Description

The present invention relates to a device for tracing cross-country trails and a method for preparing cross-country trails and a snow groomer with a device for tracing cross-country trails according to the preambles of the independent claims.

Cross-country trails include two individual tracks at a desired distance, which the cross-country skis can steer and pick up in predetermined paths. Such tracks are pre-tracked using cross-country track devices in order to obtain a safe and comfortable track for cross-country skiers.

With the DE 32 06 976 A cross-country track device has become known, which is pulled through the snow by a pulling harness and creates a corresponding cross-country track. The device comprises a doctor blade, which presses the snow in a first step and gives it the so-called groove structure. The cross-country track device includes toe-in bodies, which press a first track into the fresh snow. Knives are arranged behind the toe-in body, which tear the track to the desired size. A doctor blade is arranged behind the knives, which presses snow that has fallen back into the track again. Downstream are track bodies, which press snow that has fallen back into the track and give the track its final shape.

Such a device is complex to manufacture and requires different settings depending on the snow conditions.

With the DE 34 20 210 a device for tracing or leveling cross-country trails has also become known. This device is also pulled over the snow, being carried essentially by a floating body arranged at the front in the direction of travel. There is a ripping device behind the floating body, which loosens and tears open the snow across the entire width of the track device. Following the ripping device is a milling machine, which also mills and crushes the snow over the entire depth. The snow is torn open and milled so deep that a cross-country trail can be pressed into the now loose snow. The milling machine is driven by a separate unit. Following the router there are track plates, which are preceded by a slide rail and which press the track into the snow that has now been prepared.

This cross-country track device requires a high drive power and, due to the extensive mechanical processing of the snow, a high pulling power of the pre-tensioned pulling device.

With the EP 2 468 959 A snow groomer and a device for tracing cross-country trails and a method for preparing cross-country trails according to the preambles of the independent claims are known.

The object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a cross-country track device is to be made available which is easy to use, requires little or no additional energy and improves the quality of the cross-country track.

This object is achieved by the devices and methods defined in the independent patent claims.

Further embodiments result from the dependent patent claims.

A device according to the invention for tracing cross-country trails comprises a plurality of track-pulling bodies for tracing a cross-country track. The device comprises several tear-open devices for tearing open ground as well as a milling device. The milling device is arranged in a direction of travel of the device in front of the track-drawing bodies and after the tear-open devices. A tear-open device is assigned to each track-drawing body, which tears open only an area corresponding to the width of the track-drawing body. The tear-open device is thus arranged in the direction of travel of the device in front of the respective track-pulling body.

The individual assignment of a tear-open device to the individual track bodies enables the substrate to be torn open at the point at which the cross-country track is drawn with the track draw bodies. The spaces between the individual tear devices remain free. The precise and precise tearing of the subsurface reduces the amount of energy that has to be introduced into the device. The subsurface is only partially torn open. Thus, the device is less susceptible to different surface conditions. The surface, in the present case, for example, loose snow or already pressed snow, can be worked on evenly. The device is also particularly suitable for processing very hard snow or ice.

Here and below, the tear-open device is understood to mean the part of a device which engages or can engage in the substrate and the substrate in a desired one Area torn open An external dimension of the tear-open device also relates to the part or area of the tear-open device which engages or can engage in the subsurface.

A space between the individual tear-open devices is preferably free, so that the subsoil, which is located between the tear-open devices and subsequently between the individual cross-country tracks, is not processed. The energy expenditure for tearing open and traces is thus minimized.

The track-drawing bodies are preferably arranged side by side in pairs. The associated tear-open devices are also arranged in pairs in a direction of travel of the device in front of the respective track-pulling body.

This means that a two-part cross-country track that complies with the norms in skiing can be produced in one step.

According to the invention, the device is designed such that the ratio of an outer dimension of the tear-open device transverse to the cross-country track to an outer dimension of the track-pulling body does not exceed 2: 1 and preferably [1.5: 1] and particularly preferably [1.1: 1]. The external dimension of the tear-open device is essentially understood to mean the dimension of the area torn open.

These conditions ensure that the subsurface is only torn open in the area of the track-drawing body. Unnecessary processing of the surface is prevented.

The ripping device of the device preferably has cutting knives.

Cutting knives are able to cut the subsurface, which reduces the resistance of the device when pulling through the subsurface and thus also reduces the energy expenditure for pulling the device.

Cutting knives can preferably be exchangeable. For example, different cutting knives with different cutting geometries are conceivable for different subsurface conditions. This also simplifies maintenance, as worn or damaged cutting knives can be replaced quickly and easily.

Die Fräsvorrichtung kann eine Fräswalze aufweisen. The milling device can have a milling drum.

This enables the torn surface to be processed evenly.

The milling device preferably has an engagement depth which does not exceed a track depth of the cross-country ski track and is preferably at most 50% and preferably at most 30% of the track depth. The engagement depth is particularly preferably 10% to 15% of the track depth. This also enables the energy input to be reduced. Depending on the nature of the surface, and especially in the case of existing cross-country ski trails that are topped up, it is possible and it suffices to process the track only in the area of the surface of the subsurface.

According to the invention, the device for tracing cross-country trails has exactly one milling device which is arranged between track-pulling bodies and tear-open devices. The tear-open devices are arranged in the direction of travel of the arrangement in front of the respective track-pulling body.

The arrangement with a single milling device simplifies the structure of the arrangement. In addition, the surface of the subsurface can be milled evenly across the width of several track-drawing elements. This means that a homogeneous cross-country ski run can be created.

According to the invention, a common milling device is assigned to a plurality of track-drawing bodies and has an external dimension transverse to the cross-country track, which has a common dimension of the Track-drawing body transversely to the cross-country track and in particular exceeds a common dimension of the tear-open devices transversely to the cross-country track. This dimension preferably exceeds the aforementioned dimensions by at least 5% and more preferably by at least 10%.

This ensures that a uniform surface can be obtained when tracing multiple cross-country trails.

The device can be pulled by a towing vehicle or can be arranged behind a towing vehicle in the direction of travel. The towing vehicle typically leaves lanes in the ground. Towing vehicles are manufactured in different sizes and have different widths. Typically, towing vehicles are 2.5m, 2.8m, 3.2m, 4.3m or 4.5m wide and leave a correspondingly wide lane. The external dimension of the common milling device is preferably larger than an external dimension of the lane. Lanes of the towing vehicle can thus also be milled over, so that a uniform surface can be obtained.

Bevorzugt übersteigt die gemeinsame Aussenabmessung der Aufreissvorrichtungen die gemeinsame Aussenabmessung der Spurziehkörper um mindestens 5%, bevorzugt um mindestens 10%.A common outer dimension of the tear-open devices transversely to the cross-country track preferably exceeds a common outer dimension of the track-pulling bodies transversely to the cross-country track. The common outer dimension of the tear-open devices preferably exceeds the common outer dimension of the track-pulling bodies by at least 5%, preferably by at least 10%.

Thus, the ripping device only processes the surface in the area in which the track-pulling bodies draw the cross-country trail. The energy input that has to be applied for the device and the tracing of the cross-country track has to be applied is reduced.

The milling device of the arrangement can have an engagement depth which does not exceed a track depth of the cross-country ski track and is preferably a maximum of 50% and preferably a maximum of 30% of the track depth. The engagement depth is particularly preferably 10% to 15% of the track depth.

This allows the surface to be worked on and also reduces the energy input required. In addition, a firm bed remains below the milled surface, which is conducive to the stability of the cross-country ski run and extends the durability of the cross-country ski run.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for preparing cross-country trails with a device as described here. The process includes the steps:
  • Tear open a surface
  • Milling the torn surface and
  • Traces of the underground.

The subsurface is torn open by means of the tear-open device assigned to the respective track-drawing body in an area which only corresponds to the width of the track-drawing body. According to the invention, the torn area does not exceed a ratio of 2: 1 and preferably 1.5: 1 and particularly preferably 1.1: 1 to an external dimension of the cross-country ski track transverse to the cross-country ski track.

This procedure enables the precise introduction of energy in the area of the later cross-country track and thus reduces the total energy expenditure that must be used to trace cross-country trails.

The subsurface is preferably milled to an engagement depth that does not exceed a track depth of the cross-country ski track and is preferably a maximum of 50% and particularly preferably a maximum of 30% of the track depth. The engagement depth is particularly preferably 10% to 15% of the track depth.

This also enables a uniform working of the surface and reduces the energy expenditure and favors the construction of the cross-country ski trail, as mentioned here.

The subsurface is preferably milled in an area which exceeds an external dimension of the cross-country ski track transverse to the cross-country ski track and in particular an external dimension of the torn area, preferably by at least 5% and particularly preferably by at least 10%.

A uniform design of the track, which leaves a high-quality optical impression, is thus achieved. The ripped surface is thus processed and given an even structure.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a towing vehicle and in particular a snow groomer with a device as described here.

This enables use on existing and new cross-country trails.

With the snow groomer, the device can be pulled in the direction of travel. The energy consumption for the production of cross-country trails and the energy requirement of the snow groomer is reduced. The snow groomer can move faster, which saves time when tracing the cross-country trails.

Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of a pair of tear-open devices 11 in a perspective view. Sliding shoes 110 are assigned to the tear-open devices 11. The sliding shoes 110 rest on the surface of the subsurface and prevent the tear-open devices 11 from sinking too deeply into the subsurface. The tear-open devices 11 and the sliding shoes 110 assigned to them are arranged on a cross member 111 which can be fastened to a snow groomer. The height of the tear-open devices can be adjusted via hydraulic cylinders 112. With the hydraulic cylinders 112, the contact pressure of the tearing devices 11 against the ground can also be adjusted.
