Col de protection (1), utilisable lors de la coupe de cheveux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bandeau (4) en silicone d'une longueur suffisante pour faire au moins un tour complet du cou (2) d'un utilisateur (3) et des moyens de fixation (8) d'une extrémité longitudinale dudit bandeau (4) sur une extrémité opposée (12) du même bandeau.

Description

DISPOSITIF AMELIORE POUR EMPECHER LES CHEVEUX COUPES DE PASSER LE LONG DU COU.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la coiffure, et plus particulièrement de la coupe des cheveux.
Lorsqu'un coiffeur coupe les cheveux d'un client, beaucoup des cheveux coupés tombent le long du cou du client. Cela donne une impression désagréable. Différents dispositifs sont utilisés pour éviter que les cheveux pénètrent sous les vêtements, le long du cou des clients. Ainsi, il est prévu des peignoirs et des serviettes qui viennent se fixer autour du cou. Pour une meilleure étanchéité, ceux-ci ont souvent un col élastique. Ces dispositifs permettent de retenir beaucoup de ces morceaux de cheveux, mais restent encore trop imparfaits.
L'invention a pour but de proposer un dispositif permettant de garantir une meilleure étanchéité contre la pénétration des cheveux coupés le long du cou.
Selon un premier objet de l'invention, un tel dispositif est un col de protection, utilisable lors de la coupe de cheveux, et caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bandeau en silicone d'une longueur suffisante pour faire au moins un tour complet du cou d'un utilisateur et des moyens de fixation d'une extrémité longitudinale dudit bandeau sur une extrémité opposée du même bandeau. Ainsi, le bandeau vient adhérer sans coller avec le cou de l'utilisateur, empêchant la pénétration des cheveux coupés entre le col et le cou. Le col peut en outre comprendre des moyens pour y fixer une protection complémentaire, notamment une serviette ou un peignoir. Ainsi, il est possible d'utiliser une protection jetable tout en conservant le col qui peut être lavé. Les moyens de fixation peuvent être adhésifs. Ils peuvent comprendre des moyens par exemple de type velcro™ pour venir se crocheter dans les mailles ou les boucles d'une serviette ou d'un peignoir en tissus. Le col peut en outre comprendre une portion rabattable prévue pour être rabattue sur la protection complémentaire. Ainsi, cette portion rabattable évite la pénétration de cheveux coupés entre la protection complémentaire et le col. De préférence, le bandeau comprend avantageusement un pli préformé, sensiblement longitudinal, délimitant la portion rabattable.
Au lieu de former une pièce indépendante, un col selon l'invention peut être assemblé de façon inamovible avec une protection complémentaire, notamment avec une serviette ou un peignoir.
Selon un deuxième objet de l'invention, un tel dispositif est une serviette de protection, assemblé de façon inamovible avec un col selon l'invention.
Selon un troisième objet de l'invention, un tel dispositif est un peignoir de protection, assemblé de façon inamovible avec un col selon l'invention.
Plusieurs modes d'exécution de l'invention seront décrits ci-après, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
- la figure 1 est une vue d'un col selon l'invention en cours de pose autour du cou d'un utilisateur représenté de trois quart arrière ;
- la figure 2 est une vue du verso du col de la figure 1 en position déployée ;
- la figure 3 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1, dans laquelle le col comprend une portion rabattue par-dessus une serviette de protection ; - la figure 4 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 2, dans laquelle une extrémité retournée du col laisse apparaître des moyens de fixation disposés au recto du col ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue similaire à celles des figures 1 et 3, illustrant une serviette de protection assemblée de façon inamovible avec un col selon l'invention.
La figure 1 illustre un col 1 selon l'invention en cours de pose autour du cou 2 d'un utilisateur 3.
Comme plus particulièrement illustré à la figure 2, ce col 1 comprend un bandeau 4 de forme sensiblement rectangulaire et allongée, de hauteur Hl et de longueur Ll. A titre d'exemple, avec Hl = 3 cm et Ll = 53 cm, le bandeau étant adapté pour pouvoir faire au moins un tour complet du cou 2, pour la plupart des personnes.
Le col 1 est en silicone. Le col 1 comprend en outre des premiers moyens de fixation 8 disposés au verso du bandeau, au voisinage d'une première extrémité 11 du bandeau 4 ainsi que des deuxièmes moyens de fixation 9, complémentaires des premiers moyens de fixation 8 et disposés au recto du bandeau, au voisinage d'une deuxième extrémité 12 longitudinalement opposée à la première extrémité 11 du bandeau 4. Les moyens de fixation 8, 9 peuvent avantageusement être des moyens de boucles et crochets, tels ceux connus sous la marque Velcro™. Ils peuvent aussi être un type d'adhésif repositionnable, ou des aimants.
Comme illustré à la figure 1, les premiers moyens de fixation 8 sont prévus pour venir se fixer sur les deuxièmes ; ils sont positionnés entre eux afin d'adapter le col 1 à la taille du cou 2, de sorte que le col 1 est maintenu plaqué contre le cou. Ainsi disposé, le bandeau de silicone 4 vient adhérer, sans coller, contre le cou 2 ; ainsi, les cheveux coupés sont arrêtés avant même de pénétrer entre le col 1 et le cou 2. L'utilisation d'un bandeau en silicone est particulièrement avantageuse, puisqu'il adhère à la peau, sans coller, qu'il se retire sans tirer, épiler ou irriter, qu'il ne laisse pas de trace, et qu'il ne provoque pas d'allergie.
La figure 4 illustre un col selon le mode de réalisation similaire à celui des figures 1 et 2. La deuxième extrémité 12 est représentée retournée, de sorte que le recto du col 1, c'est à dire la partie visible du col lorsque celui-ci est dans sa position d'usage, autour du cou de l'utilisateur, est visible. Le recto du col est sensiblement entièrement recouvert de troisièmes moyens de fixation 13, ici des moyens d'accroché 13. Dans l'exemple illustré, les moyens d'accroché 13 ont la forme de poils se terminant en crochet, comme dans un complexe du type Velcro™, sauf à l'extrémité 12 à l'endroit des deuxièmes moyens de fixation 9. Les deuxièmes et troisièmes moyens de fixation peuvent être identiques et être un prolongement les uns des autres, de sorte qu'ils s'étendent indistinctement sur sensiblement toute la longueur du bandeau 4.
Les moyens d'accroché permettent de fixer de façon amovible une serviette 16 en tissu bouclé, afin d'assurer la protection des habits 17 de l'utilisateur contre les chutes de cheveux coupés, comme illustré à la figure 3.
La figure 3 représente un deuxième mode de réalisation pour le col 1. Le col 1 de la figure 3 diffère de celui des figures 1, 2 et 4, en ce qu'il comprend en outre une portion rabattable 18. De préférence, cette portion est rabattable le long d'un pli longitudinal 19 préformé. Ainsi, lorsque la serviette 16 est fixée au col 1, grâce aux moyens d'accroché 13, la marge 18 peut être rabattue sur le bord de la serviette 16, de sorte que les cheveux coupés ne peuvent pas pénétrer entre le col 1 et la serviette, et la serviette est maintenue solidaire du col.
Dans l'exemple illustré, la portion rabattable s'étend depuis la deuxième extrémité 12 et la première extrémité 11 forme une languette 14 s 'étendant longitudinalement au-delà de la portion rabattable 18 ; le pli préformé 19 s'étend longitudinalement depuis la deuxième extrémité 12, sur toute la longueur de la portion rabattable 18. La languette 14 porte ainsi les premiers moyens de fixation 8. La figure 5 illustre un troisième mode de réalisation pour un col 1 selon l'invention.
Dans ce troisième mode de réalisation, le col 1 est assemblé de façon inamovible avec une serviette 16 prévue pour protéger les épaules et les vêtements de l'utilisateur 3. La serviette 16 est avantageusement réalisée en tissu ; elle prolonge vers le bas le bandeau 4.
Bien sûr, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples qui viennent d'être décrits.
Ainsi, plutôt que des troisièmes moyens de fixation en forme de crochets, il peut être prévu une zone adhésive au recto du col pour pouvoir y coller une serviette en papier, par exemple. Avant utilisation, cette zone adhésive peut être préservée par une pellicule amovible.
Au lieu d'être assemblé de façon inamovible avec une serviette, un col selon l'invention peut être assemblé de façon inamovible avec un peignoir, permettant de recouvrir plus intégralement le corps et les vêtements de l'utilisateur.

Claims

Revendications
1. Col de protection (1), utilisable lors de la coupe de cheveux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bandeau (4) en silicone d'une longueur suffisante (Ll) pour faire au moins un tour complet du cou (2) d'un utilisateur (3) et des moyens de fixation (8,9) d'une extrémité longitudinale (11) dudit bandeau sur une extrémité opposée (12) du même bandeau (4).
2. Col selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens (13) pour y fixer une protection complémentaire, notamment une serviette (16) ou un peignoir.
3. Col selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une portion rabattable (18) prévue pour être rabattue sur la protection complémentaire (16).
4. Col selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est assemblé de façon inamovible avec une protection complémentaire (16), notamment avec une serviette (16) ou un peignoir.
5. Serviette de protection (16), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un col (1) selon la revendication 4.
6. Peignoir de protection, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un col (1) selon la revendication 4.
