Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de séchage de linge de maison comprenant :
    i) un tambour (2) qui peut tourner et qui convient au logement du linge de maison à sécher ;
    ii) un compartiment de logement (3) du tambour (2) ;
    iii) un condenseur (4) qui reçoit un fluide gazeux contenant des particules de vapeur provenant dudit compartiment (3) et qui en entraîne au moins la condensation partielle ;
    iv) une unité de soufflage (5) comprenant quant à elle :
    - une hélice de déplacement (51) du fluide gazeux ;
    - une caisse (52) qui loge l'hélice (51), est placée en communication fluidique avec le condenseur (4) et est en aval du condenseur (4) le long de la direction d'écoulement du fluide gazeux, ladite caisse (52) comprenant une première et une seconde demi-coque (53, 54) ;
    ledit condenseur (4) et ladite unité de soufflage (5) étant placés le long d'une ligne (7) qui extrait ledit fluide gazeux du compartiment (3) et le réintroduit dans le compartiment (3) ;
    caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) sont constituées de tôle et sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un agrafage (9) et en ce que la première et la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) ont des bords périmétriques (59, 60) qui se chevauchent l'un l'autre le long d'une ligne de jonction mutuelle (8), l'agrafage (9) de la première et de la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) affectant un premier allongement (61) qui se développe sur plus de 75 % de ladite ligne de jonction (8).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de la première demi-coque (53) et la tôle de la seconde demi-coque (54) sont constituées d'acier.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de la première demi-coque (53) et la tôle de la seconde demi-coque (54) ont une épaisseur inférieure à 1 millimètre.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première demi-coque (53) définit une portion supérieure (55) de la caisse (52) et la seconde demi-coque (54) définit une portion inférieure (56) de la caisse (52) ; l'agrafage (9) joignant les première et seconde demi-coques (53, 54) au niveau d'une première partie latérale (57) de la caisse (52) et au niveau d'une seconde partie latérale (58) ; la première et la seconde partie latérale (57, 58) étant opposées l'une à l'autre.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier allongement (61) se développe avec une continuité.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords périmétriques (59, 60) de la première et de la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) dans un second allongement (62) de ladite ligne de jonction (8) sont en contact sans être directement restreints l'un par l'autre ; le premier et le second allongement (61, 62) se développant respectivement le long d'une première et d'une seconde portion (63, 64) de la caisse (52), ladite seconde portion (64) étant placée en aval de la première portion (63) par rapport à une direction d'écoulement du fluide le long de la caisse (52).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un soufflet (91) qui entoure le second allongement (62) et mène dans le compartiment (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caisse (52) comprend une spirale (521) qui entoure l'hélice (51) et un conduit (522) qui s'allonge en éloignement de ladite spirale (521).
  9. Procédé de production du dispositif de séchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes :
    - d'emboutissage profond d'une première tôle pour obtenir la première demi-coque (53) ;
    - d'emboutissage profond d'une seconde tôle pour obtenir la seconde demi-coque (54) ;
    - de chevauchement de la première et de la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) pour définir ladite caisse (52) ;
    - de couplage mutuel de la première et de la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) en agrafant un bord périmétrique de la première demi-coque (53) et un bord périmétrique de la seconde demi-coque (54) obtenant ladite caisse (52), la première et la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) ayant des bords périmétriques (59, 60) qui se chevauchent l'un l'autre le long d'une ligne de jonction mutuelle (8) et l'agrafage (9) de la première et de la seconde demi-coque (53, 54) affectant un premier allongement (61) qui se développe sur plus de 75 % de ladite ligne de jonction (8) ;
    - de couplage de ladite caisse (52) à une paroi externe du compartiment (2).
