Description

  • L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étiquetage électronique, plus particulièrement adapté au domaine de la parfumerie, des cosmétiques, de la parapharmacie ou de la pharmacie.
  • Dans ce domaine, les volumes disponibles pour les produits sont limités, les changements d'emplacement des produits sont fréquents. Il est alors nécessaire de prévoir un dispositif d'étiquetage de dimensions réduites, une simplification des opérations d'accrochage et de décrochage des étiquettes électroniques, et une mise en place rapide des étiquettes électroniques devant les étagères.
  • Le document EP1318496A , est considéré comme l'état de la technique le plus proche.
  • Un but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif d'étiquetage électronique répondant à ces impératifs.
  • Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif d'étiquetage électronique avec étiquette apparente mince.
  • L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'étiquetage électronique constitué d'un support d'étiquettes et d'au moins une étiquette électronique ; le support d'étiquettes comportant une partie arrière apte à se fixer sur le bord d'une étagère, et une partie avant apte à recevoir une étiquette électronique ; l'étiquette électronique comportant un écran d'affichage ; caractérisé en ce que : la partie avant du support d'étiquettes est une plaque frontale présentant une gorge à profil en oméga, élastiquement déformable, en ce que l'étiquette électronique est constituée d'un écran d'affichage, d'un bloc électronique et d'une plaque de liaison, et en ce que l'écran porte sur sa face arrière une nervure à profil en oméga, apte à être insérée dans la gorge pour la fixation de l'étiquette électronique sur le support d'étiquettes.
  • Avantageusement, la plaque de liaison constitue, en arrière de l'écran, une base commune à l'écran et au bloc électronique, disposée à leur partie inférieure.
  • De manière avantageuse, la plaque de liaison est assez longue pour que l'espace compris entre la nervure et le bloc électronique soit assez large pour laisser le passage à la partie avant du support d'étiquettes et à sa gorge.
  • Avantageusement, l'étiquette électronique étant en place sur le support d'étiquettes, le bloc électronique est logé derrière la partie avant du support d'étiquettes et seul l'écran de l'étiquette électronique est visible.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortent de la description qui suit d'un exemple de réalisation donné à titre illustratif et non limitatif, avec références aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :

    • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective de l'étiquette électronique de la figure 2;
    • La figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif d'étiquetage électronique selon l'invention, mis en place sur une étagère.
  • Le dispositif d'étiquetage électronique selon l'invention se compose d'un support d'étiquettes et d'au moins une étiquette électronique. Le support d'étiquettes 1 se présente sous la forme d'un rail comportant une partie arrière 2 et une partie avant 3. La partie arrière 2 est constituée d'une plaque supérieure 4 destinée à être appliquée sur une étagère, et d'une plaque inférieure 5, cintrée, destinée à s'appliquer sous l'étagère, les deux plaques 4 et 5 jouant le rôle de pince enserrant le bord de l'étagère. La partie avant 3 est une plaque frontale présentant, dans sa zone médiane, une gorge 6 longitudinale, à profil en oméga, élastiquement déformable, l'ouverture de la gorge étant apparente sur la plaque frontale. La partie avant 3 du support d'étiquettes est apte à recevoir au moins une étiquette électronique 7.
  • L'étiquette électronique 7 est constituée de trois parties : un écran d'affichage 8, un bloc électronique 9 et une plaque de liaison 10. L'écran d'affichage 8 constitue la partie apparente de l'étiquette électronique 7 lorsqu'elle est en place sur le support d'étiquettes. L'écran d'affichage 8 est mince et ne contient que les éléments nécessaires à l'affichage visible sur sa face frontale. Sur sa face arrière 11, l'écran 8 porte une nervure horizontale 12 à profil en oméga. Les dimensions de la nervure 12 correspondent à celles de la gorge 6, de sorte que la nervure 12 est apte à être insérée dans la gorge 6 pour la fixation de l'étiquette électronique 7 sur le support d'étiquettes 1.
  • Le bloc électronique 9, disposé en arrière de l'écran 8, contient les éléments nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'étiquette électronique, tels que pile, circuits électroniques de télécommunication, microprocesseur et circuits de commande de l'écran d'affichage. Le bloc électronique 9 se présente sous forme d'un parallélépipède rectangle dont les dimensions en largeur et en hauteur sont sensiblement les mêmes que celles de l'écran 8, mais dont l'épaisseur est sensiblement supérieure.
  • La plaque de liaison 10 constitue, en arrière de l'écran 8, une base commune à l'écran 8 et au bloc électronique 9, disposée à leur partie inférieure, et elle est horizontale lorsque l'écran 8 est vertical. La plaque de liaison 10 contient les connexions électroniques entre le bloc électronique 9 et l'écran 8. Elle est suffisamment rigide pour que l'ensemble de l'étiquette électronique 7 ne soit pas sensiblement déformable. Elle est suffisamment longue pour que l'espace compris entre la nervure 12 et le bloc électronique 9 soit assez large pour laisser le passage à la partie avant 3 du support d'étiquettes 1 et à sa gorge 6.
  • La mise en place du dispositif d'étiquetage électronique se déroule de la manière suivante. Le support d'étiquettes 1 se fixe par sa partie arrière sur le bord d'une étagère 13, avec la plaque supérieure 4 au-dessus et la plaque inférieure 5 au-dessous de l'étagère. L'étiquette électronique 7 est placée sous la partie avant 3 du support d'étiquettes 1 et remontée, de sorte que la partie avant 3 et la gorge 6 du support d'étiquettes 1 s'insèrent entre le bloc électronique 9 et la nervure 12 de l'écran 8. La nervure 12 est placée en appui sur l'ouverture de la gorge 6. Une pression manuelle sur l'écran 8 entraîne l'élargissement élastique de l'ouverture de la gorge 6 et l'encliquetage de la nervure 12 dans la gorge 6.
  • Ainsi, lorsque l'étiquette électronique 7 est en place sur le support d'étiquettes 1, le bloc électronique 9 est logé derrière la partie avant 3 du support d'étiquettes 1, et seul l'écran 8 de l'étiquette électronique 7 est visible.
  • L'extraction de l'étiquette électronique se fait par pression manuelle en bas de l'écran 8 et traction manuelle en haut de l'écran 8.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif d'étiquetage électronique constitué d'un support d'étiquettes et d'au moins une étiquette électronique ; le support d'étiquettes (1) comportant une partie arrière (2) apte à se fixer sur le bord d'une étagère (13), et une partie avant (3) apte à recevoir une étiquette électronique ; l'étiquette électronique (7) comportant un écran d'affichage (8) ; caractérisé en ce que : la partie avant (3) du support d'étiquettes (1) est une plaque frontale présentant une gorge (6) à profil en oméga, élastiquement déformable, en ce que l'étiquette électronique (7) est constituée d'un écran d'affichage (8), d'un bloc électronique (9) et d'une plaque de liaison (10), et en ce que l'écran (8) porte sur sa face arrière (11) une nervure (12) à profil en oméga, apte à être insérée dans la gorge (6) pour la fixation de l'étiquette électronique (7) sur le support d'étiquettes (1).
  2. Dispositif d'étiquetage électronique selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plaque de liaison (10) constitue, en arrière de l'écran (8), une base commune à l'écran (8) et au bloc électronique (9), disposée à leur partie inférieure.
  3. Dispositif d'étiquetage électronique selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la plaque de liaison (10) est assez longue pour que l'espace compris entre la nervure (12) et le bloc électronique (9) soit assez large pour laisser le passage à la partie avant (3) du support d'étiquettes (1) et à sa gorge (6).
  4. Dispositif d'étiquetage électronique selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette électronique (7) étant en place sur le support d'étiquettes (1), le bloc électronique (9) est logé derrière la partie avant (3) du support d'étiquettes (1) et seul l'écran (8) de l'étiquette électronique (7) est visible.
