Definitions
- the invention relates to a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a cabinet is for example from the US Pat. No. 3,506,325 known.
- several removable shelves are used in the refrigerator or freezer, each having a lighting unit as a current collector in its rear-side region.
- each of the shelves has a frame with the illumination unit attached thereto, wherein this lighting unit comprises at least one light band with a plurality of light sources inserted into a housing.
- LEDs light-emitting diodes
- the contact arrangement for producing an electrical line connection in this case consists of contact elements in the form of female connectors in the rear wall of the refrigerator or freezer, which are each connected to a corresponding plug on one of the shelves when the shelf is completely inserted into the refrigerator or freezer.
- a disadvantage of this solution for example, that through the increasingly weary in the course of their life socket-plug connections a progressively worse transmission of electrical energy.
- the assembly of such a contact arrangement is complicated.
- Another, very significant disadvantage is that the female connectors are clearly visible in the back wall with the shelf removed and thus reduce the overall impression.
- the US Pat. No. 3,506,325 discloses a contact arrangement for a refrigerator comprising a mounted on the opposite inner sides of the cooling space busbars, to each of which a resilient pressure contact of the shelf rests.
- the contact bus bar is housed in a rail for receiving the shelf, which is mounted on the inside of the refrigerator.
- the power supply is provided by means of indicated conduits extending through the inner wall.
- a power supply system for furniture which comprises pin-shaped contact elements which are inserted through the side wall of the body.
- the pin protrudes into the interior and includes a plurality of conductive sub-segments to provide a multi-pole power transmission.
- An inserted shelf contains corresponding pressure contacts to make the electrical connection to a consumer mounted on the shelf.
- the disadvantage here is that unused pins protrude visibly into the interior and can be dirty or damaged during use of the furniture by improper contact.
- the invention thus raises the problem of providing a contact arrangement for producing an electrical line connection in a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet, which is effective and simple design only with inserted shelf, and allows safe, trouble-free transmission of electrical power. According to the invention this problem is solved by a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet according to claim 1.
- a contact assembly for making an electrical wiring in a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet with at least one pantograph and a contact socket on a shelf of the cabinet, the contact socket in turn has at least one contact and the contact socket at least one integrated in a side wall of the cabinet, when inserted Shelf is associated with the contact base corresponding contact element has been further developed according to the invention to the effect that the contact element is mounted behind a protected with a spatial distance to the side wall of the cabinet web.
- a contact arrangement is necessary, for example, if a lighting unit is mounted on the shelf, which must be activated with electrical energy.
- the advantages of the invention are to be seen in particular in that the web forms a privacy screen for the attached behind the web contact element.
- the risk of introducing or applying food residues into the region of the contact or of the contact elements can also be reduced by the web, which in particular satisfies the hygienic requirements.
- the contact elements mounted in or on the wall are protected against contact as far as possible, so that in this case no bends or other damage occur.
- the contact base and the contact element are connected to each other in this solution in a simple manner electrically conductive. This is due in particular to the simple structure of the contact arrangement.
- the contact element is guided from the outside of one of the side walls of the cabinet through an opening provided in the side wall to the inside of the side wall.
- a further, very advantageous reduction of the installation effort can also be achieved if a plurality of contact elements are arranged one above the other components of a contact strip used by the outside of a side wall of the cabinet. Since the shelves are adjustable in height within the cabinet to thereby divide the interior of the cabinet in different sized subspaces, it is advantageous if in the area of each of the existing bearing surfaces for a shelf and corresponding contact elements are present. For this reason, the proposed solution offers to combine several contact elements in a contact strip.
- connection of the contact strip with the side wall of the cabinet is a snap, detent or clamp connection.
- the contact elements are limited elastically entombare, metallic sliding contacts or contact springs.
- the advantage of using sliding contacts lies in the yielding deformability of these contacts and the adaptability to the corresponding contact socket. In this way, a long life of the entire contact arrangement can be ensured with optimal contact.
- a development of the invention consists in several contact elements within the contact strip via contact rails are electrically connected to each other.
- a certain stability within the contact strip can be achieved by the contact rails and, on the other hand, any contact which can be extended in any length is possible in this way.
- the contact rails are each formed as Telanderbans to compensate for tolerances in terms of the longitudinal extent between the contact points.
- the contact socket has at least one contact, via which an electrically conductive connection to the corresponding contact element can be produced.
- Such an embodiment is particularly suitable when using direct current.
- a plurality of contacts may be present on a contact socket to thereby supply, for example, different pantographs with electric current and use only one contact socket for this purpose.
- a lighting unit, thermometer, projector, display or any combination of these come into question as a current collector.
- the contact socket is arranged according to an embodiment of the invention only on one of the longitudinal sides of the shelf and extends only over part of the length of this longitudinal side. As long sides of the shelf while the pages are to be considered, which are inserted into suitable guides of the cabinet.
- the existing contact base on the shelf at least one elastically deformable, the web at least partially barb-like manner with inserted shelf and thus the contact base releasably fixed to the web leg has.
- the existing contact base on the shelf at least one elastically deformable, the web at least partially barb-like manner with inserted shelf and thus the contact base releasably fixed to the web leg has.
- an embodiment according to the invention consists in that the contact base has two contacts of different polarity, which are viewed in the insertion direction of the shelf side by side or in succession.
- This variant can be selected if the electrical connection is to be provided on one side of the interior or of the compartment, in which case the opposite side is free of electrical connection elements.
- a further development of this proposal is moreover that on or in the contact base of the shelf, viewed from the direction of insertion, a contact with a height offset from one another has a higher contact than a contact lying behind it. If the contact socket is provided with contacts in the manner described above, the contact base can be made very narrow, which saves space and material in an advantageous manner.
- the cabinet-side contact springs are arranged correspondingly offset in height accordingly.
- all direction and position information refer to the operational installation position of the cabinet, in particular a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet.
- the contact strip described above which is mounted from the outside of a side wall of the cabinet forth, it constitutes a significant advantage of the invention, even if from the inside of the side wall ago an insert bar is used, which in this case arranged with several vertically stacked Webs and below the webs with each corresponding bearing surfaces for supporting a shelf is equipped.
- the cabinet can be assembled in a modular manner, simply and inexpensively.
- the insert strip and the contact strip can therefore be manufactured in advance.
- errors in the electrical wiring can be avoided in this way.
- a particularly advantageous solution according to the invention is also seen in the fact that the contact surfaces are part of the shelf or in a frame of the shelf laid electrical conductor tracks.
- the conductor tracks and the contact surfaces are prefabricated as a one-piece component and integrated in the manufacture of the shelf directly into the frame or in the shelf. This measure also reduces the possible sources of error when mounting a cabinet with a contact arrangement according to the invention.
- the electrical conductors have at their ends facing away from the contact surfaces clamps for electrically conductive and mechanically fixing receiving a current collector, in particular a lighting unit.
- the printed conductors therefore have not only the clamping legs, but also the contact surfaces and are integrated in the manner described above in the shelf or in the frame of the shelf.
- the arranged with a lateral distance to a side wall of the cabinet web is optically hidden by a cover according to a proposal according to the invention, so that each web is arranged below a cover.
- the FIG. 1 allows a look into the interior of a cabinet 1, which in this case is a refrigerator.

The invention thus raises the problem of providing a contact arrangement for producing an electrical line connection in a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet, which is effective and simple design only with inserted shelf, and allows safe, trouble-free transmission of electrical power. According to the invention this problem is solved by a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet according to

The advantages of the invention are to be seen in particular in that the web forms a privacy screen for the attached behind the web contact element. However, the risk of introducing or applying food residues into the region of the contact or of the contact elements can also be reduced by the web, which in particular satisfies the hygienic requirements. Even when cleaning actions by the user, the contact elements mounted in or on the wall are protected against contact as far as possible, so that in this case no bends or other damage occur. The contact base and the contact element are connected to each other in this solution in a simple manner electrically conductive. This is due in particular to the simple structure of the contact arrangement. According to the invention, the contact element is guided from the outside of one of the side walls of the cabinet through an opening provided in the side wall to the inside of the side wall. These easy-to-install solution allows easy insertion of the contact element behind the bridge.
A further, very advantageous reduction of the installation effort can also be achieved if a plurality of contact elements are arranged one above the other components of a contact strip used by the outside of a side wall of the cabinet.
Following the aforementioned idea of facilitating the assembly, it is also proposed that the connection of the contact strip with the side wall of the cabinet is a snap, detent or clamp connection.
To optimize the production of an electrically conductive connection, a further proposal of the invention is that the contact elements are limited elastically entombare, metallic sliding contacts or contact springs. The advantage of using sliding contacts lies in the yielding deformability of these contacts and the adaptability to the corresponding contact socket. In this way, a long life of the entire contact arrangement can be ensured with optimal contact.
A development of the invention consists in several contact elements within the contact strip via contact rails are electrically connected to each other. On the one hand, a certain stability within the contact strip can be achieved by the contact rails and, on the other hand, any contact which can be extended in any length is possible in this way. Advantageously, the contact rails are each formed as Mäanderbans to compensate for tolerances in terms of the longitudinal extent between the contact points.
Considering now the contact socket according to the invention, it must first be stated that this has at least one contact, via which an electrically conductive connection to the corresponding contact element can be produced. Such an embodiment is particularly suitable when using direct current. Of course, a plurality of contacts may be present on a contact socket to thereby supply, for example, different pantographs with electric current and use only one contact socket for this purpose. For example, a lighting unit, thermometer, projector, display or any combination of these come into question as a current collector.
The contact socket is arranged according to an embodiment of the invention only on one of the longitudinal sides of the shelf and extends only over part of the length of this longitudinal side. As long sides of the shelf while the pages are to be considered, which are inserted into suitable guides of the cabinet.
Furthermore, a very advantageous solution is to be seen in that the existing contact base on the shelf at least one elastically deformable, the web at least partially barb-like manner with inserted shelf and thus the contact base releasably fixed to the web leg has. In this way, not only a mechanically fixing connection between the contact socket and the web is created, but it can simultaneously the electrically conductive connection can be improved because the contacts in this case rest firmly against each other in a rest position.
In addition, an embodiment according to the invention consists in that the contact base has two contacts of different polarity, which are viewed in the insertion direction of the shelf side by side or in succession. This variant can be selected if the electrical connection is to be provided on one side of the interior or of the compartment, in which case the opposite side is free of electrical connection elements.
By another embodiment of the invention can also be effectively prevented that upon insertion of the shelf in the space provided for recording an electrical short circuit or a faulty circuit. To solve this problem, it is therefore proposed that the contacts of the contact socket have a height offset from one another. In this way, each contact can be reliably assigned a contact element.
A further development of this proposal is moreover that on or in the contact base of the shelf, viewed from the direction of insertion, a contact with a height offset from one another has a higher contact than a contact lying behind it. If the contact socket is provided with contacts in the manner described above, the contact base can be made very narrow, which saves space and material in an advantageous manner. The cabinet-side contact springs are arranged correspondingly offset in height accordingly.
Overall, all direction and position information refer to the operational installation position of the cabinet, in particular a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cabinet.
As well as the contact strip described above, which is mounted from the outside of a side wall of the cabinet forth, it constitutes a significant advantage of the invention, even if from the inside of the side wall ago an insert bar is used, which in this case arranged with several vertically stacked Webs and below the webs with each corresponding bearing surfaces for supporting a shelf is equipped. With the above solutions, the cabinet can be assembled in a modular manner, simply and inexpensively. The insert strip and the contact strip can therefore be manufactured in advance. In addition, errors in the electrical wiring can be avoided in this way.
A particularly advantageous solution according to the invention is also seen in the fact that the contact surfaces are part of the shelf or in a frame of the shelf laid electrical conductor tracks. In other words, the conductor tracks and the contact surfaces are prefabricated as a one-piece component and integrated in the manufacture of the shelf directly into the frame or in the shelf. This measure also reduces the possible sources of error when mounting a cabinet with a contact arrangement according to the invention.
In continuation of the above idea, it is also advantageous if the electrical conductors have at their ends facing away from the contact surfaces clamps for electrically conductive and mechanically fixing receiving a current collector, in particular a lighting unit. The printed conductors therefore have not only the clamping legs, but also the contact surfaces and are integrated in the manner described above in the shelf or in the frame of the shelf.
The arranged with a lateral distance to a side wall of the cabinet web is optically hidden by a cover according to a proposal according to the invention, so that each web is arranged below a cover.
The aforementioned features and measures can be implemented in a particularly advantageous manner in a refrigerator or freezer, where it is especially about the fulfillment of hygienic requirements.
