- Referring to
Figure 2 , a detachable side table according to an embodiment of the present application includes atray 1 and abracket 2. - An article-carrying
platform 11 is arranged on thetray 1. Thebracket 2 includes one end detachably connected to thetray 1 and the other end connected to a folding chair. - In using the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, the
tray 1 is fixed to the folding chair by thebracket 2. A user can place articles needed on the article-carrying platform according to the need, such that the folding chair has a side table for carrying articles, thereby making the conventional folding chair multifunctional. - For those skilled in the art, it can be understood that in the present embodiment, connecting relationship and using method of the detachable side table are described by using the folding chair as an object to be cooperatively used with. In actual use, the detachable side table can also be used cooperatively with common chair, bed or table and the like.
- Specifically, in the detachable side table provided by the above embodiment, the
bracket 2 has various kinds of implementation structures which have certain parts in common. Thebracket 2 includes at least one supportingrod 21 and a connectingrod 22 connected to the supportingrod 21, and the supportingrod 21 is divided into a side-table segment 211 and afixing segment 212 by the connectingrod 22. - The
bracket 2 shown inFigure 3 includes a supportingrod 21, both two ends of the supportingrod 21 are extended towards two sides respectively, and the supportingrod 21 has an I-shaped structure as a whole. The connectingrod 22 is perpendicular to a plane on which the I-shaped structure of the supportingrod 21 is located. One end of the connectingrod 22 is connected to a body of the supportingrod 21, and the other end of the connectingrod 22 has an arc-shaped structure for hanging on a chair frame of the folding chair. - In using the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, firstly, the arc-shaped connecting
rod 22 is hung on the chair frame of the folding chair, and then one end of the supportingrod 21 is fixed to acushion part 01 of the folding chair, and finally thetray 1 is fixed to an protruding end of the supportingrod 21. - It can be seen that in the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, one end of the connecting
rod 22 is hooked on thecushion part 01 of the folding chair, which provides constraints in a horizontal longitudinal direction, a horizontal lateral direction and a vertical direction. Also, the I-shaped supportingrod 21 may prevent the detachable side table from rotating, such that the detachable side table can be firmly fixed on the folding chair and perform a function of carrying article well. - In a detachable side table shown in
Figure 4 , abracket 2 having another structure is provided. In the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, thebracket 2 includes two supportingrods 21 parallel to each other, and a connectingrod 22 is an arc-shaped rod and has two ends respectively connected to bodies of the two supportingrods 21. - In using the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, firstly, a fixing
segment 212 is mounted on a chair frame of a folding chair with the fixingsegment 212 facing downwardly, the arc-shaped connectingrod 22 and the fixingsegment 212 are clamped on acushion part 01, and then atray 1 is fixed on a protruding end of the supportingrod 21. Compared to the folding chair in the above embodiment, for the bracket used in the present embodiment, it is only needed to fix thetray 1 with thebracket 2, and the fixing between thebracket 2 and the chair frame is realized by clamping connection between rods, such that during using, it is easier to operate. - For making the detachable side table according to the above embodiment more stable after being fixed on the chair frame, an end portion of the fixing
segment 212 in thebracket 2 is bent towards one side of thebracket 2 arranged with the connectingrod 22. In using the detachable side table according to the present embodiment, thebracket 2 with the bent end portion can be hooked on the chair frame of the folding chair, thus the detachable side table is more firmly connected to the chair frame, thereby improving the stability of the detachable side table. - Further, in order to improve the stability of the detachable side table after being fixed on the chair frame, in the detachable side table according to the above embodiment, a connecting
clamping head 3 is further provided. - As shown in
Figure 5 , the connectingclamping head 3 is arranged on one side of the arc-shaped connectingrod 22 which is concaved inwardly, and is fixedly connected to the connectingrod 22. After thebracket 2 is fixed on the chair frame, the connectingclamping head 3 may be tightly clamped on a pipe member of the chair frame so as to prevent thebracket 2 from moving or rotating, such that the detachable side table can be more firmly fixed to the chair frame. - In the detachable side table according to the above embodiment, the
tray 1 is fixedly connected to thebracket 2 in a detachable manner by an insertedly connecting structure or other structures. After being fixed, thetray 1 can not be moved, unless it is to be detached. In another embodiment provided by the present embodiment, due to a structure using articulated connection and clamping connection, thetray 1 can be rotated under a certain condition. - Referring to
Figure 6 , a supporting-rod inserting hole 12 and a supporting-rod clamping groove 13 both cooperated with the side-table segment 211 are provided at a bottom portion of thetray 1. The supportingrods 21 include an articulating supportingrod 23 and an embedding supportingrod 24. Specifically, the articulating supportingrod 23 is rotatably arranged in the supporting-rod inserting hole 12, and the embedding supportingrod 24 is detachably fixed in the supporting-rod clamping groove 13. - It can be seen that since the articulating supporting
rod 23 and the embedding supportingrod 24 are parallel to each other, after the embedding supportingrod 24 is disengaged from the supporting-rod clamping groove 13, thetray 1 can be rotated about an axis of the articulating supportingrod 23, as shown inFigure 7 . If there are many articles or liquid on thetray 1, the user can remove the articles or liquid on the article-carrying platform by turning thetray 1 according to the above operation. - Considering that various folding chairs have different dimensions, after the connecting
rod 22 is clamped on the chair frame, the supportingrod 21 may be tilted due to the differences of the dimensions, as shown inFigure 8 . - Referring to
Figure 9 , for solving this problem, in the detachable side table according to another embodiment of the present application, an adjustingblock 25 is further provided at a side of the connectingrod 22 which is concaved inwardly. - By providing the adjusting
block 25 at the side of the connectingrod 22 which is concaved inwardly, a horizontal height of the supportingrod 21 can be adjusted, such that the supportingrod 21 can be maintained horizontally, thereby solving the above problem. - Further, in order that the detachable side table according to the above embodiments can be adapted to folding chairs having different dimensions, the adjusting
block 25 is provided with a threaded hole, and a threaded hole having the same dimension as the above thread hole is provided at a central position of the connectingrod 22. An adjustingbolt 26 is screwed into the threaded hole on the connectingrod 22 from top to bottom, and an end portion of the adjustingbolt 26 is screwed into the threaded hole of the adjustingblock 25. - By rotating the adjusting
bolt 26, a distance between the adjustingblock 25 and an inner side surface of the connectingrod 22 can be correspondingly increased or reduced, such that the dimension of the detachable side table can be adjusted for adapting to various folding chairs. - Specifically, in the detachable side table provided by the above embodiment, the adjusting
bolt 26 includes an adjusting knob and a headless screw. A bottom surface of the adjusting knob is provided with a fixing hole, and an end portion of the headless screw is inserted into the fixing hole. Also, for enhancing the firmness of the connection between the adjusting knob and the headless screw, viscose glue is provided in the fixing hole. - In order to provide a more comfortable sitting feeling for the user, in designing of the folding chair, a supporting rod of a chair top, that is a pipe abutting against the fixing
segment 212 in the above embodiment, is designed to be tilted with a front end higher than a rear end. In this way, after the detachable side table is mounted on the chair frame, if thetable body 1 is maintained horizontally, one of the supportingrods 21 may be disengaged from thecushion part 01, and if both of the supportingrods 21 are in contact with thecushion part 01, thetable body 1 may be tilted. - In order to solve the above problem, in the detachable side table provided by the present embodiment, a spacer block or a spacer ring is further provided on the fixing
segment 212. By providing the spacer block or the spacer ring, under the premise that thetable body 1 is maintained horizontally, both of the supportingrods 21 are in contact with thecushion part 01, thereby improving the applicability of the detachable side table provided by the embodiment of the present application for the folding chairs having different dimensions. - The above embodiments are described in a progressive manner. Each of the embodiments is mainly focused on describing its differences from other embodiments, and references may be made among these embodiments with respect to the same or similar portions among these embodiments.
