Eine Deckelfolie 15 wird von einer zweiten Abrollvorrichtung 16 abgewickelt und einer zweiten Formstation 17 zugeführt, um eine zweite Mulde 18 in die Deckelfolie 15 zu formen bzw. tiefzuziehen. Weiter stromabwärts ist eine zweite Siegelstation 22 angeordnet, um die Deckelfolie 15 mit dem zweiten Produkt 20 in der zweiten Mulde 18 mit der Trennfolie 10 zu versiegeln, wobei die Trennfolie 10 von einer dritten Abrollvorrichtung 23 abgewickelt wird.A
Wenigstens die Deckelfolie 15 wird mittels einer nicht näher dargestellten Vorschubeinrichtung, vorzugsweise mit beidseitig angeordneten Klammerketten entlang der Transportrichtung T beginnend vor der zweiten Formstation 17 bis zur ersten Siegelstation 9 transportiert. Dabei ändert sich nach der zweiten Siegelstation 22 die Orientierung der Deckelfolie 15 und der Trennfolie 10. Bis zur zweiten Siegelstation 22 ist die Trennfolie 10 oberhalb der Deckelfolie 15 und dem zweiten Produkt 20 vorgesehen und in der ersten Siegelstation 9 ist die Trennfolie 10 unterhalb der Deckelfolie 15 und des zweiten Produkts 20 vorgesehen. Eine Siegelnaht 24, die die Trennfolie 10 mit der Deckelfolie 15 verbindet, verläuft um eine Öffnung 25 der zweiten Mulde 18 herum (siehe
Es können mehrere in Produktionsrichtung R geformte Mulden 8 in der Unterfolie 4 angeordnet sein, die als Format mit beispielsweise drei nebeneinander angeordneten ersten Mulden 8 um jeweils eine erste Mulde 8 in einem Takt intermittierend stromabwärts transportiert werden. Es ist aber ebenso denkbar, dass die erste Formstation 5 mehrere Reihen von ersten Mulden 8 formt und jeweils dieses Format von ersten Mulden 8, die in einem Arbeitstakt gleichzeitig in der ersten Formstation 5 in die Unterfolie 4 geformt werden, taktweise in Produktionsrichtung R weiter transportiert wird. Im Folgenden soll die Arbeitsweise der gezeigten Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine 1 näher erläutert werden.
