Description
- The present invention relates to bathroom devices, more particularly, to bathroom carrying devices having the same bathroom hanging assembly.
- Usually, bathroom brackets are mounted in bathrooms for people to hang towels and clothes or place soap, body wash, shampoo and others. In view of anti-humidity, stability and structural strength, most of the brackets are made of metal. Among the conventional brackets, the most common structure is two metal connecting bases that are firstly fixedly disposed on the wall of a bathroom, and then a placing shelf with one or a plurality of rods or hanging parts is fixedly connected with the two metal connecting bases. However, the two metal connecting bases are usually manufactured by a solid metal body formed with mounting holes which are formed by drilling, and the mounting holes are provided for insertion of rods or hanging parts inside;
therefore, it is material-wasting, high-cost, heavy and difficult to process. - Another kind of conventional bathroom bracket structure is rods or hanging parts that are welded and fixedly connected with a metal connecting base, the metal connecting base is further formed with a screwing hole for a screw to be disposed therethrough, and then the bathroom bracket is fixedly screwed onto the wall of the bathroom. This kind of conventional structure has the same disadvantages as the above-mentioned structure.
- The structures of the conventional bathroom bracket disclosed in TWM314024, TWM293740 and TWM249609, wherein a mounting plate a first tubular body is integrally connected, the mounting plate is provided for being fixedly screwed onto the wall of the bathroom, and at least one second tubular body is mounted between the two tubular bodies; however, the first tubular body and the mounting plate are integrally connected and undetachable, so it is unable to meet various requirements and change according to different environmental conditions.
- Document

Figs. 1 to 3 for a not claimed first preferred embodiment. - A bathroom carrying
device 1 includes ametal shell member 10, aplastic member 20 and a carryingmember 30. - The
metal shell member 10 is surroundingly formed with aninterior space 11 and has anopen end 12, and at least one throughhole 13 is disposed thereon for communicating between theinterior space 11 and outside. Theopen end 12 is provided for mounting of a claimedmounting assembly 40 which is provided for being fixed attached to a base (for example, walls of bathrooms or objects which can be stably connected with, not shown). In this embodiment, themounting assembly 40 includes aninserting member 41, twowall bolts 42 and twoscrew members 43. The cross-section outline of the insertingmember 41 can closely cooperates with the outline of theopen end 12, and theinserting member 41 is provided with twomounting holes 44. The twoscrew members 43 go through the twomounting holes 44 from inside to outside so as to be stably attached to the base. Themetal shell member 10 is closely disposed around theinserting member 41 with theopen end 12, and preferably, themetal shell member 10 is further formed with at least one disposinghole 14 on the position corresponding to themounting assembly 40. A fixing member such as screw can be disposed through the disposinghole 14 to stably screw themounting assembly 40 and themetal shell member 10 together. In this embodiment, themetal shell member 10 is formed with the two throughholes 13 facing each other, and each through hole is a round hole. Theinterior space 11 is tapered from theopen end 12 toward an opposite end. - The
plastic member 20 is disposed in theinterior space 11 and has at least oneinserting hole 21, and the at least oneinserting hole 21 corresponds to the at least one throughhole 13. In this embodiment, theplastic member 20 has the two insertingholes 21, and each inserting hole is a round hole. Preferably, the shape of theplastic member 20 cooperates with that of theinterior space 11. More preferably, theplastic member 20 is deformably and restrictedly abutted against themetal shell member 10; thereby, theplastic member 20 can be stably disposed in themetal shell member 10. Specifically, preferably, the surface of theplastic member 20 is formed with a plurality of claimed protrudingribs 22, and the protrudingribs 22 can be engageably abutted against themetal shell member 10; therefore, theplastic member 20 can be stably disposed in themetal shell member 10. Furthermore, when a possible tolerance between themetal shell member 10 and theplastic member 20 is produced due to manufacturing or other factors, the protrudingribs 22 can be appropriately deformed for allowing themetal shell member 10 and theplastic member 20 to be effectively abutted against each other. In addition, the resistance will not become larger because themetal shell member 10 and theplastic member 20 are contacted in a wide area; hence, it is easy and fast to mount and dismount. - The carrying
member 30 has at least one disposingend 31 and a carryingportion 32, and the at least onedisposing end 31 is disposed through the at least one throughhole 13 and into the at least oneinserting hole 21. Thecarrying portion 32 is provided outside of themetal shell member 10 for carrying an object. Preferably, the shape of the at least one disposingend 31 cooperates with that of the at least oneinserting hole 21. Thereby, the design of thedisposing end 31 and theinserting hole 21 can be changed in accordance with various requirements, for example, thedisposing end 31 can be designed as rotatable or non-rotatable relative to theinserting hole 21. In this embodiment, the carryingmember 30 is substantially C-shaped and has the twodisposing ends 31 facing each other. Each disposingend 31 is in column shape, and eachdisposing end 31 is disposed through corresponding round throughhole 13 and into corresponding round insertinghole 21; therefore, a close annular hanging space is formed for people to hang towels, clothes or other appropriate bathroom products. - Please refer to
Figs. 2 and4 for a second embodiment of abathroom carrying device 2. Compared with the above-mentioned first embodiment, ametal shell member 10A of thebathroom carrying device 2 is formed with two throughholes 13, and an insertinghole 21A goes through aplastic member 20A. The carryingmember 30A is substantially C-shaped and has a firsthorizontal portion 33, a secondhorizontal portion 34 and avertical portion 35 connected between the firsthorizontal portion 33 and the secondhorizontal portion 34. The firsthorizontal portion 33 having a disposingend 31A is disposed through the two throughholes 13 and the insertinghole 21A. The secondhorizontal portion 34 is provided with a carryingportion 32A for placing toilet paper tolls, towels, clothes or other bathroom products. Preferably, the carryingmember 30A further includes aplate 36. Theplate 36 can be pivotally connected with the firsthorizontal portion 33 and extends away from the firsthorizontal portion 33; therefore, after the object was placed on the carryingportion 32A, theplate 36 will abut against the object to prevent the object from moving or falling. - Please refer to
Fig. 5 for a third embodiment of abathroom carrying device 3. Compared with the above-mentioned first embodiment, a throughhole 13B of ametal shell member 10B and an insertinghole 21B of aplastic member 20B of thebathroom carrying device 3 are slit-shaped. The shape of a disposingend 31B of a carryingmember 30B of thebathroom carrying device 3 is plate-like so as to cooperate with the shape of the throughhole 13B and the insertinghole 21B. The disposingend 31B of the carryingmember 30B is disposed through corresponding throughhole 13B of themetal shell member 10B and into corresponding insertinghole 21B of theplastic member 20B. A carryingportion 32B of the carryingmember 30B is a flat platform, which is provided for placing bottles or jars. In addition, in this embodiment, the insertinghole 21B is slit-shaped, and along the longitudinal direction an end of theplastic member 20B of the insertinghole 21B is formed with a thinnedportion 23 so as to tightly clip on the disposingend 31B when theplastic member 20B is deformed. Furthermore, along the longitudinal direction the insertinghole 21B has one or a plurality of enlarged openings 24 (substantially round). Theenlarged openings 24 can facilitate the elastic deformation of theplastic member 20B and the cooperation with another type of metal shell member. - Please refer to
Figs. 6 and7 for a fourth embodiment of thebathroom carrying device 4. Compared with the above-mentioned third embodiment, the carryingportion 32C of thebathroom carrying device 4 is formed with a receiving hole 37 (here it is an annular hole, and it can also be a C-shaped hole). The receivinghole 37 is provided for receiving cups, bottles, jars and other objects in column shape. Preferably, theplastic member 20C of thebathroom carrying device 4 is further formed with one or a plurality oflodging member 25. The disposingend 31C of thebathroom carrying device 4 is further formed with one or a plurality oflodging slot 38. Eachlodging member 25 partly extends into corresponding insertinghole 21C and is restrictedly disposed in thelodging slot 38. Thereby, the connecting strength and stability of the disposingend 31C and theplastic member 20C is increased. - Please refer to
Figs. 6 and8 for a not claimed fifth embodiment of abathroom carrying device 5. Compared with the above-mentioned fourth embodiment, the carryingportion 32C of the carryingmember 30C of the bathroom carrying device 5is formed with a receivingrecession 39. More specifically, the carryingmember 30C further includes a receiving member which is substantially cone shape. The receiving member is disposed in the claimed receivinghole 37. Understandably, the receiving member can be integrally disposed on the carryingmember 30C and the receivingrecession 39 is provided for placing soaps, aromatics, accessories, coins and other objects. - Please refer to
Figs. 2 and9 for a sixth embodiment of abathroom carrying device 6. Compared with the above-mentioned first embodiment, the carryingmember 30D of thebathroom carrying device 6 is rod-shaped and has two disposingends 31 facing each other. Each disposingend 31 is disposed at one end of the carryingmember 30D. Thebathroom carrying device 6 further includes twometal shell members 10 and twoplastic members 20. Each disposingend 31 of the carryingmember 30D is disposed through corresponding throughhole 13 of themetal shell member 10 and into corresponding insertinghole 21 of theplastic member 20. Therefore, the carryingmember 30D is traversed between the twometal shell members 10 and formed with a hanging space for hanging towels or clothes. Understandably, in other embodiments, the not claimed rod-shaped carryingmember 30D can cooperate with only one of themetal shell members 10 and one of theplastic members 20. In other words, an end of the carryingmember 30D can be fixedly disposed on themetal shell member 10 and theplastic member 20, and the other end extends out to form an open end for carrying objects. - Please refer to
Figs. 5 and10 for a seventh embodiment of abathroom carrying device 7. The carryingmember 30B is plate-like and has two disposingends 31B facing each other. Each disposingend 31B of the carryingmember 30B is disposed through corresponding throughhole 13B of themetal shell member 10B and into corresponding insertinghole 21B of theplastic member 20B. Therefore, the carryingmember 30B is traversed between the twometal shell members 10B and formed with a flat platform for placing bottles or jars. Understandably, in other claimed embodiments, the plate-like carryingmember 30B can cooperate with only one of themetal shell members 10B and one of theplastic members 20B. In other words, one end of the carryingmember 30B can be fixedly disposed on themetal shell member 10B and theplastic member 20B, and the other end extends out to form an open end for placing objects. - Please refer to
Figs. 11 and12 for an eighth embodiment of abathroom carrying device 8. Compared with the above-mentioned sixth embodiment, thebathroom carrying device 8 includes two themetal shell members 10C, two theplastic members 20D and a plurality of carryingmembers 30D. Eachmetal shell member 10C and eachplastic member 20D are respectively formed with a plurality of corresponding throughholes 13 and insertingholes 21 in intervals. Each disposingend 31 of the carryingmember 30 is disposed through corresponding throughhole 13 of themetal shell member 10C and into corresponding insertinghole 21 of theplastic member 20D. The carryingmembers 30D are substantially traversed between the twometal shell members 10C in parallel and formed with a plurality of hanging spaces for carrying objects. Understandably, in other embodiments, carryingmembers 30D can cooperate with only one of themetal shell members 10C and one of theplastic members 20D. In other words, an end of each carryingmember 30D can be fixedly disposed on themetal shell member 10C and theplastic member 20D, and the other end extends out to form an open end for carrying objects. - The present invention further provides a bathroom hanging assembly which includes at least one of the above-mentioned claimed bathroom carrying devices and further includes at least one mounting
