- the Einshausen Anlagen forms a stop for a toe-side end of the sole. This means that a user with the ski boot, for example, rises from diagonally upwards into the toe holder until a toe-side end of the sole rests against the insertion aid, respectively the stop. Subsequently, the shoe is pressed with the entire weight of the user in the binding, whereby the heel unit is closed and the sole holder elements, respectively an engagement element of the sole holder element, engage in the counter-engagement elements on the sole and are held by, for example, a spring element in this position.
- the boarding aid is connected to the sole holder or a sole holder body so that a distance of the stopper to the sole holder in and against a skiing direction is adjustable. Adjustable means that the user can actively determine the distance, wherein the distance between a minimum and a maximum distance may be or is formed by one of these.
- the climbing aid adjustable to connect with the sole holder allows precise adjustment of the Einsmüzzzz, regardless for example of manufacturing tolerances of the sole and / or the sole holder. This is particularly advantageous when the ski is to be connected to the shoe in difficult terrain, since the exactly set Einshausen Vietnamese ensures that the sole when entering the toe holder is immediately in the position in which toe holder can be closed to to connect the shoe with the ski.
- the insertion aid may in particular comprise the stop, a guide element and an adjusting element.
- the abutment may be a simple plane plate, or at least be modulated on the side facing the sole to optimally adapt to a shape of the sole, for example, forms a slight arc.

- the sole holder may have at least two pins, with an extension transverse to the skiing direction.
- the pins may lie side by side in the skiing direction and have the same diameter and the same orientation, that is to say, for example, an identical angle of inclination to the base.
- These pins can engage in the slot of the guide member or pass through the slot and lead the Einshausenzz substantially parallel to a surface of the base and prevent tilting the Einshausenzz transverse to the base.
- the adjusting element can be connected or connected to the stop.
- the sole holder may form a stop or a receptacle for a rear end of the adjusting element in the skiing direction.
- the adjustment member may be, for example, a screw with a screw head and a threaded screw shaft.
- the screw head may have a larger diameter than the screw shaft.
- the screw shaft can be inserted through an opening in the stop, so that the screw head is in the ski direction in front of the stop and protrudes the screw shaft in the ski direction to the rear of the stop.
- the opening may have a mating thread into which the thread of the screw shaft can be screwed.
- the stop can be moved forwards or backwards in the direction of skiing when the adjusting element rotates on the thread, whereby a distance between the stop and the sole holder can be adjusted.
- the sole holder respectively the sole holder body, having an opening with a mating thread, in which the adjusting element can be screwed with the thread.
- the adjustment In order to set a distance of the stop relative to the sole holder in and against the skiing direction in this case, the adjustment must be rotatably mounted in the stop, but at the same time the stop must rest for example on the screw head and there linearly fixed or secured, so the stopper can not move linearly relative to the adjustment element. If now the adjusting element with the thread in the mating thread of the sole holder or screwed out, the stop moves together with the adjustment in the respective direction.
- the above-mentioned pins can be cylindrical guides for spring elements of the clamping device, with a diameter which essentially corresponds to a width of the oblong hole. Characterized in that two of these spaced cylindrical body pass through the slot, the guide member can be moved only linearly, for example, in or against the skiing direction. The spring elements, the guide element can press transversely to the skiing direction against a flat side of the clamping device, thereby avoiding that the guide member can tilt and thereby, for example, a jamming or high friction, adjustment of the distance is difficult.
- the guide element may have an opening, in particular a reclosable opening in a longitudinal side of the slot, with an opening width which is slightly larger than, for example, the diameter of the cylindrical guides of the tensioning device for the spring elements.
- This opening is used so that the Einsmüzz can be retrofitted or integrated into a toe holder. In addition, this makes it easier to change the Einshausen Anlagen if it is defective, for example, or should be changed for other reasons.

Description
The innovation relates to a touring binding for a ski with a toe holder with a Einsteighilfe, which forms a stop for a toe-side end of a sole of a ski boot.
When going touring, there are always situations in which the tour operator has to put on the ski in difficult terrain. Even for experienced touring skiers, it can be difficult to safely get into the binding, or so enter into the binding that the binding safely connects the ski boot with the ski. This is especially true for touring bindings with a toe holder with laterally engaging in a sole sole holding elements in which the sole holding elements must be aligned with the openings in the sole exactly to ensure a secure connection when closing the toe holder.
Die
Es besteht daher Bedarf an einer Tourenbindung mit einem Zehenhalter obiger Bauart, die einen sicheren Einstieg in den Zehenhalter auch unter schwierigen äußeren Bedingungen ermöglichtThere is therefore a need for a touring binding with a toe holder of the above type, which allows a safe entry into the toe holder, even under difficult external conditions
This object is solved by the subject matter of
The innovation relates to a touring binding for a ski with a toe holder and a heel holder, in particular a known heel counter.
The toe holder includes a sole holder, a base and a jig for the sole holder. The sole holder has engaging elements which engage in mating engagement elements on longitudinal sides of a sole and connect the sole to the ski in a walking position and a driving position.
That is, the sole holder is a known sole holder, with two arranged on different sides of a longitudinal axis of the ski sole holder elements which engage in prepared openings of the sole and hold a ski boot in the walking position about a transverse to the ski longitudinal axis pivot axis on the touring binding ,
The toe holder further comprises a mechanism with which the toe holder can be opened for entry and closed during or after entry, for example by a pressure of the shoe on a mechanism belonging to the soleplate for the sole in the toe area.
Finally, the toe holder includes an insertion aid, which can be connected to the toe holder or is connected. The Einsteighilfe forms a stop for a toe-side end of the sole.
The boarding aid is connected to the sole holder or a sole holder body so that a distance of the stopper to the sole holder in and against a skiing direction is adjustable. Adjustable means that the user can actively determine the distance, wherein the distance between a minimum and a maximum distance may be or is formed by one of these.
The climbing aid adjustable to connect with the sole holder allows precise adjustment of the Einsteighilfe, regardless for example of manufacturing tolerances of the sole and / or the sole holder. This is particularly advantageous when the ski is to be connected to the shoe in difficult terrain, since the exactly set Einsteighilfe ensures that the sole when entering the toe holder is immediately in the position in which toe holder can be closed to to connect the shoe with the ski.
The insertion aid may in particular comprise the stop, a guide element and an adjusting element. The abutment may be a simple plane plate, or at least be modulated on the side facing the sole to optimally adapt to a shape of the sole, for example, forms a slight arc. The stop, or the stop surface has substantially perpendicular to the base.
When entering the binding the Einsteighilfe prevents the sole is positioned incorrectly with the counter-engagement element relative to the engagement elements of the sole holder. In this case, the toe-side end of the sole not touch the surface area, but in a, because of the oblique entry position in the toe holder, line-shaped area. During the subsequent planar seating of the sole on the base, the toe-side end of the sole can not rest directly against the stop, or the stop surface, but can be arranged in the driving position at a distance from the stop. This distance can be so great that in the walking position, the sole, when pivoting about a pivot axis transverse to the skiing direction, does not conflict with the Einsteighilfe, that is, this is not affected and is not hindered by this in the pivoting movement.
In this case, the guide element firmly connected to the stop, in particular be integrally formed or formed. If the insertion aid is a plastic part, then the stop and the guide element can be produced, for example, in a mold in an injection molding process. If the entry aid is a metal part, then the guide element can be integrally connected to the stop, for example welded or soldered.
The guide element and the stop can be connected to each other substantially at a 90 ° angle. The stop extends essentially into one Direction across the skiing direction and from the base vertically upwards. The guide element extends parallel to a central longitudinal axis of the ski or touring binding. The guide element may have a slot, wherein the slot extends parallel to the ski longitudinal axis.
The sole holder, respectively the sole holder body, may have at least two pins, with an extension transverse to the skiing direction. The pins may lie side by side in the skiing direction and have the same diameter and the same orientation, that is to say, for example, an identical angle of inclination to the base. These pins can engage in the slot of the guide member or pass through the slot and lead the Einsteighilfe substantially parallel to a surface of the base and prevent tilting the Einsteighilfe transverse to the base.
The adjusting element can be connected or connected to the stop. The sole holder may form a stop or a receptacle for a rear end of the adjusting element in the skiing direction.
The adjustment member may be, for example, a screw with a screw head and a threaded screw shaft. In this case, the screw head may have a larger diameter than the screw shaft.
The screw shaft can be inserted through an opening in the stop, so that the screw head is in the ski direction in front of the stop and protrudes the screw shaft in the ski direction to the rear of the stop. The opening may have a mating thread into which the thread of the screw shaft can be screwed.
If the sole holder now forms a stop for the adjusting element, the stop can be moved forwards or backwards in the direction of skiing when the adjusting element rotates on the thread, whereby a distance between the stop and the sole holder can be adjusted.
Alternatively, the sole holder, respectively the sole holder body, having an opening with a mating thread, in which the adjusting element can be screwed with the thread. In order to set a distance of the stop relative to the sole holder in and against the skiing direction in this case, the adjustment must be rotatably mounted in the stop, but at the same time the stop must rest for example on the screw head and there linearly fixed or secured, so the stopper can not move linearly relative to the adjustment element. If now the adjusting element with the thread in the mating thread of the sole holder or screwed out, the stop moves together with the adjustment in the respective direction.
The above-mentioned pins can be cylindrical guides for spring elements of the clamping device, with a diameter which essentially corresponds to a width of the oblong hole.
The guide element may have an opening, in particular a reclosable opening in a longitudinal side of the slot, with an opening width which is slightly larger than, for example, the diameter of the cylindrical guides of the tensioning device for the spring elements. This opening is used so that the Einsteighilfe can be retrofitted or integrated into a toe holder. In addition, this makes it easier to change the Einsteighilfe if it is defective, for example, or should be changed for other reasons.
For the entire description and claims, the term "a" is used as an indefinite article and the number of parts is not limited to a single one. Should "a" have the meaning of "only one", it will be understood by those skilled in the context, or will be unambiguously disclosed by the use of appropriate terms, such as "a single".
