Claims (15)

  1. Installation d'emballage (1), comprenant un poste de travail avec un composant d'outil, un poste d'insertion (8) avec un composant de panneau latéral (15) et un système thermique convoyant un fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), caractérisée en ce que le système thermique (23) comprend une section de chauffage (29) convoyant le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) vers le composant de panneau latéral (15), ladite section étant couplée, au moins par sections, au composant de panneau latéral (15) afin de le chauffer.
  2. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la section de chauffage (29) comprend au moins un élément de chauffage (17) pour convoyer le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) le long d'un côté intérieur du composant de panneau latéral (15).
  3. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de chauffage (17) est formé en une pièce avec le composant de panneau latéral (15).
  4. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de chauffage (17) est attaché de manière détachable au composant de panneau latéral (15).
  5. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de chauffage (17) est réalisé sous forme de profil extrudé.
  6. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de chauffage (17) comprend une plaque de support (18) au moyen de laquelle l'élément de chauffage (17) est disposé au niveau du composant de panneau latéral (15).
  7. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de chauffage (17) comprend au moins un tuyau (19) pour convoyer le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) disposé sur la plaque de support (18).
  8. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le composant d'outil (W) est une partie inférieure (6b) ou une partie supérieure (6a) d'un outil de forme ou une partie inférieure (10b) ou une partie supérieure (10a) d'un outil de scellage d'une machine d'emballage, en particulier d'une machine d'emballage par thermoformage (T) d'une installation d'emballage.
  9. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système thermique comprend une section de refroidissement (24) convoyant le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) vers le composant d'outil (W), comprenant un élément de commande (28) configuré pour régler le débit du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) vers le composant d'outil (W), où la section de refroidissement (24) est reliée fluidiquement avec la section de chauffage (29), où le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), chauffé par le refroidissement du composant d'outil (W), peut être conduit hors de la section de refroidissement (24) vers la section de chauffage (29) pour servir au réchauffement du composant de panneau latéral (15).
  10. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de commande (28) est une soupape proportionnelle (P) et que le système thermique (23) comprend au moins un capteur de température (26) configuré pour détecter une température (TIST) du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), chauffé par le composant d'outil (W).
  11. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'installation d'emballage (1) comprend une commande (27) reliée de manière fonctionnelle avec l'élément de commande (28) et le capteur de température (26) et configurée pour régler l'élément de commande (28) au moyen du capteur de température (26) en se fondant sur la température détectée (TIST).
  12. Procédé pour tempérer une installation d'emballage (1), comprenant un poste de travail (2) avec un composant d'outil, un poste d'insertion (8) avec un composant de panneau latéral (15) et un système thermique (23) convoyant un fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), où le composant de panneau latéral (15) est chauffé au moyen du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) en le convoyant vers le composant de panneau latéral (15) à travers une section de chauffage (29) du système thermique (23) qui s'étend au moins partiellement le long du composant de panneau latéral (15), afin de lui transférer cette chaleur.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le composant d'outil (W) est refroidi au moyen du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), en le convoyant à travers une section de refroidissement (24) du système thermique (23) vers le composant d'outil (W), où un élément de commande (28) du système thermique (23) règle le débit du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) convoyé vers le composant d'outil (W), et où le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), chauffé par le composant d'outil (W), est conduit hors de la section de refroidissement (24) vers la section de chauffage (29) du système thermique (23), afin de transférer au moins partiellement une énergie absorbée pendant le refroidissement du composant d'outil (W) sous forme de chaleur au composant de panneau latéral (15).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le fluide pouvant être chauffé (F) est convoyé dans un élément de chauffage (17) fixé sur le côté intérieur du composant de panneau latéral (15).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de température (26) du système thermique (23) détecte une température (TIST) du fluide pouvant être chauffé (F), chauffé par le composant d'outil (W), où une commande (27) de l'installation d'emballage (1) compare la température détectée (TIST) avec une valeur de température préréglée (TSOLL) et règle l'élément de commande (28) en se fondant sur cette comparaison.
