- Système utilisé dans le traitement d'une condition de laminite, ou d'une autre condition dérivée d'une mauvaise circulation et affectant la patte d'un animal présentant une zone de sabot, tel qu'un cheval, le système comprenant :(a) un élément d'enveloppement (20), présentant une longueur prédéfinie (32), ledit élément d'enveloppement présentant une pluralité de chambres individuellement gonflables (40, 42, 44, 46, 48), comportant une chambre la plus distale (40, 112) et une chambre la plus proximale (48), positionnées à des intervalles respectifs sur la longueur de l'élément d'enveloppement, ladite chambre la plus distale de ladite pluralité de chambres gonflables adaptée et conçue pour entrer en prise avec une partie compressible (82, 84) de la patte de l'animal exposée à la surface inférieure de la zone de sabot, ledit élément d'enveloppement comportant en outre un moyen (26) destiné à fixer de manière amovible l'élément d'enveloppement à la patte de l'animal ; et,(b) une source de pression régulable (116, 118, 120, 122, 124), ladite source de pression régulable étant adaptée à fournir une pluralité de cycles répétitifs, chacun desdits cycles répétitifs comprenant un premier nombre prédéfini d'intervalles de temps successifs, ladite source de pression régulable étant en outre adaptée à fournir pendant chaque intervalle de temps dudit un parmi lesdits cycles répétitifs, soit une pression prédéfinie d'une amplitude supérieure, PH, ou d'une amplitude inférieure, PL, à une chambre respective de ladite pluralité de chambres gonflables conformément à un motif d'onde prédéfini, dans lequel le motif d'onde prédéfini exige que pendant chaque intervalle de temps dudit un parmi lesdits cycles répétitifs, au moins deux chambres gonflables immédiatement adjacentes soient à une pression PH et au moins une desdites chambres gonflables soit à une pression PL, lesdites au moins deux chambres gonflables immédiatement adjacentes à une pression PH pendant le temps de chacun dudit cycle répétitif, en progressant depuis ladite plus distale et la plus distale suivante à la plus proximale et la plus proximale suivante.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément d'enveloppement présente un axe en long ou longitudinal et un axe horizontal perpendiculaire audit axe longitudinal, ladite chambre la plus distale desdites chambres gonflables s'étendant dans une direction sensiblement parallèle audit axe longitudinal, lesdites chambres restantes de ladite pluralité de chambres gonflables individuellement s'étendant sensiblement parallèles audit axe horizontal, ladite chambre la plus distale s'étendant de telle manière, lorsqu'elle est disposée sous la surface inférieure de la zone de sabot, de sorte qu'elle entre en contact avec au moins la zone bulbaire (84) et/ou le segment de fourchette (82) du coussinet digital de l'animal, lorsque l'animal est un cheval.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 comprenant en outre une botte (24) adaptée à être fixée de manière amovible au sabot de l'animal, ladite botte adaptée en outre à faciliter l'entrée en prise de ladite chambre la plus distale parmi lesdites chambres gonflables avec la partie compressible de la patte de l'animal.
- Système selon la revendication 3, dans lequel se trouve également inclus un coussin de semelle intérieure (114), ledit coussin de semelle intérieure étant adapté à être disposé entre une surface supérieure de ladite surface la plus distale et la partie compressible de la patte de l'animal exposée à l'intérieur de la zone de sabot.
- Système selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit coussin de semelle intérieure est adaptable pour être imprégné avec une variété de médicaments, comportant des médicaments vasodilatateurs et d'anesthésie topique.
- Système selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit coussin de semelle intérieure est adaptable pour être un facilitateur avec un système d'administration de médicaments chargé électroniquement.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite source de pression régulable est adaptée à fournir au moins un cycle de montée en puissance s'étendant sur un second nombre d'intervalles de temps successifs avant le début desdits cycles répétitifs, ledit cycle de montée en puissance comprenant une combinaison variable desdites chambres gonflables gonflées à PH et à PL conformément à une séquence prédéfinie basée sur ledit motif d'onde prédéfini.
- Système selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ladite source de pression régulable est adaptée à fournir au moins un cycle de remplissage avant la fourniture dudit au moins un cycle de montée en puissance, chacune desdites chambres gonflables est remplie à une pression inférieure à PH pendant ledit cycle de remplissage.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite source de pression régulable est adaptée à fournir au moins un cycle de remplissage avant le début desdits cycles répétitifs, chacune desdites chambres gonflables est remplie à une pression inférieure au PH pendant ledit cycle de remplissage.
- Système selon la revendication 9, dans lequel chacune desdites chambres gonflables est remplie à PL pendant ledit cycle de remplissage.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite chambre la plus distale de ladite pluralité de chambres gonflables (40, 42, 44, 46, 48) est disposée à l'intérieur d'une botte (24) fixée de manière amovible au sabot de l'animal, ladite botte (24) adaptée à faciliter l'entrée en prise de ladite chambre la plus distale desdites chambres gonflables (40, 42, 44, 46, 48) avec la partie compressible de la patte de l'animal.
- Système selon la revendication 11, dans lequel se trouve également inclus un coussin de semelle intérieure (114) et être disposé entre une surface supérieure de ladite surface la plus distale et la partie compressible de la patte de l'animal exposée à l'intérieur de la zone de sabot.
- Système selon la revendication 12, dans lequel ledit coussin de semelle intérieure (114) est adaptable pour être imprégné avec une variété de médicaments, comportant des médicaments vasodilatateurs et d'anesthésie topique.
- Système selon la revendication 12, dans lequel ledit coussin de semelle intérieure (114) est adaptable pour être un facilitateur avec un système d'administration de médicaments chargé électroniquement.
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite source de pression régulable comporte une boîte de régulation de vanne (120) et un tube respectif (28) pour raccorder ladite boîte de régulation de vanne (120) et des chambres respectives desdites chambres gonflables (40, 42, 44, 46, 48), ledit tube (24) présentant un diamètre intérieur prédéfini, ladite source de pression régulable en coopération avec ledit tube (28) étant adaptée à permettre un dégonflage d'urgence des chambres gonflables sous pression (40, 42, 44, 46, 48) en moins de quinze secondes.
