Claims (26)

  1. Karton zur Aufnahme von wenigstens einem Artikel, wobei der Karton umfasst:
    wenigstens ein Feld (1815; 2015), das wenigstens teilweise ein Inneres des Kartons bildet; und
    wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) zum Schützen des wenigstens einen Artikels, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe entlang einer seitlichen Faltlinie (1901; 2101) faltbar mit dem wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) verbunden ist und zwischen einer ersten Position, die im Wesentlichen parallel zum wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) ist, und einer zweiten Position, in der die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) relativ zum wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015), worin die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013 relativ zum wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) gefaltet ist, bewegbar ist;
    wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) eine Längsfalte (1917; 2117), eine erste Ecke (1909; 2109), die von der Längsfalte (1917; 2117) um eine erste Strecke (D3) beabstandet ist, und eine zweite Ecke (1911; 2111) aufweist, die von der Längsfalte (1917; 2117) um eine zweite Distanz (D4) beabstandet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Distanz (D4) größer ist als die erste Distanz (D3) der Artikelschutzklappe, wodurch eine Asymmetrie vorliegt.
  2. Karton nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite Ecke (1911; 2111) zum Eingreifen in das wenigstens eine Feld (1815; 2015) dient, um ein Falten der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) aus der zweiten Position in die erste Position zu verhindern.
  3. Karton nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) einen ersten Abschnitt (1921; 2121) umfasst, der faltbar mit einem zweiten Abschnitt (1923; 2123) entlang der Längsfalte (1917; 2117) verbunden ist, wobei der erste Abschnitt (1921; 2121) die erste Ecke (1909; 2109) umfasst und der zweite Abschnitt (1923; 2123) die zweite Ecke (1911; 2111) umfasst.

Karton nach Anspruch 3, wobei der erste Abschnitt (2121) und der zweite Abschnitt (2123) jeweils entlang einer allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) mit einem zentralen Abschnitt (2125) der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (2013) faltbar verbunden sind, wobei sich die Längsfalte (2117) von der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) aus erstreckt.
  5. Karton nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (2013) einen zentralen Abschnitt (2125) umfasst, der wenigstens teilweise durch eine allgemein V-förmige Falte (2127) und die seitliche Faltlinie (2101) definiert ist.
  6. Karton nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich die Längsfalte (2117) von einem Scheitelpunkt der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) zu einer freien Kante des Artikelschutzvorsprungs (2013) hin erstreckt.
  7. Karton nach Anspruch 5, wobei die allgemein V-förmige Falte (2127) zum wenigstens teilweisen Aufrechterhalten der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (2013) in einer allgemeinen Keilform in der zweiten Position dient.
  8. Karton nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend wenigstens einen Vorsprung (1928), der sich seitlich von einem zentralen Abschnitt der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) erstreckt, wobei der wenigstens eine Vorsprung (1928) aus wenigstens einem Einschnitt (1926) gebildet ist, der sich in der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) erstreckt.
  9. Karton nach Anspruch 8, wobei der wenigstens eine Einschnitt (1926) wenigstens teilweise bogenförmig ist.
  10. Karton nach Anspruch 8, wobei der wenigstens eine Vorsprung (1928) den wenigstens einen Gegenstand in der zweiten Position der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) wenigstens teilweise in Eingriff nimmt, um die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813) teilweise in einer allgemeinen Keilform in der zweiten Position zu halten.

  13. Zuschnitt zum Ausbilden eines Kartons zum Aufnehmen von wenigstens einem Artikel, wobei der Zuschnitt umfasst:
    wenigstens ein Feld (1815; 2015) zum wenigstens teilweisen Ausbilden eines Inneren des aus dem Zuschnitt gebildeten Kartons; und
    wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) zum Schützen des wenigstens einen Artikels, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) entlang einer seitlichen Faltlinie (1901; 2101) mit dem wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) faltbar verbunden ist und zwischen einer ersten Position, die im Wesentlichen parallel zum wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) ist, und einer zweiten Position, in der die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) relativ zum wenigstens einen Feld (1815; 2015) gefaltet ist, bewegbar ist;
    wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) eine Längsfalte (1914; 2117), eine erste Ecke (1909; 2109), die von der Längsfalte (1917; 2117) um eine erste Distanz (D3) beabstandet ist, und eine zweite Ecke (1911; 2111) umfasst, die von der Längsfalte (1917; 2117) um eine zweite Strecke (D4) beabstandet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Strecke (D4) größer ist als die erste Strecke (D3), wodurch die Artikelschutzklappe somit asymmetrisch ist.
  14. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 13, wobei die zweite Ecke (1911; 2111) zum Eingreifen in das wenigstens eine Feld (1815; 2015) dient, um ein Falten der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813; 2013) aus der zweiten Position in die erste Position zu verhindern.

Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 15, wobei der erste Abschnitt (2121) und der zweite Abschnitt (2123) jeweils mit einem zentralen Abschnitt (2125) der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (2013) entlang einer allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) faltbar verbunden sind, wobei sich die Längsfalte (2117) von der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) aus erstreckt.
  17. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 13, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (2013) einen zentralen Abschnitt (2124) umfasst, der wenigstens teilweise durch eine allgemein V-förmige Falte (2127) und die seitliche Faltlinie (2101) definiert ist.
  18. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 17, wobei sich die Längsfalte (2117) von einem Scheitelpunkt der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) aus zu einer freien Kante des Artikelschutzvorsprungs (2013) hin erstreckt.
  19. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 17, wobei die allgemein V-förmige Falte (2127) zum wenigstens teilweisen Aufrechterhalten der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (2013) in einer allgemeinen Keilform in der zweiten Position vorgesehen ist.

Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 13, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813) wenigstens einen Einschnitt (1926) zum Ausbilden wenigstens eines Vorsprungs (1928) aufweist, der sich seitlich von einem zentralen Abschnitt der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) in der zweiten Position der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) aus erstreckt.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abstand (D4) größer ist als der erste Abstand (D3), so dass die Artikelschutzklappe daher asymmetrisch ist.
  24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, wobei der erste Abschnitt (2121) und der zweite Abschnitt (2123) jeweils entlang einer allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) faltbar mit einem zentralen Abschnitt der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (2013) verbunden sind, wobei sich die Längsfalte (2117) von der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) aus erstreckt, wobei das Falten des wenigstens einen Artikelschutzvorsprungs (2103) relativ zum wenigstens einen Feld (2015) das Falten des ersten Abschnitts (2121) und des zweiten Abschnitts (1923; 2123) entlang der allgemein V-förmigen Falte (2127) umfasst.
  26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, wobei die wenigstens eine Artikelschutzklappe (1813) wenigstens einen Einschnitt (1926) in einem zentralen Abschnitt der wenigstens einen Artikelschutzklappe (1813) umfasst und das Falten wenigstens das Ausbilden eines Vorsprungs (1928) umfasst, der sich seitlich vom zentralen Abschnitt aus erstreckt.
