Household appliances for installation in a furniture niche, for example built-in refrigeration devices such as built-in refrigerators, built-in freezers or built-in fridge-freezers, are usually fixed in the furniture niche using fastening sets. The mounting kits consist of plastic components, for example, which are connected by screws on the one hand to the household appliance and on the other hand to a base plate or a cover plate of the furniture recess. The EP 2 607 825 A2 relates to a household appliance combination, wherein two household appliances are arranged side by side with a gap between them. A cover strip and a connection structure for connecting the cover strip serve to cover the gap. An upper connector includes a one-piece connector plate attached to the household appliances. The connecting plate has a plurality of holes through which the connecting plate can be fastened to the household appliance, for example with screws.

From the WO 2007/062917 A1 a device for covering a gap between a housing of a household appliance and an opposite surface is known, which has two profile elements, one for securing the surface and the second is designed to secure the housing. A coupling part is mounted on the household appliance and then on an adjacent piece of furniture. The coupling part, which is stamped in one piece from sheet metal, comprises a rectangular base plate and fastening tabs. Slots and slots in the base plate each limit intermediate pieces.

From the EP 2 239 527 A2 a household appliance with a body is known which has a door hinged to the body and a frame surrounding the edges of the door. The frame forms a side wall of a groove open towards the front and a sheet-like anti-pinch element extends from the door into the groove.

The DE 296 11 645 U1 describes a built-in household appliance in which, with the aid of a piping, a gap is covered between the furniture remodeling and the appliance. The piping has elastically deformable elements distributed over part of its length.

Due to an excess of the width of the furniture niche compared to the width of the household appliance, there is a gap between the vertical walls of the furniture niche and the side walls of the household appliance. This gap either remains permanently visible in a household appliance installed in the furniture niche or it is closed with a piping to prevent contamination and to achieve a more attractive appearance. Such a piping is for example from the DE 198 53 627 A1 is known and is attached to a ferromagnetic side wall portion of the household appliance by means of a magnetic material.

Depending on the size of the gap between the vertical wall of the furniture niche and the side wall of the household appliance, the gap is covered by a piping or more less successful. In particular in the case of high household appliances and the associated gaps extending over a large vertical distance, the piping can, in spite of magnetic adhesion, become detached from the household appliance in sections, so that a small gap is formed.

The present invention is based on the object of providing a fastening set for fastening a household appliance, in particular a household refrigerator, in a furniture recess, a household appliance, in particular a household refrigerator, with an inner container delimiting a storage space, with outer walls, with insulation material arranged between the inner container and the outer walls and to provide with a backing part arranged on the insulation side on a side wall and to specify a method for fastening a household appliance, in particular a household refrigeration appliance, in a furniture niche, wherein the household appliance is to be securely and precisely fastened in the furniture niche and the possibility of covering vertical gaps between a vertical wall of the furniture niche and a side wall of the household appliance is to be improved.

This object is achieved by a fastening set, a household appliance and a method according to the independent claims.

The present invention solves this by means of a fastening set for fastening a household appliance, in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance, to a vertical wall of a furniture recess, comprising a fastening plate for connecting to both the household appliance and the wall and also comprising an intermediate piece for connecting to both the wall and with the mounting plate.

By attaching the household appliance to a vertical wall of the furniture niche, it is possible to create a precisely defined gap between the wall of the furniture niche and the side wall of the household appliance. The attachment of an additional cover element for this gap, for example a piping, is thus much easier and leads to significantly improved results. In addition, an exact central positioning of the household appliance within the furniture niche is made possible, so that, for example, one is fastened to a door of the household appliance Furniture front can assume an optimal position when opening the door. Finally, the fixation of the household appliance within the furniture niche is improved overall by creating an additional fastening option. These advantages come to light particularly with high household appliances.

In order to ensure correct positioning of the intermediate piece on the fastening plate, so that, for example, bores in the intermediate piece are aligned with bores in the fastening plate, it is provided that the intermediate piece has a depth stop for defining a depth position in relation to a front wall of the household appliance. In particular, it is provided according to the invention that the intermediate piece can be pushed in the depth direction onto the fastening plate mounted on the household appliance and the depth stop defines an end position when it is pushed on.

In principle, the fastening plate and the intermediate piece could each consist of a different or an identical material, for example plastic or metal. It is also possible that the fastening plate and / or the intermediate piece consist of a single material or consist of several materials. Preferably, the mounting plate and / or the intermediate piece each consist entirely of a single material. A particularly stable fastening within the furniture niche, which also allows slight deflections in the vertical wall to be compensated for, can be achieved in particular by the fastening plate being made of metal. This is preferably a metal sheet, for example a stamped part. The fastening plate is preferably a flat component with a substantially uniform thickness. An inexpensive and easy-to-assemble solution results if it is provided that the intermediate piece consists of plastic. In this way, movable elements, such as a cover or a compensating body, integrally molded onto the intermediate piece, can be directly molded on. For example, the intermediate piece is an injection molded component. The fastening plate and the intermediate piece are preferably each formed by a single, ie one-piece and one-material, component.

In order to facilitate assembly on the household appliance, the invention provides that the intermediate piece can be connected to the fastening plate in a form-fitting and / or non-positive manner. In particular, a captive connection between these two components can be made possible. The intermediate piece can thus be connected, for example, to the fastening plate already fastened to the household appliance, and the household appliance can then be inserted into the furniture niche without the intermediate piece having to be secured against falling off. According to the invention, an integral connection, e.g. an adhesive connection, conceivable between the mounting plate and the intermediate piece.

It is preferably provided that the fastening plate has a contact section for connection to the household appliance. This can be achieved by means of a substantially rectangular section with appropriate fastening means, e.g. Holes to be formed for connection to the household appliance. It is possible that the intermediate piece is also attached to this contact section. However, in order to enable a simple connection of the intermediate piece to the vertical wall of the furniture niche, it is provided according to one embodiment that the fastening plate has at least one projecting tab onto which the intermediate piece can be pushed. This tab can protrude from the contact section in one plane and thus protrude from a body of the household appliance, at least when the door is open, when a mounting plate is mounted. The fastening plate preferably has two tabs. These can be formed on two opposite edges of the mounting plate. The fastening plate is preferably mirror-symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the surface plane of the fastening plate, so that the assembly is further simplified.

The connection of the mounting plate with the household appliance on the one hand and the mounting plate with the vertical wall on the other hand is preferably carried out via screws. According to the invention, it is provided that the fastening plate has openings for connecting, in particular screwing, to a side wall of the household appliance. The connection of the mounting plate with the household appliance on the one hand and the mounting plate with the vertical wall on the other hand is preferably carried out via screws. According to one embodiment, it is provided that the intermediate piece has a cover for, at least partially, covering the fastening plate. The penetration of dirt and the risk of injury from sharp edges can be prevented. It is preferably provided that the cover covers the entire section of the fastening plate projecting over a front face of a body. Bores of the intermediate piece are preferably also covered by the cover, so that the screw heads are covered in the case of an intermediate piece screwed to the wall.

If a two-part or multi-part intermediate piece is used, the cover can be attached to the intermediate piece in a form-fitting and / or non-positive manner. A simpler assembly results, however, from the fact that the cover is arranged in one piece on the intermediate piece, preferably that the cover is hinged to the intermediate piece via a film hinge. The closed lid can be held non-positively and / or positively. It is possible that part of a latching connection is formed on the lid, so that the lid can be latched when closing.

In order to be able to use the fastening set in household appliances with different widths equally in furniture niches with the same width, the invention provides that the intermediate piece has at least one compensating body for optionally increasing, in particular doubling, a thickness of the intermediate piece. The compensating body can be inserted between the vertical wall and the remaining intermediate piece, so that it can be inserted in particular after the intermediate piece has been fastened to the fastening plate. According to one embodiment it is provided that the compensating body is arranged in one piece on the intermediate piece, preferably that the compensating body is articulated on the intermediate piece via a film hinge. It is possible that the compensating body is connected to the rest of the intermediate piece via two webs having the film hinge. It is also possible that two or three compensating bodies are provided. These could be attached in such a way, for example again via film hinges, that they can be pivoted into the area to be covered by the cover when they are not required. It is also possible that the compensating body at a doubling of the thickness of the intermediate piece is pivoted onto a first surface of the intermediate piece, while the cover can cover a second surface of the intermediate piece opposite this. In order to facilitate assembly, it is provided according to one embodiment that a fastener storage is attached to the intermediate piece. This can, for example, be integrally formed in the manufacture of the intermediate piece by an injection molding process and the fastening means, e.g. Take up screws, captive. The fastener storage is preferably connected to the intermediate piece via a predetermined breaking point in order to be able to separate it without tools. It is preferably provided that fasteners, in particular screws, are accommodated in the fastener storage.

It is preferably provided that only the fastening set is required for fastening the household appliance to the vertical wall of the furniture recess. In particular, only the intermediate piece is arranged between the vertical wall of the furniture recess and the side wall of the household appliance, where the fastening plate is attached to the household appliance.

A household appliance according to the invention of the type described at the outset is characterized in that the side wall has at least one opening for fastening the fastening plate of a fastening set according to the invention, and in that the backing part has a receptacle for a fastening means which is aligned with the opening. The receptacle is thus accessible from the outside and can be formed, for example, by a blind hole. The backing part preferably has an apron on the foam side in order to prevent foam from penetrating into the receptacle or from the penetration of foam through the opening. The mounting plate can be screwed into the mount with screws. For this purpose, the fastening plate preferably has at least one bore and the side wall has at least one opening or the backing part has a receptacle, so that the fastening plate can be screwed on in a defined position. Preferably, only the fastening plate is screwed onto the household appliance and the intermediate piece is positively connected to the fastening plate.

In the manufacture of the household appliance, the backing part could be attached to the side wall by means of adhesive tapes before the insulation material was introduced. In order to ensure simple manufacture and high positional accuracy of the backing part, however, it is preferably provided that the backing part is positively and / or non-positively connected to a housing component of the household appliance. For example, the backing part can have holding sections with which it is connected to a groove in the side wall receiving the inner container or to a vertical bar of the household appliance.

In order to be able to use identical backing parts for household appliances, the distance between the groove and the side wall varies, for example taking two different dimensions across different models, according to one embodiment it is provided that the backing part has two holding sections arranged at different distances from the side wall for positive locking and / or has a non-positive connection to the household appliance and only one of the holding sections is positively and / or non-positively connected to a housing component, in particular to the side wall, the household appliance or a vertical bar of the household appliance.
