Description
- The present invention relates to an oven that comprises a telescopic rail whereon the tray is placed.
- In ovens, the trays, whereon the foods are placed, are supported by various methods inside the oven cavity. For example, the trays, that are supported by support units having guides, mounted to the side walls of the oven cavity and positioned at cooking levels predetermined by the producer, are known in the technique. In the state of the art, furthermore, telescopic rails are used that are mounted on the support unit whereby the user can easily perform the operations of loading and unloading in the oven cavity. The trays that are placed into the oven cavity by means of the telescopic rails prior to the cooking process, are taken out of the oven cavity when the cooking process is completed. Furthermore, during the cooking process, the tray can be partially taken out of the oven cavity by the user for controlling the cooking of the foodstuff. Taking out the tray carelessly from the high temperature oven cavity, results in injuries.
- In the state of the art European Patent Document No. EP1532403, an oven is explained, having a shelf arrangement which automatically goes out of the oven cavity when the door is opened.
- The aim of the present invention is the realization of an oven wherein loading and/or unloading operations into/from the high temperature oven cavity can be performed easily.
- The oven realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises support units having guides positioned oppositely on the side walls inside the oven cavity, suitable for placing the tray thereon, and a telescopic rail group having telescopic rails that facilitate loading of the tray into the oven.
- The oven of the present invention comprises a motion transmission mechanism that is connected to the door from one end and that enables the telescopic rails to come out of the oven cavity when the door is opened. Consequently, the telescopic rails move out of the oven cavity without requiring the user to pull out the tray when the door is opened and move into the oven cavity when the door is closed.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the oven comprises a connection member that provides the telescopic rails at the same horizontal level to move simultaneously. The connection member extends between the oppositely situated telescopic rails and this wire connects these rails to one another.
- In a derivative of this embodiment, one end of the motion transmission mechanism is mounted to the connection member. Thus, a single motion transmission mechanism transmits the movement of the door to the telescopic rail group.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the movement of the telescopic rails is provided by two motion transmission mechanisms connected to each of the telescopic rail disposed oppositely. Thus, the movement of the door is effectively transmitted to the telescopic rails.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the assembly of the motion transmission mechanism on the door is performed by means of a housing arranged on the door. The assembly of the motion transmission mechanism on the door is realized by fitting one end of the motion transmission mechanism into the housing.
- In a derivative of this embodiment, the motion transmission mechanism is mounted detachably on the housing. Thus, the user separates the connection of the motion transmission mechanism from the door when the telescopic rails are not desired to move together with the door and the presence of different utilization options increases consumer satisfaction.
- In a derivative of this embodiment, the oven comprises a retainer which provides the motion transmission mechanism to be positioned on the telescopic rail. By means of the retainer, the motion transmission mechanism can be stored in the oven cavity when not in use, such that the utilization area inside the oven cavity is not restricted.
- By means of the oven of the present invention, the telescopic rails move out of the oven cavity automatically when the door is opened and move into the oven cavity automatically when the door is closed.
