Abstract

In Großwäschereien wird Wäsche, insbesondere Schmutzwäsche, säcke- bzw. bündelweise angeliefert. Dabei sammelt sich Wäsche bzw. Wäschestücke unterschiedlicher Größe und unterschiedlicher Beschaffenheit an. Aufgrund dessen ist es vor der eigentlichen Reinigung notwendig, dass eine Sortierung der Wäschestücke erfolgt. Bisher wird das Sortieren von Wäsche ganz oder teilweise manuell durchgeführt. Dieses geschieht normalerweise in mehreren Schritten was einen hohen manuellen sowie zeitlichen Aufwand bedeutet und kann außerdem fehlerbehaftet sein. Besonders wenn mehrere Personen an einem Sortierstand die Wäsche sortieren, führt dies aufgrund von Abstimmungsproblemen und unterschiedlichen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten der Personen zu einer geringeren Sortierleistung. Dieses Problem wird von der Erfindung gelöst, indem an mindestens einigen Sortierstationen (14, 15, 16) die Wäsche mit verschiedenen Sorteriweisen sortiert wird.

In large laundries, laundry, in particular dirty laundry, is delivered in bags or bundles. This laundry or laundry accumulates different sizes and different texture. This usually happens in several steps, which means a lot of manual and temporal effort and can also be buggy. Especially when several people sort the laundry at a sorting stand, this leads to a lower sorting performance due to coordination problems and different working speeds of the persons. This problem is solved by the invention by sorting the laundry with different types of sorter at at least some sorting stations (14, 15, 16).
