Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Drucktuches bestimmter Dicke, das einen Träger in Form einer undehnbaren Grundschicht und einen Aufbau mit mindestens einer Zwischenschicht und einer Deckschicht aufweist, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
- es wird ein bahnförmiger Träger bereitgestellt,
- der bahnförmige Träger wird mit einem bahnförmigen Aufbau verbunden, so dass ein bahnförmiger Verbund entsteht,
- nach Herstellung des Verbundes wird die gesamte Deckschicht solange geschliffen, bis der Verbund die gewünschte Dicke aufweist,
- von dem bahnförmigen Verbund wird das Drucktuch abgetrennt.
