Claims (13)

  1. Rollladenkasteneinheit, aufweisend, zum einen, einen rohrförmigen Körper (1) mit viereckigem, vorzugsweise rechteckigem oder quadratischem, Außenquerschnitt, wobei das Wesentliche des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) von mindestens zwei Profilen (2, 2') aus thermisch isolierendem Material und einem unteren Profil (3) gebildet ist, das eine Innenseite (INT) und eine Außenseite (EXT) des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) transversal begrenzt, wobei die äußere (100), obere (101), innere (102) und untere (103) Fläche der Innenseite des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) geschlossen oder von den Profilen (2, 2') aus thermisch isolierendem Material gebildet sind, wobei eine lösbare Zugangsklappe (5) mindestens die untere Fläche (103) der Innenseite verdeckt, und, zum anderen, zwei seitliche Wangen, die an den Enden des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) angebracht sind und die Enden der Wickelachse (110) der Rollladenschürze tragen, wobei die Rollladenkasteneinheit ein Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') aufweist, das mit Verbindungsmitteln mit dem Verstärkungsquerträger (7') der oberen Zarge (7) des Fensterrahmens ausgestattet ist, wo die Rollladenkasteneinheit bestimmt ist, befestigt zu sein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') lösbar oder imstande ist, zurückzutreten, erreichbar durch Demontage nur der Zugangsklappe (5), und auf der Innenseite (INT) unter einem der Profile (2') aus thermisch isolierendem Material platziert ist, das ebenfalls lösbar ist und das die untere Fläche (103) der Innenseite des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) mindestens teilweise verschließt.
  2. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsklappe (5) und das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') ein und dasselbe Teil sind.
  3. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsklappe (5) und das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') zwei unterschiedliche Teile sind, wobei das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') von der lösbaren Zugangsklappe (5) verdeckt ist.
  4. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') durch Überformen oder Coextrusion mit der Zugangsklappe (5) verbunden und vollständig in der Stärke derselben aufgenommen ist.
  5. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') zwischen der Zugangsklappe (5) und der unteren Fläche (103) der Innenseite (INT) des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) platziert ist.
  6. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6) von zwei Unterprofilen (61, 62) gebildet ist, die durch eine Drehverbindung (63) längs miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein erstes Unterprofil (61) bestimmt ist, an dem Verstärkungsquerträger (7') gesichert zu sein.
  7. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6') an einem seiner Längsränder mit lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln wie beispielsweise Schrauben (10) am Verbindungsprofil (4) gesichert ist.
  8. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine auf der inneren Fläche (102) des rohrförmigen Körpers (1) angebrachte Verkleidungswand (8) aufweist, in welcher der andere Längsrand des Trägheitsverstärkungsprofils (6') eingesetzt ist und an deren Basis die Klappe (5) lösbar, beispielsweise mit Schrauben (10), befestigt ist.
  9. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (2) aus thermisch isolierendem Material, das nicht lösbar ist, eine metallische Armierung (9) aufweist, an deren unterem Ende und der Innenseite der andere Längsrand des Trägheitsverstärkungsprofils (6') lösbar, beispielsweise mit Schrauben (10), befestigt ist.
  10. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägheitsverstärkungsprofil (6, 6') durch Überformen oder Coextrusion mit der Zugangsklappe (5) auf der Oberfläche derselben verbunden ist.
  11. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (2, 2') aus thermisch isolierendem Material Abschnitte ihrer inneren Wände konkaver Form aufweisen.
  12. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Profil (3) mit dem Verstärkungsquerträger (7') der oberen Zarge (7) über ein Verbindungsprofil (4) verbunden ist, das bestimmt ist, im Zusammenwirken mit dem unteren Profil (3) die Befestigung des Rollladenkastens durch Rasten auf der oberen Zarge (7) zu sichern.
  13. Rollladenkasteneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermisch isolierende Material aus den Polymerschäumen ausgewählt ist, insbesondere dem geschäumten Polystyrol, dem geschäumten Polystyrol, dem Polyisocyanurat oder dem geschäumten Polyurethan.
