- the elastic means comprise at least one resilient blade having a first end fixed to the receiving cone and a second free end arranged to be in contact with the peripheral wall of the closure inserted in the orifice of reception of the receiving cone, the slat being configured so that the second end applies on the peripheral wall of the closure a force capable of ensuring the maintenance of the closure in the receiving cone and while allowing the insertion of the closure into the cone; receiving and removing the closure once the closure applied to the bottle.
- the receiving cone of the closure installation head made according to the invention is thus devoid of retention zones.
- the elastic slat (s) allows (s) to provide at least one holding key without creating interstitial zones capable of retaining a liquid.
- the receiving cone may be a cone for screwing or sinking closures.
- the elastic lamella is a metal lamella whose thickness and length provide the necessary elasticity.
- the realization of the lamella in a metallic material makes it possible to provide a key for maintaining the closure that is both strong, light and elastic.
- the second end of the elastic strip may advantageously comprise a portion projecting inwardly of the receiving cone, the projecting portion being shaped to protrude inside the receiving orifice in a radial direction, that is to say in a direction orthogonal to the axis of revolution of the head.
- the protruding portion forms an internal boss locally reducing the diameter of the receiving aperture of the receiving cone.
- the protruding portion may also be shaped to fit at least partially in a groove of the peripheral wall of the closure.
- the protruding portion may further have a shape adapted to cooperate with a vertical groove of the peripheral wall of a closure such as a capsule so as to be inserted at least partially in a groove of the closure.
- the protruding portion thus makes it possible to orient the capsule so that the ribs protrude over the inner peripheral portion of the cone facing the grooves of the outer peripheral wall of the capsule.
- the receiving cone comprises a notch for each elastic lamella formed in a lower portion of the receiving cone in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution of the head, the elastic lamella being arranged so that at least the end free extends into the notch.
- Each notch has a width greater than the width of the lamella, and preferably greater than at least 4 mm with respect to the width of the lamella. The head can thus be completely cleaned without the need to disassemble the elastic means for holding the closure.
- the closure is preferably a capsule.
- the capsule may be a screw cap in which case the vial closure head is mounted on a rotating shaft of a vial closure device.
- the capsule can also be a capsule to be pressed on the rim of a bottle neck. In this case, the head does not need to be mounted on a rotating shaft.
- a bottle closure device comprising at least one bottle closure head as defined above.
- FIG 4 is schematically represented a perspective view of a head 10 of vial closure closures according to one embodiment of the invention.

- the fastening assembly comprising the clamping screw 20, the strip 22, the first and second seals 28 and 29 and the bearing surface 19 is thus impermeable to any liquid and forms no retention zone.
- the figure 6 has a sectional view along the section plane VI-VI 'of the head 10 of the figure 4 .
- the second end 24 of the lamella 22 comprises a boss 30 projecting towards the inside of the receiving cone 12, that is to say in the direction of the axis of revolution R of the receiving cone 12.
- each lamella 22 has a thickness whose dimension is greater than the dimension resulting from the sum of the thickness of the second seal 28 with the thickness of the wall of the receiving cone 12 in which the notches 25 are made.
- the bosses 30 thus protrude inside the lower receiving orifice 18 so as to be in contact with a plug B inserted into the lower orifice 18 of the receiving cone 12.
- Each notch 25 has a width greater than twice the width of the strip 22.
- the width of a notch 25 is measured in a direction orthogonal to the plane comprising the axis of revolution R of the receiving cone and the axis of revolution of the tapped hole 26 associated with the notch 25, that is to say aligned with the notch 25.
- the difference in width between the strip 22 and the notch 25 avoids the formation of a retention zone between the blade 22 and the edges of the notch 25.
- the bottle closure installation head according to the invention makes it possible to clean and sanitize the head without any disassembly and thus to facilitate and minimize the time for cleaning the closure installation heads.
- Several heads 10 of plugs B can be mounted on a bottle closure device.

According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a bottle closure dispensing head comprising a receiving cone of a bottle closure having a closure receiving orifice, and elastic means for holding the closure. .
According to a general characteristic of the invention, the elastic means comprise at least one resilient blade having a first end fixed to the receiving cone and a second free end arranged to be in contact with the peripheral wall of the closure inserted in the orifice of reception of the receiving cone, the slat being configured so that the second end applies on the peripheral wall of the closure a force capable of ensuring the maintenance of the closure in the receiving cone and while allowing the insertion of the closure into the cone; receiving and removing the closure once the closure applied to the bottle.
The receiving cone of the closure installation head made according to the invention is thus devoid of retention zones. The elastic slat (s) allows (s) to provide at least one holding key without creating interstitial zones capable of retaining a liquid.
The receiving cone may be a cone for screwing or sinking closures.
Preferably, the elastic lamella is a metal lamella whose thickness and length provide the necessary elasticity.
The realization of the lamella in a metallic material makes it possible to provide a key for maintaining the closure that is both strong, light and elastic.
The second end of the elastic strip may advantageously comprise a portion projecting inwardly of the receiving cone, the projecting portion being shaped to protrude inside the receiving orifice in a radial direction, that is to say in a direction orthogonal to the axis of revolution of the head.
The protruding portion forms an internal boss locally reducing the diameter of the receiving aperture of the receiving cone.
The protruding portion may also be shaped to fit at least partially in a groove of the peripheral wall of the closure.
The protruding portion may further have a shape adapted to cooperate with a vertical groove of the peripheral wall of a closure such as a capsule so as to be inserted at least partially in a groove of the closure.
The protruding portion thus makes it possible to orient the capsule so that the ribs protrude over the inner peripheral portion of the cone facing the grooves of the outer peripheral wall of the capsule.
Preferably, the receiving cone comprises a notch for each elastic lamella formed in a lower portion of the receiving cone in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution of the head, the elastic lamella being arranged so that at least the end free extends into the notch.
Each notch has a width greater than the width of the lamella, and preferably greater than at least 4 mm with respect to the width of the lamella. The head can thus be completely cleaned without the need to disassemble the elastic means for holding the closure.
The closure is preferably a capsule. The capsule may be a screw cap in which case the vial closure head is mounted on a rotating shaft of a vial closure device. The capsule can also be a capsule to be pressed on the rim of a bottle neck. In this case, the head does not need to be mounted on a rotating shaft.
According to another aspect of the invention, there is provided a bottle closure device comprising at least one bottle closure head as defined above.
