Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Gefriertrocknung eines mit einem Lösungsmittel versehenen, feuchten Produktes, insbesondere wenn das Produkt in einer Anzahl von Vials, Injektionsflachen oder Produktschalen gehalten ist, wobei das feuchte Produkt in einer Beladungsphase (A) im flüssigen Zustand, vorteilhafterweise bei Umgebungstemperatur (1) und/oder bei Umgebungsdruck (2), in eine Trocknungskammer einer Gefriertrocknungsanlage eingebracht wird, wobei das Produkt in einer Ausfrierphase (D) bei Ausfriertemperatur (6) und bei Ausfrierdruck (7) ausgefroren wird, und wobei das Produkt anschließend in einer Trocknungsphase (E) auf das gewünschte Maß getrocknet wird. Ein Verfahren zur Gefriertrocknung zu schaffen, bei dem das Austreten von Gasen während der Ausfrierphase verhindert, zumindest jedoch auf ein Minimum reduziert wird, wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Ausfrierphase (D) eine Ausgasungsphase (B) vorgeschaltet ist, in der dem feuchten Produkt Gase entzogen werden.
