Abstract

Kühlrohr für einen Plasma-Lichtbogenbrenner, bestehend aus einem hohlzylindrischen Elektrodenkörper (1) mit einer zentralen Innenbohrung (28), an deren vorderen Ende ein Elektrodenkernhalter (12) mit einem dort eingesetzten Elektrodenkern (11) angeordnet ist, und einem abdichtend in die Innenbohrung (28) eingesetzten, hohlzylindrischen Kühlrohr (4), welches in seiner Innenbohrung (34) einen als Vorlauf ausgebildeten Kühlkanal (9) und im Zwischenraum zwischen seinem Außenumfang und dem Innenumfang des Elektrodenkörpers (1) einen als Rücklauf ausgebildeten Kühlkanal (8) ausbildet, wobei das Kühlrohr (4) an seiner dem Elektrodenkernhalter (12) zugewandten Innenseite abstandshaltende Mittel (z.B. eine Abstandsscheibe (13) oder Drähte oder Stäbe 13a) aufweist, die zur stirnseitigen Anlage am Elektrodenkernhalter (12) geeignet sind.
