Abstract

Bei einer Zutrittskontrollvorrichtung (2) umfassend ein mechanisches Schloss mit einer Handhabe, ein elektronisches Kommunikationsmodul (8), um eine Datenübermittlung zwischen einem Schlüssel (5) und der Zutrittskontrollvorrichtung (2) zu ermöglichen, eine Zutrittskontrollschaltung (16) zur Feststellung der Zutrittsberechtigung auf Grund von vom Schlüssel (5) empfangenen Identifikationsdaten, wirkt die Zutrittskontrollschaltung (16) mit Freigabemitteln zum wahlweisen Freigeben oder Sperren des Zutritts zusammen, wobei das Kommunikationsmodul (8) für die kapazitive Datenübertragung ausgebildet ist und an der Handhabe Ein- und/oder Auskopplungsmittel aufweist, sodass die Datenübermittlung zumindest teilweise über eine kapazitive Kopplung zwischen dem Schlüssel (5) und der Zutrittskontrollvorrichtung (2) erfolgen kann. Die Ein- und/oder Auskopplungsmittel umfassen wenigstens eine erste (11) und eine zweite Koppelelektrode (13), die galvanisch voneinander in Wesentlichen getrennt und in voneinander verschiedenen Bereichen der Handhabe angeordnet sind.
