Claims (10)
- Verbundstopfen (10) zum Verschließen von Behältern, die eine Öffnung aufweisen, die von einem Behälterrand begrenzt wird, wobei der Verbundstopfen (10) einerseits ein zylindrisches Element aus Kork (12) umfasst, das eine Schulter (14) aufweist und einen zylindrischen Teil (16), der dafür geeignet ist, die Öffnung zu verschließen, und eine Anlagefläche (38), die dafür geeignet ist, am Behälterrand zur Anlage zu kommen, definiert, und andererseits ein Absperrelement (20) umfasst, das einen Boden (19) und eine zylindrische, nach außen überstehende Wandung (22) aufweist, die einen Innenraum (21) abgrenzt, wobei die zylindrische, nach außen überstehende Wandung (22) einen freien Rand (24) aufweist und wobei das Absperrelement (20) den zylindrischen Teil (16) des zylindrischen Elements aus Kork bedeckt, um damit verklebt zu werden, während der freie Rand (24) an der Anlagefläche zur Anlage kommt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische, nach außen überstehende Wandung (22) eine kreisförmige Verankerungskante (28) aufweist, die sich in den Innenraum (21) erstreckt;
und dadurch, dass die kreisförmige Verankerungskante (28) in dem zylindrischen Teil (16) des zylindrischen Elements aus Kork (12) verankert wird, nachdem der Klebstoff auf den zylindrischen Teil (16) aufgebracht worden ist, wenn das Absperrelement (20) den zylindrischen Teil (16) bedeckt und der zylindrische Teil (16) aus Kork in das Absperrelement (20) eingepresst wird. - Verbundstopfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die kreisförmige Kante (28) entlang des freien Randes (24) erstreckt.
- Verbundstopfen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kreisförmige Kante (28) einen Dreiecksquerschnitt aufweist.
- Verbundstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische, nach außen überstehende Wandung (22) einen Kragen (24) aufweist, der den freien Rand bildet.
- Verbundstopfen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (24) einen Rand (26) aufweist, der sich radial in den Innenraum (21) erstreckt, um die kreisförmige Kante (28) zu bilden.
- Verbundstopfen nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (24) eine Kegelfläche bildet, die ihren Scheitel S im Innenraum (21) hat.
- Verbundstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (19) des Absperrelements (20) eine kreisförmige Versteifungsrippe (30) aufweist.
- Verbundstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische, nach außen überstehende Wandung (22) axiale Rillen (32) aufweist, die sich außerhalb des Innenraums (21) befinden und sich von dem Boden (19) bis zu dem freien Rand (24) erstrecken, um eine Entlüftung zu bilden.
- Verbundstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absperrelement (20) einstückig aus einem Polymermaterial geformt ist.
- Verbundstopfen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absperrelement (20) aus Polyethylen geformt ist.
