The invention further provides a suspended conveyor system according to claim 10. The overhead conveyor system is provided with a transport path along which objects to be transported in a transport direction on the transport path are transported hanging, a driver device with a movable along the transport path and transversely to the transport path deflectable driver element, and a subcarrier unit as described in this application.

As a first rolling mill as described in the present application, for example, as in the DE 10 2010 000 064 A1 Rollers are described with reference to Figures 4-7. Also, as described in the present application second rollers, with the exception of the differently constructed release head portion, otherwise as in the DE 10 2010 000 064 A1 be built on the basis of the figures 4-7 Rollers described there.

The suspended conveyor system has, for example, a plurality of intermediate carrier units as described in this application, wherein, for example, the intermediate carriers are adjacent Intermediate carrier units seen transversely to the transport path lie substantially at a height and aligned substantially aligned with each other to the transport path, so that the concaves or convexes can intervene on the leading end sides of the intermediate carrier in the complementary convex or concave of each seen in the transport direction preceding intermediate carrier, whereby, for example, in (transport or conveying) operation, the lateral stability of the intermediate carriers or of the intermediate carrier units is increased. The respective concave and the respective convex have, for example, a curvature running in the horizontal, that is to say from the left to the right side of the crossbeam or the body of the crossbeam, so that mutually adjacent crossbeams can essentially remain completely engaged with one another in the case of horizontal curves. For example, the respective concave one from the bottom to the top of the traverse or the body of Traverse continuous channel (with eg round, such as semi-circular (horizontal)) cross section. Accordingly, the respective convex, for example, one from the bottom to the top of the body of the traverse continuous back (with corresponding to the concave eg round, such as semi-circular (horizontal) cross section) form.

The traverse can be designed as an elongate body with a longitudinal direction extending in the direction from the leading end section to the trailing end section or in the transport direction. The body of the traverse may be formed substantially as a cuboid body, for example. The left and the right side of the traverse forming body are, for example, seen along the transport direction or in the direction seen from the leading end portion to the trailing end portion formed substantially straight and, for example, essentially formed by flat surfaces (wherein, for example, steps can also occur in the planes), for example, which extend substantially vertically.

The entrainment head portion may be provided, for example, with respect to the transport direction (or with respect to a passing through the leading and trailing portion line) on both sides (left side and right side) with an obliquely upwards and to the respective other side extending inclined surface. The release head portion may be provided, for example, with respect to the transport direction (or a line passing through the leading and trailing portions) on both sides (left side and right side) with an inclined surface extending obliquely upward and toward the other side. The inclined surfaces of the entraining head portion and the release head portion are, for example, substantially aligned with each other on both sides relative to the transport direction and are, for example, substantially in a same oblique plane, for example, parallel to the transport direction or to a through the leading and the trailing section going line passes. The lateral inclined surfaces allow a gentler lateral introduction of subcarrier units on points on the transport path, while still a safe entrainment over the driving head portion and a safe deflection of the driver element can be achieved by the release head portion. The respective driver element has, for example on both sides a respective with respect to the inclined surfaces on the entrainment head section / release head section rectified / equal bevelled lateral slope or inclined surface (direction of the right angles of the driving head portion, the release head portion and the driver element are the same, and Direction of the left bevels of the driving head portion, the release head portion and the driver element are the same).

The respective release head portion extends e.g. vertically further beyond the transport path than the respective entrainment head section, or the (vertical) distance between the upper end of the detachment head section and the lowest point (roller support point) of the associated second roller is e.g. greater than the (vertical) distance between the upper end of the driving head section and the lowest point (roller bearing point) of the associated first roller. This ensures better that, when two intermediate carrier units emerge in the transport direction, the entrainment element of the trailing or the intermediate carrier unit running onto a front intermediate carrier unit is sufficiently deflected by the release head section of the trailing roller conveyor of the preceding intermediate carrier unit, e.g. is deflected vertically, to be brought in a sufficiently secure manner by the entrainment head portion of the leading roller of the trailing / crawling intermediate carrier unit disengaged.

The respective driver element may be a movable element on a driver, such as a vertically downwardly spring-biased driver hook, which is deflected vertically upwards. The driver element can also be designed as a total (transversely to the transport path) deflectable (eg guided deflectable and eg vertically deflectable) driver. For example, the driver element as in the DE 20 2008 007 095 formed driver described.

The entrainment header is e.g. formed at its with respect to the transport direction leading end side with an obliquely backwards and upwards inclined end face. The release head section is e.g. at its trailing with respect to the transport direction end face formed with an obliquely forward and upward inclined face, optionally optionally the driving head portion seen in the direction transverse to the transport direction is formed in an obliquely rearwardly and upwardly extending hook shape, and optionally the leading End face of the driving head section smaller, optionally a maximum of half as large as the trailing end face of the release head section. The larger surface of the release head section allows in a safer manner that when a subcarrier unit is introduced onto the transport path, a driver of an intermediate carrier unit arriving directly on the conveyor on the transport path runs onto the release head section of the inserted intermediate carrier unit, in order to be deflected and thus away from the entraining head section the arriving on the transport path intermediate carrier unit to be solved, thereby preventing collision / blocking.

The intermediate carrier unit is e.g. as a tandem carrier (unit) (wherein the term tandem refers to the leading first and the trailing second roller) is formed, when seen in the transport direction between the first and the second roller no further roller is arranged.

The traverse or its body can, for example, in the direction from the leading end to the trailing end or in the transport direction a length in a range of 0.1m to 4m, eg in the range of 0.1m to 0.5m or eg in the range of 0.1m to 1m or eg in the range of 0.1m to 2m or eg in the range of 2m to 4m. It can be provided between the first roller and the second roller, for example, at longer traverses, a third roller, which for allowing cornering of the traverse, for example, a transversely deflectable to the transport path eyelet element to which an attached to the Traverse third trailer attached is, or has an eyelet element that is equipped with a transverse to the transport path extending path of movement for the third trailer element. By providing the traverse, for example, simply with different sizes (eg lengths), a wide variety of attachment devices can be provided / attached to it, so that the suspended conveyor system can be adapted more easily to different objects to be transported.

The first roller has, for example, a leading end, which is aligned transversely to the transport direction substantially to the curvature of the convex convexity or to the curvature of the concave of the front end of the traverse of the intermediate carrier or aligned, wherein optionally formed the leading end of the first roller as a flat end face is, which optionally extends perpendicular to the transport direction (with horizontally extending transport path). The second roller has, for example, a trailing front end, which is aligned transversely to the transport direction substantially to the curvature of the concave or concave curvature of the convexity of the rear end of the cross member of the intermediate carrier is aligned, optionally formed the trailing end of the second roller as a flat end face is which ones optionally extending perpendicular to the transport direction (with horizontal transport path).

For example, the first and / or the second trailer element are each designed as a hook element, which can be made e.g. extends in the direction transverse to the transport direction. The first hanging eyelet and / or the second hanging eyelet are e.g. formed as a closed eyelet and the opening area of the first hanging eyelet and / or the second hanging eyelet extend e.g. parallel to the transport direction. The first and / or the second trailer element are e.g. formed at the top of the traverse or the body of the traverse. The first hanging eyelet is e.g. vertically aligned below the first roller, and the second hanging eyelet is e.g. vertically aligned under the second roller.

The suspension device is formed, for example, on the underside of the traverse or the body of the traverse and is, for example, seen in plan view (looking at the top of the traverse) arranged on a line extending through the first roller and the second roller. The suspension device may be, for example, an elongated, for example, parallel to the traverse at a vertical distance below the crossbar extending beam, which is for example in the form of a narrow bar, on which eg hangers with their hook parts in the longitudinal direction can be pushed. The suspension means may comprise or be formed by a single / single or multiple eyelets. The suspension device may also include means for attaching an RFID tag device thereto.
