Definitions
- Man's head has always been rightly regarded as a body part worthy of protection, especially as the brain's greatest asset here was to protect it.
- a bicycle helmet with at least one integrated light source is known, which is characterized in that the light source is at least one arranged in the region of the front helmet end driving and / or reading or repair light.
- the object of this device is to provide an additional light source if required.
- the lighting is a unitary lighting module in which the semiconductor light sources are mounted in a common connecting part adjacent to each other and towards the work object or area, and the frame consists of two frame parts folded together and releasable quick coupling parts and in which the frame parts can be folded against each other so that the screen or a part of the screen remain between them, and the frame parts can be attached to each other and to the screen by means of the detachable quick coupling parts.
- a helmet-like device is from the WO 02/44611 A1 in which a forehead - light - camera unit is described in particular for medical applications.
- This has in particular an electronic camera, a lighting device with at least one light source and a holding device which holds the at least one light source and the camera on the head of a person.
- This known unit is according to the
- Claim 1 characterized in that an optical aiming device is provided, which projects at least one mark in the illuminated by the illuminant field of view of the camera.
- the present invention has for its object to further develop existing helmet-like protection devices for securing a human.
- the Fig. 1 shows on the left side under a) a front view and on the right side under b) a side view of a headlight according to the invention.
- a high-power LED 3 serving as a light source is located in a substantially spherical housing with a front round exit surface for the light beam.
- the glass cover for this lamp is fixed by a retaining ring 5 in position.
- This light exit surface is annularly surrounded by the openings of a plurality of cooling channels 4 which surround the surface of the headlight and pass into cooling fins 8 on the rear side. In this way, optimal cooling of the light source used is ensured because the air flow flowing through the cooling channels 4 is accelerated by the fact that these cooling channels 4 are narrower in the region of the cooling fins and thus the air flow is forced to flow faster.
- cooling channels wind around the housing quasi helically and thus give the air flow a certain twist, combined with a suction effect.
- a certain twist also requires a corresponding twisting of the cooling fins 8.
- These cooling channels are covered by a housing ring 7.
- the cooling channels 4 serve the proper function of the high - line LED 3.
- the housing temperature is detected by a thermal sensor and the power of the lamp is slidably adjusted to the thus determined housing temperature in order to protect the lamp from damage. In this way, both temperature influences on the housing temperature are taken into account, which originate from the direct environment as well as those temperature influences resulting from the movement speed of the headlamp.
- bracket 6 On the underside of the headlamp is a bracket 6.
- the bracket 6 is 360 degrees, with and without detent positions, pivot.
- a stereo camera system 1 On the opposite, upper side of the headlamp is a stereo camera system 1.
- This camera system 1 allows its raised position, for example on a protective helmet (cf. Fig. 2 ), a representation of the respective all-round visibility as it consists of three, each having a solid angle of 120 degrees detecting cameras which capture at certain intervals the environment in their field of vision.
- the image data obtained in this way are stored after the commissioning of the camera system 1 for about half an hour and then, starting with the oldest image data, successively deleted and replaced by newer image data. In this way, it is ensured that, for example, after an accident of the helmet wearer, the accident can be completely reconstructed.
- a GPS system which, in conjunction with a common time base, can determine the average speed of the helmet wearer over a given period of time.
- stereo image recordings are provided, depending on the installed memory space.
- a camera system consisting of the combination of three cameras, a camera can be installed which takes a 360 degree shot at certain intervals. To create a 360 - degree all - round view, three cameras, each with a detection range of 120 degrees one after the other, can also make a detailed view.
- mini lenses are additionally mounted on partial surfaces of the helmet and / or the surface of the headlamp, which collect optical information according to the light field principle which can then later be compiled into images with a desired resolution and / or a desired viewing angle data technology.
- mini lenses are cheap to manufacture and follow the principle of an insect eye.
- a distance sensor 2 is provided on the left and the right side of the headlamp, whereby they detect the occurrence of an obstacle and contribute their measurement data for determining the distance of an obstacle from the headlamp or from the helmet wearer.
- the data of the distance of a potential obstacle determined in this way can also serve the purpose of fading the light of the headlamp at a certain distance limit. This can be done automatically, or turned off if desired.
- the illuminance of the headlamp can be adapted to the street lighting. This can be done electronically in a simple way.
- the Fig. 2 shows a functional overview of the device according to the invention and its function carriers.
- the headlight from the Fig. 1 is attached to a protective helmet 9.
- the lamp 10 is referred to, which makes the helmet wearer also visible from behind in the dark.
- a stylized drawn energy supply unit 14 and the housing 11 of a control unit are connected by means of a power transmission line 13 and a multi-function cable 12 to the headlight.
- the control unit has controls 16 and a microphone 15 for sound recordings with corresponding memory elements.
- the control of desirable changes in the functions can be done by voice input via the microphone by the operator.
- This of course requires an electronic voice recognition of the operator in which the relevant parameters are determined menu-driven during commissioning of the device.
- the word “charging” or “Millerkrug” can be interpreted as a word command for "lighter” by the lamp control according to customer requirements.
- the lamp control thus takes place in each case by means of the programmed control via word or set commands.
- the programming process could be called a "teach - in”.
- the operating elements 16 can be realized by means of Hall sensors, in film technology, or as a touch screen.
- the sensitivity of the microphone 15 may be infinitely adjustable and provided with a sensitivity adjustable in the frequency range - filters against ambient noise, such as wind noise.
- the cable connections shown can be omitted in a special design and be replaced by wireless connections such as bluetooth, oä.
- a special design can by means of skin resistance - sensors and / or Skin Moisture Sensors, an assessment of a person 's state of health can be determined and transmitted to relevant points by radio.
- All described housings can be made of a particularly resistant alloy, such as AlMgSi1 F30.
- Figure 3 shows an additional option of Air Bag features. Since the use of air bags, especially in the head area, is undisputed, the invention proposes an air bag 17, more or less like an additional barely noticeable neck brace Supplement to a protective helmet, in these releasably integrated, provide. According to the invention, it is also possible here to let an airbag emerge from the lower edge of a helmet. This is especially indicated for a full face helmet.
- the special design on the back may be an air pressure cartridge that inflates an air bag that has a predefined deployment behavior and first unfolds and then wraps around the neck.
- the triggering of the air bag 17 may be provided by special shock and / or acceleration sensors which simultaneously trigger the emergency signal described above.
Description
Man's head has always been rightly regarded as a body part worthy of protection, especially as the brain's greatest asset here was to protect it.
Was previously tried to preserve this important part of the body, especially in war clashes with helmets from damage, this protection needs nowadays, especially in more or less dangerous sports activities, especially in the popular sport cycling. From this area, many different constructions are known.

A high-

In a further special design mini lenses are additionally mounted on partial surfaces of the helmet and / or the surface of the headlamp, which collect optical information according to the light field principle which can then later be compiled into images with a desired resolution and / or a desired viewing angle data technology. Such mini lenses are cheap to manufacture and follow the principle of an insect eye.
In each case a

In a particular embodiment, the control of desirable changes in the functions can be done by voice input via the microphone by the operator. This of course requires an electronic voice recognition of the operator in which the relevant parameters are determined menu-driven during commissioning of the device.
For example, the word "charging" or "Maßkrug" can be interpreted as a word command for "lighter" by the lamp control according to customer requirements. The lamp control thus takes place in each case by means of the programmed control via word or set commands. The programming process could be called a "teach - in".
The operating
The cable connections shown can be omitted in a special design and be replaced by wireless connections such as bluetooth, oä.
In conjunction with the GPS function described above and with additional shock sensors, acceleration sensors and the associated software, the transmission of an emergency signal by means of a smart - phone, or similar. intended. In a special design can by means of skin resistance - sensors and /
or Skin Moisture Sensors, an assessment of a person 's state of health can be determined and transmitted to relevant points by radio.
All described housings can be made of a particularly resistant alloy, such as AlMgSi1 F30.
