Abstract

The kit has a hook (1) comprising an end, and a rotating unit (2) comprising a tip cooperating with the end of the hook. The rotating unit is designed as a rod, and comprises first, second and third parts (21, 22, 23). The first and third parts are arranged in parallel, and the second part is arranged perpendicular to the first and third parts. The first part comprises an end provided with a handle (24). The rotating unit has an electrical unit for rotating the end of the hook, and an extension stem (5) is positioned between the first and second parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for tightening and loosening a plumbing collar.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a clamping and loosening kit. It applies, in particular, to DIY in the field of plumbing, electricity.

The present invention is used, for example, for clamping a plumbing collar.

STATE OF THE ART

To fix the plumbing collars, it is used pliers. These clamps deteriorate and often deform the plumbing collar. Turning the plumbing collar allows it to be attached to the bracket. However, some places do not allow clamping with a clamp and the technician performs the tightening by hand, which makes the operation tedious for a considerable time.

The document GB2421453 has an adapter comprising a rod whose end ends with a hook and another end adapted to an electric hand tool. The disadvantage of the adapter shown is that it requires electrical power to rotate the hook. The base of the hook is wide to hold the handle on the rod. Making the base of the hook of dimension equivalent to the diameter of the handle results in significant manufacturing and raw material costs.

The purpose of the present invention is to overcome these disadvantages and to propose a clamping and loosening kit for clamping plumbing collar to reduce the difficulty for the technician.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages.

For this purpose, according to a first aspect, the present invention aims a clamping and loosening kit comprising a hook consisting of a first nozzle, a rotation means consisting of a second nozzle cooperating with the first nozzle, said rotation means is a stem extending from a first end to a second end and comprising three parts, the first part and the third part being parallel, the second part being perpendicular to the first part and the third part, the first end consisting of a first end piece or a second end piece, and the second end consisting of a handle.

It is understood by hook, an object that its curvature makes it suitable for gripping.

Thanks to these provisions, the operator gains in efficiency and comfort of use. In addition, the operator saves time when installing the clamps since it is sufficient to turn or engage the rotation of the hook for its implementation. There is no longer any possible deterioration of the plumbing collar as with tools such as pliers. The rotating means functions as a crank.

The first tip or the second tip can be male or female. For example, the first tip is a threaded rod and the second tip is a tapped hole. Thus, the attachment of the first nozzle and the second end is provided by the thread and cooperates with the threaded hole.

In embodiments, the rotating means comprises electrical means adapted to rotate the first end of the hook.

For example, the electrical means comprises a motor and a power supply, such as a battery. When the engine is running, it rotates an axis connected to the second end. Activation of the motor can be carried out by a push button.

In embodiments, the clamping and unclamping kit includes an extension rod extending from a first end to a second end, said extension rod is formed at each end of a first end and a second end. mouthpiece, or two first end pieces, or two second end pieces.

DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

The figure 1 represents the clamping and loosening set mounted with a hook 1, an extension rod 5 and a rotating means 2. The rotating means 2 is a rod comprising three parts. The first portion 21 and the third portion 23 are parallel. The second portion 22 is perpendicular to the first portion 21 and the third portion 23. The rod extends from a first end to a second end, the first end consists of a first end 3 and the second end consists of 'a handle 24.

In another example, not shown, the first end consists of a second endpiece 4 and the first end of the stem of the rotation means 2 consists of a second endpiece 4.

The hook 1 is in the form of a question mark and extends from a first end to a second end. The first end is substantially straight and is disposed substantially perpendicular to the second end. The second end consists of a first nozzle 3. The first nozzle 3 as the second nozzle 4 may be male or female. For example, a male end is either a threaded rod or a straight rod with a groove and respectively a female end is either a tapped hole or a groove with a clip. The hook 1 is inserted inside the ring of the plumbing collar. The ring is usually made up of two parts. The rotation of the hook 1 will allow to fix the plumbing collar to its support.

The rotation can be carried out by a rod which functions as a crank or by means of rotation 2.

According to one variant, the rotation means 2 is motorized. The motorized means comprises a power supply, a motor arranged to drive a rod in rotation, said rod comprising at its end a second endpiece 4. The motorized means is actuated by means of at least one button allowing the rotation of the motor in the two directions and to switch on or off the engine.

According to one embodiment, the extension rod 5 comprises a movable element positioned between the first end and the second end. The moving element is rotatable along the longitudinal axis of the extension rod 5. When the first end or the second end is formed of the first nozzle 3 or the second nozzle 4, the element carries a pivot connection passing through the longitudinal axis. Thus, the hexagonal shape adapts better between two elements which increases the possibilities of use of the clamping and loosening kit. Indeed, the hexagonal shape can be used to tighten or loosen. The second endpiece 4 is a hexagonal recess for receiving the first endpiece 3.

• a fourth embodiment comprises a hook 1, a rotation means 2 and two extension rods, one of the two extension rods is disposed between the hook 1 and the rotation means 2 to increase the distance between the two, and the second extension rod 5 is disposed at the first end of the hook 1 to increase its size to allow to tighten plumbing collars of larger size.

The clamping and unclamping kit comprises a transport means such as a suitcase. The case is used to transport the various elements of the clamping and unclamping kit and includes inside the lugs, to tighten and maintain the different parts of the kit. Clamping and unclamping kit, characterized in that it comprises a hook (1) consisting of a first nozzle (3), a rotation means (2) consisting of a second nozzle (4) cooperating with the first nozzle (3), said rotation means (2) is a rod extending from a first end to a second end and comprising three parts, the first part (21) and the third part (23) being parallel, the second part (22) being perpendicular to the first part (21) and the third part (23), the first end consisting of a first end piece (3) or a second end piece (4), and the second end consisting of a handle (24). Clamping and unclamping kit according to claim 1, wherein the rotating means (2) comprises an electrical means adapted to rotate the first end piece (3) of the hook (1). A clamping and unclamping kit according to one of claims 1 to 2, wherein said clamping and unclamping kit comprises an extension rod (5) extending from a first end to a second end, said extension rod (5) is formed at each end of a first endpiece (3) and a second endpiece (4), or two first end pieces, or two second end pieces. Clamping and unclamping kit according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the extension rod (5) comprises a movable element positioned between the first end and the second end. Clamping and loosening kit according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first endpiece (3) is hexagonal and the second end (4) is a hexagonal recess.
