Abstract

Ein handgeführtes Arbeitsgerät besitzt einen Antriebsmotor (7), der über eine Kupplung (21) ein Werkzeug antreibt. Die Kupplung (21) besitzt eine Kupplungstrommel (22) mit einer Umfangswand (28). Das Arbeitsgerät besitzt ein angetriebenes Element, das über ein Mitnahmeglied (34) angetrieben ist. Das Mitnahmeglied (34) ragt in eine Nut (35) in der Umfangswand (28). Die Nut (35) erstreckt sich von einer Stirnseite (43) der Umfangswand (28) in die Umfangswand (28) und weist einen Nutgrund (44) und zwei einander gegenüberliegende Nutseiten (45, 46) auf. Um eine hohe Standzeit der Kupplungstrommel (22) zu erreichen, ist vorgesehen, dass die Umfangswand (28) am Nutgrund (44) einen verdickten Bereich (47) aufweist, dessen Dicke (a) mindestens etwa 110% der Dicke (c) der Umfangswand (28) an den Nutseiten (44, 45) entspricht. Für ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Nut (35) in der Umfangswand (28) einer Kupplungstrommel (22) ist vorgesehen, dass in einem ersten Schritt die Nut (35) mit einer Tiefe (k), die etwa 75% bis etwa 95% der Solltiefe (i) der Nut (35) entspricht, und mit einer Breite (1), die etwa 50% bis etwa 110% der Sollbreite (e) entspricht, ausgestanzt wird. In einem nachfolgenden zweiten Schritt wird der Nutgrund (44) der Nut (35) bis zum Erreichen der Solltiefe (i) plastisch verformt.

In order to achieve a long service life of the clutch drum (22), it is provided that the peripheral wall (28) on the groove base (44) has a thickened region (47) whose thickness (a) at least about 110% of the thickness (c) of the peripheral wall (28) corresponds to the groove sides (44, 45). For a method for producing a groove (35) in the peripheral wall (28) of a clutch drum (22), it is provided that in a first step the groove (35) having a depth (k) of about 75% to about 95% of the Target depth (i) of the groove (35) corresponds, and with a width (1), which corresponds to about 50% to about 110% of the desired width (e) is punched out. In a subsequent second step, the groove bottom (44) of the groove (35) is plastically deformed until reaching the desired depth (i).
