    dans lequel la structure de soutien (9) comprend un goujon de pivotement (10) avec une première zone terminale reçue dans le récepteur de la première coque de support (3), et une seconde zone terminale reçue dans le récepteur de la seconde coque de support (4), dans lequel le goujon de pivotement (10) est réalisé pour articuler une tige d'attelage de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
  4. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    dans lequel la structure de soutien (9) comprend au moins un élément de soutien (11) s'étendant verticalement, qui relie l'une à l'autre la première et la seconde coque de support (3, 4).
  5. Bloc-support (1) selon la revendication 4,
    dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de soutien (11) s'étendant verticalement, s'étend parallèlement à un goujon de pivotement commun (10) reçu dans les récepteurs correspondants (7, 8) de la première et de la seconde coque de support (3, 4), ou s'étend parallèlement à des tenons rotatifs reçus dans les récepteurs correspondants (7, 8) de la première et de la seconde coque de support (3, 4), et est de préférence situé dans un plan de symétrie vertical du bloc-support (1).
  6. Bloc-support (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    dans lequel la première coque de support (3) comprend un autre récepteur (17) à distance, en direction longitudinale (L) du bloc-support (1), du récepteur (7) de la première coque de support (3), pour recevoir une première zone terminale dudit au moins un élément de soutien (11), dans lequel la seconde coque de support (4) comprend un autre récepteur (18) à distance, en direction longitudinale (L) du bloc-support (1) du récepteur (8) de la seconde coque de support (4), pour recevoir une seconde zone terminale, opposée à la première zone terminale, dudit au moins un élément de soutien (11).
  7. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    dans lequel la première coque de support (3) et la seconde coque de support (4) sont réalisées chacune sous la forme d'un traîneau allongé, et dans lequel le bloc-support (1) comprend un guidage (12) associé à la première coque de support (3) et/ou un guidage (13) associé à la seconde coque de support (4), pour le guidage axial de la première et/ou de la seconde coque de support (3, 4) après réaction dudit au moins un premier ou dudit au moins un second élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5, 6) ; et/ou
    dans lequel ledit au moins un premier élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5) est réalisé sous forme d'élément de liaison, qui relie la première coque de support (3) avec la bride (2) du bloc-support (1) jusqu'à une force de choc critique agissant sur la première coque de support (2) et susceptible d'être préalablement déterminée, et qui, lors du dépassement de la force de choc critique préalablement déterminée, perd sa fonction de liaison ; et/ou
    dans lequel ledit au moins un second élément de cisaillement/arrachement (6) est réalisé sous forme d'élément de liaison, qui relie la seconde coque de support (4) avec la bride (2) du bloc-support (1) jusqu'à une force de choc critique agissant sur la seconde coque de support (4) et susceptible d'être préalablement déterminée, et qui, lors du dépassement de la force de choc critique préalablement déterminée, perd sa fonction de liaison ; et/ou
    dans lequel il est prévu une pluralité de premiers et/ou de seconds éléments de cisaillement/arrachement (5, 6) et, pour chacun de la pluralité de premiers et/ou de seconds éléments de cisaillement/arrachement (5, 6), une force de réaction critique à laquelle l'élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5, 6) perd sa fonction de liaison, est égale ou sensiblement égale.
  8. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans lequel ledit au moins un premier élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'une vis de cisaillement s'étendant verticalement et qui relie la première coque de support (3) avec un premier bras de fourche (14), relié à la bride (2) du bloc-support (1) jusqu'à une force de choc critique agissant sur la première coque de support (3) en direction horizontale et susceptible d'être préalablement déterminée.
  9. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    dans lequel ledit au moins un second élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'une vis de cisaillement s'étendant verticalement et qui relie la seconde coque de support (4) avec un second bras de fourche (15), relié à la bride (2) du bloc-support (1) jusqu'à une force de choc critique, agissant sur la seconde coque de support (4) en direction horizontale et susceptible d'être préalablement déterminée.
  10. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    dans lequel il est en outre prévu au moins une butée de traction (21) pour décharger ledit au moins un premier et ledit au moins un second élément de cisaillement/arrachement (5, 6) lors de l'application de forces de traction via une tige d'attelage dans le bloc-support.
  11. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    dans lequel il est prévu dans le bloc-support (1) une traversée (16) ménagée coaxialement à l'axe longitudinal (L) du bloc-support (1), et dans lequel la première coque de support (3) est prévue au-dessus de la traversée (16) et la seconde coque de support (4) est prévue au-dessous de la traversée (16).
  12. Bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    dans lequel les récepteurs correspondants (7, 8) de la première et de la seconde coque de support (3, 4) définissent un axe de rotation vertical commun (R) pour un système de traction/poussée susceptible d'être reçu dans le bloc-support (1) an pivotement dans un plan horizontal, en particulier un système à ressort en élastomère.
  13. Articulation d'attelage pour la liaison articulée d'une barre d'attelage avec une caisse de wagon, en particulier avec une caisse de wagon d'un véhicule composé de plusieurs éléments et guidé sur voie, dans laquelle l'articulation attelage comprend les éléments suivants :
    - un bloc-support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 ; et
    - un système de traction/poussée articulé sur le bloc-support (1) et capable de pivoter dans un plan horizontal, pour amortir des forces de traction et de compression transmises par la barre d'attelage au bloc-support (1).
  14. Articulation d'attelage selon la revendication 13,
    dans laquelle le système de traction/poussée est réalisé sous la forme d'un système à ressort en élastomère et comprend les éléments suivants :
    - une barre de traction/compression reliée ou susceptible d'être reliée à une zone d'extrémité, côté caisse de wagon, de la barre d'attelage ;
    - au moins un élément à ressort en élastomère, de préférence sous la configuration d'un élément à ressort de forme annulaire en un matériau élastique ; et
    - un boîtier ouvert vers la barre d'attelage, dans lequel est reçu ledit au moins un élément à ressort en élastomère, dans laquelle le boîtier est de préférence réalisé de manière subdivisée et est constitué de deux demi-coques à relier l'une à l'autre de manière détachable ;
    dans laquelle ledit au moins un élément à ressort en élastomère est enfilé sur la barre de traction/compression en direction longitudinale (L) de la barre de traction/compression, et y est fixé ; et
    dans laquelle le boîtier du système à ressort en élastomère est articulé sur le bloc-support (1) en pivotement dans un plan horizontal via un premier tenon rotatif dans le récepteur (7) de la première coque de support (3) et via un second tenon rotatif dans le récepteur (8) de la seconde coque de support (4).
  15. Articulation d'attelage selon la revendication 13 ou 14,
    dans laquelle le premier et/ou le second tenon rotatif est/sont réalisé(s) sous la forme d'élément(s) de cisaillement, de telle façon que le tenon rotatif correspondant est cisaillé sous une force de choc critique transmise de la barre d'attelage au bloc-support (1), et que la liaison entre le boîtier du système à ressort en élastomère et le bloc-support (1) est ainsi annulée,
    et en particulier le premier et/ou le second tenon rotatif réalisé(s) sous forme d'élément(s) de cisaillement comporte(nt) au moins un emplacement de rupture de consigne, qui cède de préférence à une force de choc critique prédéterminée, de sorte que la liaison entre le boîtier du système à ressort en élastomère et le bloc-support (1) est ainsi annulée.
