Abstract

Eine Gasventileinrichtung für einen Gasbackofen weist einen ersten leistungsveränderbaren und temperaturgeregelten Gasbrenner sowie ein Gasventilgehäuse auf. Im Gasfluss zu dem ersten Gasbrenner ist ein Regelventil (68) parallel zu einer einstellbaren Bypass-Schraube (80) geschaltet. Ein Thermostat-Antrieb ist für das Regelventil vorgesehen zur Einstellung eines Regel-Gasflusses entsprechend einer vorgegebenen Temperatur. Durch die Bypass-Schraube ist stets ein Bypass-Gasfluss zum ersten Gasbrenner parallel zum Regel-Gasfluss geöffnet. Die Bypass-Schraube ist in der Drehwelle (30) und koaxial dazu angeordnet, wobei der Bypass-Gasfluss quer durch die Drehwelle und im Wesentlichen axial durch die Bypass-Schraube geht.
