenn das Sicherheitselement zwischen einschließlich der Rückseite der ersten Lage (2') und einschließlich der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4')eine zweite wenigstens teilweise teilreflektierende Schicht (4'') umfasst, die letzte Lage (4') vorzugsweise wenigstens teilweise teilreflektierend ist.
  7. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine wenigstens teilweise halbreflektierende Schicht eine Metallabscheidung aus einem Material umfasst, welches aus den folgenden Materialien ausgewählt ist:
    - Aluminium,
    - Silber,
    - Kupfer,
    - Gold,
    - Nickel,
    - Oxiden, Mischungen oder Legierungen aus einem oder mehreren dieser Materialien.
  8. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine zumindest teilreflektierende Schicht Bereiche hat, deren Lichttransmissionskoeffizienten unterschiedlich sind.
  9. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen einschließlich der Vorderseite der ersten Lage (2') und einschließlich der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4') wenigstens eine Schicht (30) aus einem Material mit hohem Brechungsindex umfasst, wobei die Schicht mit hohen Brechungsindex vorzugsweise eine Beschichtung aus einem Material umfasst, welches aus den folgenden Materialien ausgewählt ist:
    - Titandioxid,
    - Zinksulfid,
    - transparente anorganische Verbindung mit einem Brechungsindex von mehr als 2,
    wobei die die Schicht mit hohem Brechungsindex Bereiche mit unterschiedlichen Brechungsindizes aufweist.
  10. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen einschließlich der Rückseite der ersten Lage (2') und einschließlich der Vorderseite der letzten Lage (4') wenigstens eine teilweise opake Schicht hat, wobei die teilweise opake Schicht eine Metallbeschichtung umfasst.
  11. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4', 20) zumindest eine dritte Botschaft (M3) umfasst, die von zumindest einer Motivschicht (6) gebildet ist, wobei die dritte Botschaft (M3) unter dritten Betrachtungsbedingungen sichtbar ist, die sich von den ersten und zweiten Betrachtungsbedingungen unterscheiden, und es vorzugsweise zwischen der ersten Lage (2') und der letzten Lage (4', 20) eine zu der dritten Botschaft (M3) komplementäre Botschaft (M3') umfasst, die von einer Motivschicht (7) gebildet ist.
  12. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen der ersten Lage (2') und der letzten Lage (4', 20), eine zumindest teilweise transparente ZwischenLage (3) umfasst, welche eine zu der ersten Botschaft (M1) komplementäre Botschaft (M1') und/oder eine zu der dritten Botschaft (M3) komplementäre Botschaft (M3') und/oder eine zweite Botschaft (M2) umfasst.
  13. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen der ersten Lage (2') und der letzten Lage (4', 20), eine Schicht (14) umfasst, die mindestens ein Hologramm enthält.
  14. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen einschließlich der ersten Lage (2') und einschließlich der letzten Lage (4', 20) eine Schicht (16) umfasst, die transparente, reflektierende, orientierte Plättchen enthält.
  15. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der den Stapel bildenden Lagen (2', 3, 4') miteinander verbunden sind, insbesondere durch mindestens eine Schicht Klebstoff, die zwischen mindestens zwei den Stapel bildenden Lagen eingebracht ist.
  16. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf der Vorderseite der ersten Lage (2') und/oder auf der Rückseite der letzten Lage (4', 20) eine zumindest teilweise transparente Schutzschicht (10) umfasst.
  17. Sicherheitselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Motivschichten durch Drucken gebildet ist.
  18. Sicherheitsdokument mit einem Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, wie beispielsweise ein Reisepass, ein Personalausweis, ein Führerschein, eine interaktive Spiel- oder Sammelkarte, ein Zahlungsmittel, insbesondere eine Zahlungskarte, eine Banknote, ein Einkaufsgutschein oder eine Wertmarke, ein Sicherheitsetikett, eine Fahrkarte, eine Treuekarte, eine Vorteilskarte, eine Mitgliedskarte oder ein spezielles Zahlungsmittel wie beispielsweise ein Jeton oder Chip, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Casinos.
