Description

The invention relates to a lock cylinder with a movable relative to a housing core, with at least one projecting into a closing channel of the core Stiftzuhaltung for scanning of Schließausnehmungen a key inserted into the lock channel, with a guided in the housing housing pin and a guided core core pin and a spring element for biasing the housing pin against the core pin, with a first narrow diameter guide portion of the core as viewed from the lock channel for guiding a correspondingly shaped first guide collar of the core pin and a second large diameter guide portion of the core for guiding a correspondingly shaped second guide collar of the core pin, and with a tapered, extending from the first guide collar into the closing channel end of the core pin extending tip end.

The FR 2 802 234 A1 and the FR 2 802 233 A1 each discloses a lock cylinder in which the core pin has a small diameter portion near the lock channel and a large diameter edge remote from the lock channel. The core pin is reliably guided even if it is completely pushed out of the closing channel.

Such a lock cylinder is for example from the EP 0 937 843 B1 known. In this lock cylinder, the first guide collar of the first guide portion and the second guide collar of the second guide portion guided. The guides of the guide collars are made by immersed in the closing channel state of the core pin until the spring element is compressed to block. Thus, the core pin is reliably guided over its entire range of motion of the first two leadership bonds. The core pin thus has a very high resistance to tipping. By this tilting security, the lock cylinder, however, only a small protection against an unauthorized unlocking attempt of the lock cylinder by means of the so-called picking method.

Furthermore, from the DE 10 2004 011 637 B4 a lock cylinder has become known in which the second guide collar is arranged on the housing pin facing the end of the core pin. The second guide collar can thus penetrate into the housing even with a very small axial displacement of the core pin. Such an axial displacement already arises upon insertion of a key authorized to close into the closing channel. Even a slight rotation or preload of the core then causes the core pin tilts and hooked between the core and the housing. Thus, the justified closing is made difficult by the strong tilting tendency and the hooking of the core pin.

The invention is based on the problem to design a lock cylinder of the type mentioned so that it provides a high level of protection against unauthorized unlocking by the picking method and yet can be conveniently closed by means of the authorized key.

This problem is inventively solved in that the first guide collar is separated from the first guide portion in the position of the core pin which has just been completely pushed out of the closing channel.

By this configuration, the first guide collar is separated from the first guide portion when the core pin is pushed deeper into the housing than by the key with the closing recess provided for closing. Such a deep immersion of the core pin is usually done when unauthorized closing the lock cylinder according to the picking method. As a result, a smooth tilting of the core pin and thus a blockade of Schließzlinders when using the picking method is possible. Conversely, the first guide collar is reliably guided by the first guide section when the lock cylinder is closed with the key authorized to close. Thus, the core pin can not tilt when using the authorized to close the key. The lock cylinder can therefore be closed particularly comfortably with the key authorized to close.

The core pin allows according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the scanning of very deep locking recesses of the key, when the length of the tip end of the core pin is longer than the length of the closing channel next guide portion.

A sufficient distance of the circumference of the tip end to the first guide portion can be easily ensured according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the tip end adjacent to the first guide collar taper, adjoining the taper pin and adjoining the pin itself has tapered Kernstiftepitze for sensing the locking recess of the key. This design allows a free tilting of the core pin when the core pin is pushed deeper into the housing than is possible by the closing recess provided for closing.

An entanglement of the core pin when justified closing can be largely avoided according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the taper is designed continuously. The continuous taper is preferably formed as a chamfer.

The core pin is supported in the one end position according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention of all guide collars when a core hole is formed with the two guide portions as a stepped bore and if a paragraph between the guide portions as a stop for supporting the second guide collar in remote from the lock channel key is trained. This design prevents accidental entanglement of the core pin when inserting the authorized key in the lock channel.

A blocking of the lock cylinder upon depression of the core pin out of the closing channel can be easily achieved according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the core pin has a third guide collar at its end facing the housing pin, if the third guide collar has the same diameter as the second Guide collar and when the core pin between the second guide collar and the third guide collar has a constriction. With this design, the core pin entangles with an initial rotation of the core with the constriction in the parting plane between the housing and core. This blocks the further movement of the core and the movement of the core pin.

FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a portion of a lock cylinder 1 with a housing 2 and a rotatably disposed therein core 3. Furthermore, the lock cylinder 1 has a non-rotatably connectable to the core 3 lock bit 4. A clutch, not shown, allows the optional generation or solution of a positive connection of the core 3 with the lock bit 4. In a closing channel 5 of the core 3, a key 6 for closing the lock cylinder 1 is inserted. The lock cylinder 1 has pin tumblers 7 for selectively blocking or releasing the movement of the core 3. The pin tumblers 7 scan in a shaft 8 of the key 6 arranged locking recesses 9 from. The pin tumblers 7 have a core pin 10 guided in the core 3 and a housing pin 11 guided in the housing 2 and a spring element 12 for biasing the housing pin 11 against the core pin 10. The parting planes of the housing pins 11 and the core pins 10 of all pin tumblers 7 lie in the Parting plane between the housing 2 and core 3, so that the core 3 can be rotated together with the cam 4 relative to the housing 2.

FIG. 2 shows for clarity a sectional view through the lock cylinder 1 with the key 6 from FIG. 1 along the line II - II through one of the pin tumblers 7. All of the in the lock cylinder 1 off FIG. 1 shown pin tumblers 7 may be constructed as in FIG. 2 illustrated pin tumbler 7. The key 6 is formed as a so-called reversible key, so that it can be rotated with the shaft 8 by 180 ° in the lock cylinder 1 can be introduced.

FIG. 3 shows greatly enlarged the core pin 10 of the pin tumbler 7 FIG. 2 with adjacent portions of the core 3 and the key 6. The core pin 10 has a first small diameter guide collar 13, a second large diameter guide collar 14, and a third guide collar 15. Between the second guide collar 14 and the third guide collar 15 a constriction 16 is disposed. Furthermore, the core pin 10 has a tip end 17 with a provided for scanning the locking recess 9 of the key 6 Kernstiftenpitze 18. The tip end 17 has a first guide collar 13 adjacent taper 19, to which a pin 20 connects, which has a smaller diameter than the first guide collar 13. The pin 20 has a tuned to the depth of the locking recess 9 length. At the pin 20, the core pin tip 18 connects. The core pin tip 18 tapers like the locking recesses 9 of the key 6.

The core 3 has a stepped bore 21 with a first small diameter guide portion 22 and a second, large diameter guide portion 23 for guiding the core pin 10. The first guide portion 22 guides the first guide collar 13 of the core pin 10, while the second guide portion 23 the second and third Guide collar 14, 15 of the core pin 10 leads. A transition of the guide sections 22, 23 is formed as a shoulder and forms a stop 24 for limiting the movement of the second guide collar 14 of the core pin 10 in the direction of the closing channel. 5

Further shows FIG. 3 in that the length a of the tip end 17 is greater than the length b of the first guide section 22. The core pin 10, in the position in which the lock cylinder 1 can be closed by the key 6, with its three guide collars 13-15 from the guide sections 22, 23 laterally supported.

However, if you press the core pin 10 completely out of the closing channel 5, as it is at least temporarily the case in the unauthorized release by means of the picking method, the first guide collar 13 is moved out of the first guide portion 22, as in FIG. 4 is shown. A slight bias of the core 3 relative to the housing 2 then does not lead to the unlocking of the lock cylinder 1, but to a tilting of the core pin 10 and its tilting in the parting plane between the housing 2 and core 3. Thus, the lock cylinder 1 is blocked.

FIG. 5 shows for clarity the lock cylinder 1 in a basic position in which the core pin 10 completely penetrates into the core 3 and is held by the stop 24 between the guide portions 22, 23.
