Claims (10)

  1. Appareil électroménager encastré avec une porte (12) articulée le long de son côté inférieur et prévu avec un panneau décoratif frontal (11) appliqué sur l'appareil par le biais d'un système de montage comprenant un couplage coulissant entre le panneau (11) et la porte (12), avec la direction de coulissement qui est orthogonale par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la porte (12), approprié pour permettre un coulissement automatique vers le haut et vers le bas du panneau (11) pendant l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte (12) respectivement, la porte (12) étant montée sur un support rotatif (2) pivoté sur un premier pivot fixe horizontal (4) qui est fixé sur le bâti de l'appareil électroménager ou sur une console de support (1) fixée à ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (11) est pivoté sur un levier (3) par le biais d'une plaque (9) fixée sur le panneau (11) et montée en rotation sur ledit levier (3) par le biais d'un pivot mobile (10) positionné de manière fixe sur le levier (3), ladite console rotative (2) étant prévue avec un élément d'entraînement qui forme un raccordement coulissant, comprenant une concavité vers le haut, avec un élément entraîné du levier (3) afin de faire tourner le levier (3) dans un plan vertical autour d'un second pivot horizontal fixe (5) qui est fixé sur le bâti de l'appareil électroménager ou sur la console de support (1) fixée sur ce dernier, la distance entre ledit pivot mobile (10) et ledit second pivot horizontal fixe (5) étant constante.
  2. Appareil électroménager encastré selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la console rotative (2) et le levier (3) sont pivotés sur la console de support (1) fixée sur le bâti de l'appareil électroménager avec la console rotative (2) à l'extérieur et le levier (3) à l'intérieur de ladite console de support (1).
  3. Appareil électroménager encastré selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la console rotative (2) entraîne le levier (3) par le biais d'une cheville (6) qui met en prise de manière coulissante une fente incurvée (7) avec ladite concavité vers le haut.
  4. Appareil électroménager encastré selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la console rotative (2) est sensiblement en forme de L et le premier pivot fixe horizontal (4) est positionné à proximité de l'angle entre les deux côtés du L.
  5. Appareil électroménager encastré selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la cheville (6) est positionnée au-dessus et derrière le premier pivot fixe horizontal (4) lorsque la porte (12) est fermée.
  6. Appareil électroménager encastré selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la console rotative (2) est prévue avec une plaque (2a) formée sur le côté vertical du L et prévue avec des trous (2b) pour la fixer sur la porte (12), ladite plaque (2a) s'étendant dans un plan vertical jusqu'à l'intérieur de la console de support (1).
  7. Appareil électroménager encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le second pivot horizontal fixe (5) est positionné à proximité de l'extrémité arrière du levier (3).
  8. Appareil électroménager encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le levier (3) est prévu avec une ouverture ovale (8) formée au niveau du premier pivot fixe horizontal (4) et approprié pour empêcher l'interférence avec ce dernier pendant le mouvement de la porte (12).
  9. Appareil électroménager encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (9) est prévue avec des trous (9a) pour la fixer sur le panneau (11) et est montée en rotation au niveau de l'extrémité de la partie avant (3a) du levier (3), ladite partie avant (3a) étant de préférence formée afin de se terminer dans une position vers l'intérieur de la console rotative (2).
  10. Appareil électroménager encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couplage coulissant est obtenu par une pluralité de crochets agencés sur l'arrière du panneau (11) et mis en prise dans des fentes correspondantes formées dans la porte (12), à l'intérieur desquelles le coulissement peut avoir lieu.
