Fig. 1 zeigt eine exemplarische erfindungsgemäße Trockentransformatorspule 10 in einer Draufsicht. Die Trockentransformatorspule 10 umfasst eine hohlzylindrische radial innere Wicklung 12 und eine daran anschließende radial äußere Wicklung 14, welche ineinander verschachtelt sind. Um die radial äußere Oberfläche der durch die Windungen 12, 14 gebildeten Spule ist vollumfänglich eine Barrierenstruktur angeordnet. Die Barrierenstruktur weist mehrere sternähnlich um die Mittelachse der Spule und längs deren axialer Erstreckung verlaufende Leisten 16 auf, durch welche eine ringähnlich um diese herum angeordnete Barrierenwandung 18 radial abgestützt ist. Die axiale Länge der Barrierenwandung 18 übersteigt geringfügig die axiale Länge der Spule, um auch stirnseitig den Berührungsschutz zu erhöhen. Direkt auf der radialen Außenfläche der Barrierenwandung 18 ist ein elektrischer Schirm 20 aufmetallisiert, welcher mit Erdpotential 24 verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise ist ein gefahrloses Berühren der radialen Außenfläche der Trockentransformatorspule auch während deren Betrieb ermöglicht. Die hohlzylindrische Trockentransformatorspule ist um einen Kernschenkel 26 eines Transformatorkerns angeordnet. Fig. 1 shows an exemplary inventive dry-type transformer coil 10 in a plan view. Um drei parallel in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnete Kernschenkel eines dreischenkligen Transformatorkerns ist jeweils eine erfindungsgemäße Trockentransformatorspule 32, 34, 36 angeordnet. Jede Trockentransformatorspule 32, 34, 36 weist eine Barrierenstruktur mit einem elektrischen Schirm auf, welcher nicht vollumfänglich um die jeweilige Trockentransformatorspule ausgeprägt ist, sondern in Teilbereichen gegeneinander zugewandter Spulenoberflächen benachbarter Trockentransformatorspulen unterbrochen ist. Die in die Barrierenstrukturen jeweils integriertem elektrischen Schirme sind mechanisch und elektrisch miteinander zu einem geerdeten 44 hüllenähnlichen Schirm 42 verbunden, welcher die drei Trockentransformatorspulen 32, 34, 36 bandähnlich umschließt und durch welchen ein gefahrloses Berühren der zugänglichen Oberflächenbereiche der Trockentransformatorspulen 32, 34, 36 gewährleistet ist. Jede Trockentransformatorspule 52, 54, 56 weist einen separat geerdeten 64 elektrischen Schirm 58, 60, 62 auf, welcher nicht vollumfänglich um die jeweilige Trockentransformatorspule ausgeprägt, sondern in Teilbereichen unterbrochen ist. Da die elektrischen Schirme nicht mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind ist theoretisch zwar ein Berühren gegeneinander zugewandter Spulenoberflächen benachbarter Trockentransformatorspulen 52, 54, 56 möglich, ein unbeabsichtigtes Berühren jedoch aufgrund der schweren Zugänglichkeit der betreffenden Oberflächenbereiche ausgeschlossen. Trockentransformatorspule (10, 32, 34, 36, 52, 54, 56), umfassend eine hohlzylindrische Spule mit wenigstens einer radial innen (12) liegenden und einer radial außen (14) liegenden Wicklung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an der radial äußeren Oberfläche der Spule eine zumindest teilweise umlaufende und sich wenigstens über deren axiale Länge erstreckende Barrierenstruktur mit wenigstens einer Lage Leisten (16) aus einem isolierenden Material und wenigstens einer radial von diesen abgestützten Barrierewandung (18) vorgesehen ist, wobei die radial äußerste Barrierewandung (18) einen elektrischen Schirm (20, 42, 58, 60, 62) aufweist.
