Abstract

L'invention porte sur une carte de paiement télématique destinée à être utilisée à distance avec une unité de traitement et de commande centrale, pour payer des produits et des services à l'aide d'un réseau mobile, et transférer de l'argent entre des comptes à distance, permettant à une carte de paiement avec un dispositif de surveillance et un clavier de communiquer des données bancaires et financières à distance à des institutions financières et à des réseaux de paiement par l'intermédiaire de ladite unité centrale. Elle est apte à réaliser des paiements de personne-à-personne (P2P) entre des titulaires de carte, de personne-à-commerçant (P2M), de personne-à-machine (P2Mx) ou entre un titulaire de carte et un compte bancaire. Elle permet également des paiements en tant que carte de paiement normale (débit, crédit, prépayée, etc.) à l'aide d'un terminal de point de vente (POS) chez un commerçant. Un mode de réalisation comprend une batterie (201), une puce de sécurité (202), un module de processeur (203), un module de mémoire (204), un émetteur de son (205), des communications en champ proche (206), un module de communication mobile (207), un port de connexion ou d'alimentation par induction (208), un moyen d'entrée (209), un moyen d'indication (210), un écran d'affichage/tactile (211), des antennes ou des connexions de données (212, 213).
