Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Kochfeldvorrichtung eine Zuordnungseinheit aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, in Abhängigkeit von Bedienereingaben zumindest einer Kochzone der variablen Kochfläche ein von einem Bediener ausgewähltes der zumindest zwei Bedienmodule zuzuordnen. Unter einer "variablen Kochfläche" soll insbesondere eine Kochfläche verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest eine an zumindest ein aufgestelltes Gargeschirr angepasste Kochzone zu bilden. Vorzugsweise ist die variable Kochfläche dazu vorgesehen, in zumindest einem Betriebszustand zumindest zwei, insbesondere zumindest drei, vorteilhaft zumindest vier, vorzugsweise zumindest fünf, unabhängige Kochzonen zu versorgen. Insbesondere unterscheidet sich die variable Kochfläche von einer Kochfläche, deren Kochzonen, insbesondere durch Markierungen auf der Kochfläche, fest vorgegeben sind. Insbesondere ist die variable Kochfläche von zumindest einer Heizelementmatrix und/oder zumindest einem beweglichen Heizelement, insbesondere Induktionsheizelement, gebildet. Unter einem "Induktionsheizelement" soll insbesondere ein Heizelement verstanden werden, das dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest 100 W, insbesondere zumindest 500 W, vorteilhaft zumindest 1000 W, vorzugsweise zumindest 2000 W, elektrische Heizleistung in ein elektromagnetisches Strahlungsfeld, vorzugsweise mit einer Frequenz zwischen 10 kHz und 150 kHz, insbesondere zwischen 20 kHz und 100 kHz, umzuwandeln, das dazu vorgesehen ist, in zumindest einem Gargeschirr, insbesondere zumindest dessen Boden, durch Ummagnetisierungs- und Wirbelstromeffekte in Wärme umgewandelt zu werden. Alternativ sind Widerstandsheizkörper, Strahlungsheizkörper und/oder vergleichbares denkbar. Unter einer "Heizelementmatrix" soll insbesondere eine, vorzugsweise zweidimensionale, vorteilhaft regelmäßige Anordnung, insbesondere in quadratischem oder hexagonalem Muster, von zumindest vier, insbesondere zumindest zehn, vorteilhaft zumindest zwanzig, Heizelementen, insbesondere Induktionsheizelementen, verstanden werden. Unter einem "beweglichen" Heizelement soll insbesondere ein Heizelement verstanden werden, das dazu vorgesehen ist, mittels zumindest eines Aktors der variablen Kochfläche, innerhalb zumindest eines Teilbereichs der variablen Kochfläche, bewegt zu werden. Vorteilhaft weist die variable Kochfläche zumindest eine Sensoreinheit auf, die insbesondere von den Heizelementen selbst gebildet ist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, aufgestellte Gargeschirre insbesondere mittels Messung zumindest einer Induktivität und/oder zumindest einer Kapazität zu detektieren. Insbesondere ist die variable Kochfläche dazu vorgesehen, einem detektierten Gargeschirr eine in Form, Größe und/oder Position angepasste Kochzone zuzuordnen. Insbesondere weist die variable Kochfläche zumindest eine Steuereinheit auf, die vorzugsweise dazu vorgesehen ist, Messwerte der Sensoreinheit auszuwerten, zumindest eine Kochzone zu berechnen und Heizelemente festzulegen, die diese Kochzone bilden. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Steuereinheit der variablen Kochfläche dazu vorgesehen, Leistungselektronik anzusteuern und für eine Kochzone eine angeforderte Heizleistung einzustellen. Unter einem "Bedienmodul" soll insbesondere ein einzelnes Bedienelement und/oder eine Gruppe von Bedienelementen verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen sind, eine gemeinsame Kochzone zu steuern. Insbesondere sollen alle Bedienelemente der Bedieneinheit, die dazu vorgesehen sind, eine bestimmte Kochzone zu steuern, als einem bestimmten Bedienmodul angehörig verstanden werden. Unter einem "Bedienelement" soll insbesondere ein Eingabemittel verstanden werden, das dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Bedieneraktion in ein, für die Steuereinheit interpretierbares, vorzugsweise elektrisches, Signal umzuwandeln. Darunter, dass ein Bedienelement dazu vorgesehen ist, eine bestimmte Kochzone "zu steuern", soll insbesondere verstanden werden, dass die Steuereinheit dazu vorgesehen ist, in Abhängigkeit von Signalen des Bedienelements lediglich Betriebsparameter, insbesondere eine Heizleistung, der bestimmten Kochzone zu verändern. Insbesondere weist ein Bedienmodul zumindest ein Bedienmittel auf, in dessen Abhängigkeit die Steuereinheit für eine Kochzone einen Betriebsmodus, insbesondere ein Garprogramm, eine Abschaltzeit und/oder einen Boostmodus, aktiviert. Unter einer "Steuereinheit" soll insbesondere eine elektronische Einheit verstanden werden, die vorzugsweise in einer Steuer- und/oder Regeleinheit eines Kochfelds zumindest teilweise integriert ist und die vorzugsweise dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest die variable Kochfläche zu steuern und/oder zu regeln. Vorzugsweise umfasst die Steuereinheit eine Recheneinheit und insbesondere zusätzlich zur Recheneinheit eine Speichereinheit mit einem darin gespeicherten Betriebsprogramm, insbesondere einem Steuer- und/oder Regelprogramm, das dazu vorgesehen ist, von der Recheneinheit ausgeführt zu werden. Insbesondere ist die Steuereinheit der Kochfeldvorrichtung einstückig mit der Steuereinheit der variablen Kochfläche ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist die Zuordnungseinheit dazu vorgesehen, in Abhängigkeit von Bedienereingaben einer von einem Bediener gewählten Kochzone ein vom Bediener gewähltes Bedienmodul zuzuordnen oder umgekehrt. Claims (7)
- Hotplate device having at least one variable cooking surface (14), at least one operating unit (20), which has at least two operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28), and at least one control unit (18), which is provided to control the variable cooking surface (14) as a function of inputs by way of the operating unit (20), wherein all operating elements of the operating unit (20), which are provided to control a specific cooking zone, are understood as belonging to a specific operating module, characterised by an allocation unit (50), which is provided to allocate one of the at least two operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28) selected by an operator to at least one cooking zone (42, 44) of the variable cooking surface (14) as a function of operator inputs (52).
- Hotplate device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by at least one indication unit (30), which is provided to indicate an allocation between operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28) of the operating unit (20) and cooking zones (42, 44) of the variable cooking surface (14).
- Hotplate device according to claim 2, characterised in that the indication unit (30) has at least one screen.
- Hotplate device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one of the operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28) has at least one rotary controller.
- Hotplate device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the allocation unit (50) has at least one touch-sensitive operating surface.
- Hotplate having a hotplate device (12) according to one of the preceding claims.
- Method for operating a hotplate device (12) according to one of the preceding claims, having at least one variable cooking surface (14), at least one operating unit (20), which has at least two operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28) and having an allocation unit (50), wherein the variable cooking surface (14) is controlled as a function of inputs by way of the operating unit (20), wherein all operating elements of the operating unit (20), which are provided to control a specific cooking zone, are understood as belonging to a specific operating module and wherein one of the at least two operating modules (22, 24, 26, 28) selected by an operator is allocated by the allocation unit (50) to at least one cooking zone (42, 44) of the variable cooking surface (14) as a function of operator inputs (52).
