- it concerns a dosing valve which is operated under pressure of the content in the product recipient or by moving a shaft in which the product is moved.
- a pressure means such as a mechanical or hydraulic device, ensures that the product is moved from the product recipient. In most cases the product needs to be dosed from the product recipient with the necessary precision. To do so, dosing valves are used. In addition, product recipients are filled with a product. When filling product recipients, such as plastic bags, the sterility of the content may be jeopardised. In most cases, a separate filling mechanism is used, increasing the risk of contamination. Dosing valves are well known from the prior art.

Claims (9)
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt abzugeben und zu füllen, das mindestens Folgende umfasst: Ein Gehäuse (2) mit einem ersten (2a) und zweiten (2b) Abschnitt, wobei der erste (2a) Teil eine Dosierkammer bildet, und der zweite Abschnitt (2b) des Gehäuses (2), der einen Führungskanal mit einem beweglichen Kolben (7) in der Dosierkammer (3) und eine längs bewegliche Welle (10) enthält, die einen ersten hohlen Abschnitt (10a) mit einer Düse (8) und einer Düsenöffnung (20) enthält, die Welle (10) einen zweiten hohlen Abschnitt (10b) umfasst, der sich zentral durch die Dosierkammer (3) und den Kolben (7) erstreckt und im Führungskanal (4) endet, in dem die bewegliche Welle (10) folgende Merkmale aufweist:- eine erste Bohrung (11) mit einer Dichtung (21) an der Düse (8), wobei die erste Bohrung (11) selektiv erlaubt, dass das Produkt aus der Dosierkammer (3) durch den ersten hohlen Abschnitt (10a) zur Düsenöffnung (20) fließt;- eine zweite Bohrung (12), die sich in der Dosierkammer (3) befindet und welche die Dosierkammer (3) mit dem zweiten hohlen Abschnitt (10b) verbindet,- eine dritte Bohrung (13) am Führungskanal (4) und einer Endöffnung (14), die durch einen Körper (16) mit Federeigenschaften geschlossen wird, - wobei es die dritte Bohrung (13) dem Produkt selektiv erlaubt, von einem Produktbehälter über den zweiten hohlen Abschnitt (10b) und die zweite Bohrung (12) in die Dosierkammer (3) zu fließen oder sich im Führungskanal (4) zu befinden und geschlossen zu werden;worin der Produktdruck bewirkt, dass der Kolben (7) in der Dosierkammer 3 das Produkt bewegt, während die erste Bohrung (11) freigemacht wird und die dritte Bohrung (13) geschlossen wird, nachdem sich die Welle in die Richtung des Führungskanals bewegt hat, um das Produkt über die Düse (8) abzugeben.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2 zu dosieren und nachzufüllen, in dem die Welle 10 durch die Dosierkammer (3) und den Führungskanal 4 bewegt werden kann.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt gemäß Anspruch 2 zu dosieren und nachzufüllen, in dem die Welle durch Druck bewegt werden kann.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt nach den Ansprüchen 1-3 zu dosieren und nachzufüllen, in dem der erste hohle Abschnitt (10a) und der zweite hohle Abschnitt (10b) der längs beweglichen Welle (10) mit Hilfe eines soliden Verbindungsstücks verbunden sind.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 2 zu dosieren und nachzufüllen, in dem die beiden hohlen Abschnitte (10a, 10b) durch eine Schnellkupplung verbunden sind.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zu dosieren und einzufüllen, in dem die Dichtung (21) der ersten Bohrung (11) im ersten hohlen Abschnitt (10a) als ein Ergebnis der Bewegung einer Düse (8) und der Dosierkammer (3) und die dritte Bohrung (13) in Bezug auf eine zweite Dichtung (22a) im zweiten hohlen Abschnitt (10b) zwischen dem Führungskanal (4) und der Dosierkammer (3) entfernt wird.
- Ein Dosierventil (1), um ein Produkt nach Anspruch 1 aus der Düse (8) zu dosieren und nachzufüllen, Druck schiebt das Produkt vom Produktbehälter durch einen Kanal (9) und füllt danach die Dosierkammer (3) über die dritte Bohrung (13) des zweiten hohlen Abschnitts (10b) und der zweiten Bohrung (12), was verursacht, dass sich der Zylinder (7) bewegt, und, nachdem die Hohlwelle (10) geschoben wird, die Dichtung (21) der ersten Bohrung (11) des ersten hohlen Abschnitts (10a) entfernt wird, was es dem Produkt ermöglicht, über die Düsenöffnung (20) zur Düse (8) zu fließen.
- Ein Dosierventil (1) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, in dem das Produkt beim Füllen über die Düse (8) durch die erste Bohrung (11) im ersten hohlen Abschnitt (10a) in die Dosierkammer (3) fließt, nachdem die Welle (10) geschoben wird und über die zweite Bohrung (12) in den zweiten hohlen Abschnitt (10b) und den Körper (16) schiebt, wodurch der zweite hohle Abschnitt (10b) im Führungskanal (4) geschlossen wird und verursacht, dass das Produkt über eine Führungskanalöffnung (15) in den Produktbehälter fließt.
- Ein Dosierventil (1) nach Anspruch (8) und in dem die Hohlwelle (10b) einen gefederten Körper (26) mit einem Stoppventil (27) für eine Füllöffnung (30) aufweist.
