Gemäß Fig. 1 ist ein Schmuckstein 20 gemäß der Erfindung in einen plattenförmigen Kunststoffkörper 10 thermisch eingefügt. Durch das spanlose Eindringen des erhitzten Schmucksteins 20 in das thermoplastische Kunststoffmaterial des Kunststoffkörpers 10 wird Kunststoffmaterial erweicht und entlang der erhitzten Außenseite des Schmucksteines nach oben zur freien Oberseite des Kunststoffkörpers 10 verdrängt. Gemäß der Erfindung wird aus dem verdrängten Kunststoffmaterial eine ringförmige Fassung 12 ausgebildet, welche insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. Die ringförmige Fassung 12 umgreift eine seitliche Kante 22, welche sich kreisringförmig um den Schmuckstein 20 erstreckt und ein Oberteil 21 von einem Unterteil 23 trennt. Das Oberteil 21 und das Unterteil 23 sind mit einem Schliff 24 ausgebildet, durch welchen zahlreiche Facetten 26 an der Oberfläche des Schmucksteins 20 gebildet sind.   2. Plastic body according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    a laterally projecting edge (22) of the gemstone (20) is clasped circumferentially by the annular setting (12).
  3. Plastic body according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the circumferential contour (16) of the setting (12) matches a cut (24) of the gemstone (20).
  4. Plastic body according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    the number of elevations (17) and depressions (18) matches a number of facets (26) of the gemstone.
  5. Plastic body according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that
    the gemstone (20) is provided with a conical insertion base (28).
  6. Plastic body according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterized in that
    a height difference between the elevations (17) and the depressions (18) of the contour (16) ranges between 0.05 mm and 1 mm, preferably between 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm.
  7. Plastic body according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in that
    the setting (12) has a height of between 0.2 mm and 2 mm.
  8. Method for inserting a gemstone (20) into a plastic body (10) consisting of a plastic material, in which
    - the gemstone (20) is pressed under the effect of heat into the plastic body (10), whereby plastic material is plastically deformed and displaced, and
    - with the displaced plastic material an annular setting (12) is molded around the gemstone (20), through which the gemstone (20) is at least held in a form-closed manner,
    characterized in that
    - along its upper side the setting (12) is designed with a circumferential contour (16) with elevations (17) and depressions (18) and
    - in that the circumferential contour (16) is designed as a uniform wavy or curved contour.
  9. Method according to claim 8,
    characterized in that
    before insertion the gemstone (20) is heated to a temperature ranging between 150 °C and 400 °C.
  10. Method according to claim 8 or 9,
    characterized in that
    a press-in die with a suction channel is used, by which a gemstone (20) is received by means of low pressure and held thereon at least until the beginning of the insertion step.
  11. Method according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the press-in die is heated.
  12. Method according to any one of claims 8 to 11,
    characterized in that
    the contour (16) of the setting (12) is molded subsequently by means of a molding tool.
  13. Method according to any one of claims 8 to 11,
    characterized in that
    the contour (16) is designed solely during insertion of the gemstone (20).
