Claims (12)
- Bohrlochprüfventil (44; 100), umfassend:eine Gehäusebaugruppe (106);eine Mantelrohrbaugruppe (172; 174), die in der Gehäusebaugruppe angeordnet ist und eine Betriebsfluidkammer (176), eine Vorspannfluidkammer (184) und eine Leistungsfluidkammer (180) dazwischen definiert;eine Ventilbaugruppe (126), die in der Gehäusebaugruppe angeordnet ist und zwischen einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Stellung betriebsfähig ist; undeine Kolbenbaugruppe (146), die der Ventilbaugruppe betriebsfähig zugeordnet ist;
wobei Ringraumdruck, der in die Leistungsfluidkammer (180) eintritt, Betriebsfluid in der Betriebsfluidkammer (176) mit Druck beaufschlagt, das auf die Kolbenbaugruppe (146) einwirkt, um die Ventilbaugruppe (126) aus der geschlossenen Stellung in die offene Stellung zu verlagern; undwobei ein vorgegebener Arbeitsweg der Kolbenbaugruppe (146) einen Umgehungsdurchlass (162) für das mit Druck beaufschlagte Betriebsfluid öffnet, um die Vorspannfluidkammer (184) mit Vorspannfluid zu laden und dadurch ein Schließen der Ventilbaugruppe (126) zu ermöglichen, wenn der Ringraumdruck um ein vorgegebenes Maß reduziert wird. - Bohrlochprüfventil nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kolbenbaugruppe ferner eine Spannhülsenbaugruppe (156) und eine Rastmuffe (152) mit einer ersten und zweiten Stellung im Verhältnis zur Spannhülsenbaugruppe umfasst.
- Bohrlochprüfventil nach Anspruch 2, wobei ein erster Abschnitt der Kolbenbaugruppe im Verhältnis zu einem zweiten Abschnitt der Kolbenbaugruppe verlagerbar sein kann, derart, dass die Spannhülsenbaugruppe (156) die Rastmuffe (152) freigibt, bevor die Kolbenbaugruppe (146) die Ventilbaugruppe (126) aus der geschlossenen Stellung in die offene Stellung verlagert.
- Bohrlochprüfventil nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Kolbenbaugruppe (146) ferner eine Rückschlagventilbaugruppe (150) mit gegenüberliegenden Rückschlagventilen (158, 160) umfasst.
- Bohrlochprüfventil nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Rückschlagventilbaugruppe (150) ferner gegenüberliegende Rückschlagventile (158, 160) an Enden des Arbeitswegs umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Bohrlochprüfventils, umfassend:Anordnen des Bohrlochprüfventils (44; 100) an einer Position in einem Bohrloch (32), wobei das Bohrlochprüfventil eine Betriebsfluidkammer (176), eine Vorspannfluidkammer (184) und eine Leistungsfluidkammer (180) aufweist;Anwenden von erhöhtem Ringraumdruck auf die Leistungsfluidkammer (180), um Betriebsfluid in der Betriebsfluidkammer (176) mit Druck zu beaufschlagen;Anwenden des mit Druck beaufschlagten Betriebsfluids auf eine Kolbenbaugruppe (146) des Bohrlochprüfventils, um eine Ventilbaugruppe (126) des Bohrlochprüfventils aus einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine offene Stellung zu verlagern; undnach einem vorgegebenen Arbeitsweg der Kolbenbaugruppe (146) Öffnen eines Umgehungsdurchlasses (162) für das mit Druck beaufschlagte Betriebsfluid, um die Vorspannfluidkammer (184) mit Vorspannfluid zu laden und dadurch ein Schließen der Ventilbaugruppe (126) zu ermöglichen, wenn der Ringraumdruck um ein vorgegebenes Maß reduziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Anwenden des mit Druck beaufschlagten Betriebsfluids auf die Kolbenbaugruppe (146) des Bohrlochprüfventils ferner das Verlagern einer Rastmuffe (152) der Kolbenbaugruppe aus einer ersten Stellung in eine zweite Stellung im Verhältnis zu einer Spannhülsenbaugruppe (156) der Kolbenbaugruppe umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei das Öffnen des Umgehungsdurchlasses für das mit Druck beaufschlagte Betriebsfluid, um die Vorspannfluidkammer mit Vorspannfluid zu laden, ferner das Öffnen eines Umgehungsdurchlasses (162) durch die Kolbenbaugruppe (146) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, wobei das Öffnen des Umgehungsdurchlasses (162) für das mit Druck beaufschlagte Betriebsfluid, um die Vorspannfluidkammer mit Vorspannfluid zu laden, ferner das Betätigen wenigstens eines Rückschlagventils (158, 160) in einer Rückschlagventilbaugruppe (150) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Betätigen des wenigstens einen Rückschlagventils in der Rückschlagventilbaugruppe ferner das Betätigen wenigstens eines Rückschlagventils (158, 160) in Reaktion auf einen Arbeitsweg der Kolbenbaugruppe (146) umfassen kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, ferner umfassend Verhindern des Anwendens des mit Druck beaufschlagten Betriebsfluids auf die Kolbenbaugruppe (146), bis der Ringraumdruck über eine vorgegebene Größe erhöht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Erhöhen des Ringraumdrucks über die vorgegebene Größe ferner das Erhöhen des Ringraumdrucks über einen Berstdruck einer Berstscheibe umfasst.
