Claims (7)

  1. Befestigungsmechanismus für eine Raumzugangsvorrichtung, der Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Gehäuse, das dazu konfiguriert ist, Teil der Raumzugangsvorrichtung zu sein, wobei die Raumzugangsvorrichtung dazu konfiguriert ist, in einen Gehörgang einer Person eingesetzt zu werden,
    wobei das Gehäuse einen oder mehrere Untersätze von nach außen vorstehenden Elementen umfasst, die über eine dünne biegsame Membran angebracht sind und eine Vielzahl von Kontaktstellen aufweisen, wobei die Vielzahl von nach außen vorstehenden Elementen dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Fläche des Gehörgangs zu berühren, wenn die Raumzugangsvorrichtung in den Gehörgang eingesetzt ist, und wobei die Vielzahl von nach außen vorstehenden Elementen dazu konfiguriert ist, durch ein Mittel zum Anpassen von Kraft einen Druck auf die Kontaktfläche innerhalb des Gehörgangs von weniger als ungefähr 10.000 kPa auszuüben, um sicher eine Fläche des Gehörgangs für einen längeren Zeitraum in Eingriff zu nehmen, wobei der Befestigungsmechanismus ein Mittel aufweist, das angepasst ist, um sich selbst der Form des Gehörgangs anzugleichen oder anzupassen, wenn die Raumzugangsvorrichtung darin eingesetzt ist und die nach außen vorstehenden Elemente in den Gehörgang eingesetzt und in einem eingeschränkten Zustand sind, wobei die Vielzahl von nach außen vorstehenden Elementen mindestens einen Fluidströmungsweg dort hindurch bereitstellt, wenn die Raumzugangsvorrichtung in den Gehörgang eingesetzt ist.
  2. Befestigungsmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eines der Vielzahl von nach außen vorstehenden Elementen eine Beschichtung mit einer pharmakologischen Substanz umfasst, wobei die Beschichtung mit einer pharmakologischen Substanz an einer Außenfläche des mindestens einen der nach außen vorstehenden Elemente angeordnet ist, wobei die Beschichtung mit einer pharmakologischen Substanz eine entzündungshemmende Zusammensetzung umfasst.
  3. Befestigungsmechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Raumzugangsvorrichtung ein Ohrstück umfasst, das dazu konfiguriert ist, Geräusche zu übertragen.
  4. Befestigungsmechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die vorstehenden Elemente gestaltet und ausgelegt sind, um sich zu biegen und zu verformen; und wodurch daher der Befestigungsmechanismus sich an die Form der Innenfläche des Gehörgangs angleicht, wenn die Raumzugangsvorrichtung in die Öffnung eingesetzt ist.
  5. Befestigungsmechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Befestigungsmechanismus gestaltet und ausgelegt ist, um den Druck von weniger als ungefähr 10.000 kPa auf die Innenfläche des Gehörgangs auszuüben, wobei das Mittel zum Anpassen von Kraft den Kraftbereich durch Variieren der Zahl von Fortsätzen und/oder des Musters der Fortsätze und/oder der Größe und Form der Fortsätze und/oder der Biegsamkeit der Fortsätze und/oder der die Fortsätze umfassenden Materialien und/oder der Beschichtung auf den die Fortsätze umfassenden Materialien und/oder die Flächenmerkmale der die Fortsätze umfassenden Materialien und/oder des Projektionswinkels zur Basis und/oder Kontaktfläche bereitstellt.
  6. Raumzugangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Raumzugangsvorrichtung ein In-Ear-Headset umfasst.
  7. Raumzugangsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Raumzugangsvorrichtung ein Hörgerät umfasst.
