Claims (15)

  1. Barrière annulaire (1) destinée à être étendue dans un anneau (101) entre une structure tubulaire de puits (300) et une paroi intérieure (4) d'un trou de forage (100) pour fournir une isolation de zone entre une première zone (102) et une seconde zone (103) du trou de forage, comprenant :
    une partie tubulaire (2) pour monter comme une partie de la structure tubulaire de puits (300) et comportant une ouverture d'extension (9),
    une chemise extensible (3) entourant la partie tubulaire, chaque extrémité (31, 32) de la chemise extensible étant reliée à la partie tubulaire, et
    un espace de barrière annulaire (30) entre la partie tubulaire (2) et la chemise extensible (3),
    dans lequel la barrière annulaire comprend en outre un moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comportant un orifice d'entrée (11) dans une première extrémité (10a) en communication fluide avec l'ouverture d'extension (9) et comportant un orifice de sortie (12) dans une seconde extrémité (10b) en communication fluide avec l'espace de barrière annulaire, et dans lequel le moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comprend un piston (60) comportant une première extrémité (601) et une seconde extrémité (602) le piston étant agencé sensiblement de manière coulissante dans un logement de piston (61), le logement de piston comprenant un premier cylindre (65) ayant une premier diamètre intérieur correspondant à un diamètre extérieur de la première extrémité du piston et ayant une première aire de surface d'extrémité (A1), et un second cylindre (66) ayant un second diamètre correspondant à un diamètre extérieur de la seconde extrémité du piston et ayant une seconde aire de surface d'extrémité (A2), la première aire de surface d'extrémité (A1) étant plus grande que la seconde aire de surface d'extrémité (A2),
    caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comprend en outre une connexion d'alimentation de fluide (75) étant en communication fluide avec l'orifice d'entrée et l'ouverture d'extension pour permettre au fluide d'entrer dans le second cylindre (66), et en ce que le moyen d'intensification de pression comprend en outre un premier clapet anti-retour (69) agencé dans la connexion d'alimentation de fluide (75) pour empêcher le fluide de sortir du second cylindre (66) pendant la compression de fluide par le piston (60) et pour permettre au fluide d'entrer dans le second cylindre (66) pendant la décompression de fluide par le piston (60).
  2. Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comprend un second clapet anti-retour (63) agencé entre la connexion d'alimentation de fluide (75) et l'orifice de sortie (12) du moyen d'intensification de pression (10) pour empêcher le fluide sous pression d'entrer dans le second cylindre (66) pendant la décompression du fluide par le piston (60) et pour permettre au fluide sous pression de sortir du moyen d'intensification de pression (10) par l'orifice de sortie (12) pendant la compression du fluide par le piston (60).
  3. Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comprend une pluralité de moyens d'intensification de pression (10c, 10d, 10e, 10f).
  4. Barrière annulaire (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'orifice de sortie (12) du moyen d'intensification de pression (10) comprend une chambre de collecte de pression (72) en communication fluide avec la pluralité de secondes extrémités (602) de la pluralité de pistons (60) et en communication fluide avec l'espace de barrière annulaire (30).
  5. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une connexion de fluide en excès (13) entre le moyen d'intensification de pression et le trou de forage permet au fluide de s'écouler du moyen d'intensification de pression dans le trou de forage.
  6. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le moyen d'intensification de pression comprend un vide (62) dans le logement de piston entre la première extrémité et la seconde extrémité du piston.
  7. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un clapet anti-retour (64) agencé en communication fluide avec le trou de forage et l'espace de barrière annulaire (30), permettant au fluide de s'écouler depuis le trou de forage dans l'espace de barrière annulaire (30).
  8. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la barrière annulaire comprend des premier et second moyens d'intensification de pression (10c, 10d) agencés en série, le premier moyen d'intensification de pression (10c) comprenant un premier orifice d'entrée (11a) et un premier orifice de sortie (12c) et le premier orifice d'entrée (11a) étant en communication fluide avec l'ouverture d'extension (9), le second moyen d'intensification de pression (10d) comprenant un second orifice d'entrée (11d) et un second orifice de sortie (12d) et le second orifice de sortie (12d) étant en communication fluide avec l'espace de barrière annulaire (30).
  9. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la barrière annulaire (1) comprend des premier et second moyens d'intensification de pression (10c, 10d) et au moins un moyen d'intensification de pression intermédiaire (10f) agencés en série, le premier moyen d'intensification de pression comprenant un premier orifice d'entrée (11a) et un premier orifice de sortie (12c) et le premier orifice d'entrée étant en communication fluide avec l'ouverture d'extension (9), le second moyen d'intensification de pression (10d) comprenant un second orifice d'entrée (11d) et un second orifice de sortie (12d) et le second orifice de sortie étant en communication fluide avec l'espace de barrière annulaire (30), et dans lequel l'au moins un moyen d'intensification de pression intermédiaire (10f) comprend un orifice d'entrée intermédiaire (11f) en communication fluide avec le premier orifice de sortie (12c) et un orifice de sortie intermédiaire (12f) en connexion fluide avec le second orifice d'entrée (11d).
  10. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le moyen d'intensification de pression comprend un intensificateur de pression hydraulique.
  11. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le moyen d'intensification de pression comprend un intensificateur de pression hydraulique avec un piston à double action.
  12. Barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un second moyen d'intensification de pression (10e) est agencé dans une extrémité de la barrière annulaire opposée au moyen d'intensification de pression (10).
  13. Système de barrière annulaire (500) comprenant :
    une structure tubulaire de puits (300), et
    au moins une barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes agencée comme une partie de la structure tubulaire de puits.
  14. Procédé de placement d'une barrière annulaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-12 dans un anneau, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    relier la barrière annulaire à une structure tubulaire de puits (300),
    placer la barrière annulaire non étendue dans une position souhaitée en fond de puits,
    mettre sous pression un fluide dans la partie tubulaire,
    intensifier la pression dans l'espace de barrière annulaire (30) au moyen du moyen d'intensification de pression, et
    étendre la chemise extensible.
  15. Procédé d'utilisation de barrières annulaires selon la revendication 1 dans un anneau pour sceller une section de commande de flux d'entrée, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    relier deux barrières annulaires avec une structure tubulaire de puits (300) et agencer une section de commande de flux d'entrée (600) entre elles,
    placer les deux barrières annulaires et la section de commande de flux d'entrée dans une position souhaitée en fond de puits,
    mettre sous pression la partie tubulaire (2) est étendre les barrières annulaires au moyen d'un fluide d'extension sous pression depuis l'intérieur de la partie tubulaire pour fournir une zone d'isolation entre une première zone (102) et une seconde zone (103) du trou de forage, la première zone ayant une première pression de fluide et la seconde zone ayant une seconde pression de fluide,
    stopper la mise sous pression de la partie tubulaire, et
    activer la section de commande de flux d'entrée pour démarrer une production de fluide dans la structure tubulaire de puits.
