Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur gesicherten Ausgabe eines Fluids an einen Nutzer, der mit einem Authentifizierungsmittel (5) versehen ist, mittels einer gesicherten Vorrichtung, die einen Behälter (1) umfasst, der zum Enthalten des Fluids angepasst ist, wobei der Behälter (1) umfasst:
    - Ein Ventil (2), durch welches das Fluid an den Nutzer ausgegeben werden kann, wobei das Ventil (2) einen ersten Zustand aufweist, in dem es geschlossen ist, und einen zweiten Zustand, in dem es geöffnet ist,
    - Ein Verriegelungsmittel (3) des Ventils (2), wobei das Verriegelungsmittel (3) zwischen einer ersten Position, in der es das Ventil (2) in dem ersten Zustand verriegelt, und einer zweiten Position, in der das Ventil (2) zwischen dem ersten Zustand und dem zweiten Zustand frei beweglich ist, beweglich ist,
    - Mittel, die angepasst sind, um das Ventil (2) in einen vordefinierten Zwischenzustand zwischen dem ersten Zustand, in dem es geschlossen ist, und dem zweiten Zustand, in dem es vollständig geöffnet ist, übergehen zu lassen
    - Ein Erfassungsmittel (4), das angepasst ist, um das Vorhandensein des Authentifizierungsmittels (5) des Nutzers zu erfassen,
    - Steuermittel (6), die durch ein Steuersignal aktivierbar sind, wobei die Steuermittel (6) angepasst sind, um das Verriegelungsmittel (3) von der ersten Position in die zweite Position zu bewegen,
    - Eine Schnittstelle (7), die zum Einrichten eines Kommunikationskanals zwischen dem Authentifizierungsmittel (5) des Nutzers und der gesicherten Vorrichtung angepasst ist, wobei der Kommunikationskanal für die Übertragung einer Authentifizierungsinformation angepasst ist, wobei der Empfang der Authentifizierungsinformation durch die Schnittstelle das Steuersignal erzeugt, wenn die Authentifizierungsinformation gleich einem vorbestimmten Wert ist, wobei das Verfahren zur gesicherten Ausgabe weiter umfasst:
    - Einen Schritt des Empfangens einer Authentifizierungsinformation durch die Schnittstelle (7),
    - Einen Schritt der Erzeugung eines Steuersignals, wenn die Authentifizierungsinformation gleich einem vorbestimmten Wert ist,
    - Einen Schritt der Aktivierung der Steuermittel (6), wenn das Steuersignal erzeugt wird, um das Entriegelungsmittel (3) von der ersten Position in die zweite Position zu bewegen,
    - Einen Schritt des Bewegens des Ventils (2) von dem ersten Zustand in den zweiten Zustand für die Ausgabe von Fluid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren umfasst
    - einen Schritt des Erfassens des Vorhandenseins eines Nutzers durch das Erfassungsmittel (4), und dass
    - der Kommunikationskanal eingerichtet wird, wenn das Vorhandensein des Authentifizierungsmittels (5) durch das Erfassungsmittel (4) erfasst wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter umfasst:
    - Einen vorhergehenden Schritt des Aufweckens der Schnittstelle (7) durch das Erfassungsmittel (4).
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter umfasst:
    - Einen Schritt der Übertragung des vordefinierten Zwischenzustands des Ventils (2) von dem Authentifizierungsmittel (5) des Nutzers zu der gesicherten Vorrichtung.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter umfasst:
    - Einen Schritt des Sendens der Authentifizierungsinformation von der gesicherten Vorrichtung an einen entfernten Server, wobei der entfernte Server einen Speicher umfasst, in dem der vorbestimmte Wert gespeichert ist,
    - Einen Schritt des Vergleichens der Authentifizierungsinformation mit dem vorbestimmten Wert, wobei der Schritt des Vergleichens durch ein Rechenmittel des entfernten Servers durchgeführt wird;
    - Einen Schritt der Erzeugung eines Bestätigungssignals durch den entfernten Server, wenn die Authentifizierungsinformation gleich dem vorbestimmten Wert ist, um das Bestätigungssignal an die gesicherte Vorrichtung zu senden, wobei der Empfang des Bestätigungssignals durch die gesicherte Vorrichtung die Erzeugung des Steuersignals ermöglicht.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Schnittstelle (7) der gesicherten Vorrichtung ein RFID-Lesegerät ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei in der gesicherten Vorrichtung der Kommunikationskanal gesichert ist und die Schnittstelle (7) ein NFC-Lesegerät ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Steuermittel (6) der gesicherten Vorrichtung angepasst sind, um das Verriegelungsmittel (3) in der ersten Position zu halten, wenn die Authentifizierungsinformation nicht gleich einem vorbestimmten Wert ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Rückstellmittel umfasst, das angepasst ist, um das Ventilschließmittel von dem zweiten Zustand in den ersten Zustand nach einer vorbestimmten Zeitspanne zu überführen.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Mittel zum Messen des Drucks des in dem Behälter (1) enthaltenen Fluids (P) umfasst, wobei das Mittel zum Messen des Drucks des Fluids mit einem Anzeigemittel (A) verbunden ist, wobei das Anzeigemittel aktiviert wird, wenn der Druck des Fluids unter einem Schwellenwert liegt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Mittel zum Messen des Durchsatzes des Fluids (D) am Auslass des Ventils (2) umfasst.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Temperaturmessmittel und Mittel zum Korrigieren einer durch das Fluiddurchsatz-Messmittel erhaltenen Durchsatzmessung in Abhängigkeit von der durch das Temperaturmessmittel gemessenen Temperatur und/oder Mittel zum Korrigieren einer durch das Fluiddruck-Messmittel erhaltenen Druckmessung in Abhängigkeit von der durch das Temperaturmessmittel gemessenen Temperatur umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Speicher zur Aufzeichnung von Daten umfasst, die sich auf ihren Betrieb beziehen.
