In the first ring, a flux-drop compensating permanent magnet 8"' is attached between two adjacent permanent magnets 5'. The in- axial direction x consecutive flux-drop compensating permanent magnet in the second ring 8"" is skewed relative to the flux-drop compensating permanent magnet 8"' in the previous first ring.
