Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscher (1) für einen Boiler umfassend einen zylindrischen Körper (2) mit einer Längsachse (W), der an seinen beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden (9, 10) geschlossen ist und eine seitliche zylindrische Oberfläche (8) aufweist, wobei der genannte Körper (2) einen Innenraum (12), der eine wärmetauschende Rohrvorrichtung (3), wie zum Beispiel eine Spule, enthält, die mit seinen beiden freien gegenüberliegenden Enden verbunden ist, sowie Einlaßöffnungen (16) und Auslaßöffnungen (15) an dem genannten Körper (2) des Wärmetauschers (1), aufweist, wobei ein Fluid, zum Beispiel Wasser, in der genannten wärmetauschenden Rohrvorrichtung (3) kreist, wobei der genannte Körper (2) mindestens zwei Portionen (20, 21) umfasst, wobei jede davon einen Teil der seitlichen zylindrischen Oberfläche (8) des genannten Körpers (2) bestimmt, wobei die genannten beiden Portionen (20, 21) durch abnehmbare mechanische Befestigungsmittel wie zum Beispiel Schrauben (25), Schnappverschluss oder Zugstangen miteinander verbunden oder aneinander befestigt sind, wobei diese Portionen (20, 21) freie Enden (20A, 21A) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (20A, 21A) in einer schrägen Ebene (P) relativ zu der Längsachse (W) des zylindrischen Körpers liegen, wobei die genannten Portionen (20, 21) an den genannten freien Enden (20A, 21A) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dichtelement (23) zwischen den freien Enden (20A, 21A) der genannten ersten und der genannten zweiten Portion (20, 21) vorhanden ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte erste Portion (20) eine Auslassbohrung (5) für die innerhalb des Wärmetauschers (1) erzeugten Abgase oder Verbrennungsprodukte umfasst und damit einstückig ist und durch einen grundsätzlich ebenen Flachdeckel (27), der mit Versteifungsrippen (28) versehen ist, an einem seiner Enden geschlossen ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (5) zum Auslass der Abgase einer Platte (29) zugeordnet ist, um das Kondensat oder das Regenwasser aus einem mit dem Boiler verbundenen, herkömmlichen Verbrennungsluft-Saugrohr zu sammeln, wobei die genannte Platte einstückig mit dem Körper (2) des Wärmetauchers ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) einen Kondensatableiter (6) für das durch die genannte Platte (29) gesammelte Wasser umfasst und damit einstückig ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Element oder Verlängerungsstück mit gegenüberliegenden Rändern komplementär zu den Enden (20A, 21A) der genannten ersten Portion und der genannten zweiten Portion (20, 21), die jeweils einen Teil der seitlichen Oberfläche (8) des Körpers des Wärmetauschers bestimmen, zwischen den genannten Portionen eingesteckt wird, wobei das genannte Element oder Verlängerungsstück ermöglicht, die Größe entlang der Längsachse (W) des Körpers des Wärmetauschers zu erhöhen.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte zweite Portion (21) ein Ende (32) hat, die dem sie mit der genannten ersten Portion (20) verbindenden Ende (21A) gegenüber liegt, wobei das genannte Ende eine Durchbohrung (33) umfasst, die ermöglicht, einen herkömmlichen Brenner in den Wärmetauscher einzustecken, wobei der Brenner an den in den Wärmetauscher einfliessenden gasförmigen oder flüssigen Brennstoff handelt.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Trennplatte (35) enthält, wobei die genannte Platte mit einer Isolierplatte (37) zusammenwirkt, wobei die genannte Trennplatte (35) den Innenraum (12) des Wärmetauschers aufteilt und ihn mit der wärmetauschenden Vorrichtung (3) verbindet.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wärmetauschende Vorrichtung (3) in der ersten und in der zweiten Portion (20, 21) des Wärmetauschers mittig angeordnet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Portion (20, 21) des entsprechenden Körpers (2) Öffnungen oder Verteiler (15, 16) umfasst oder damit einstückig ist, um den Wärmetauscher mit externen Einlassrohren und Auslassrohren für das Wärmeübertragungsfluid zu verbinden, wobei die genannten Öffnungen oder Verteiler (15, 16) die freie Ende (13) der genannten wärmetauschenden Vorrichtung (3) aufnehmen.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Hülsen (39) umfasst, die den genannten Öffnungen oder Verteilern (15, 16) des Wärmetauschers (1) zugeordnet sind und die sich eignen, mit der genannten wärmetauschenden Vorrichtung (3) zusammenzuwirken und sie in der genannten ersten und in der genannten zweiten Portion (20, 21) des Wärmetauschers mittig anzuordnen.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Metall-Schutzelement zwischen der wärmetauschenden Vorrichtung (3) und mindestens einer der den Körper (2) des Wärmetauschers (1) bestimmenden Portionen (20, 21) umfasst.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine erste (20) der Portionen aus einem Verbundmaterial besteht.
