Abstract

A technical problem solved by the invention is a constructional solution to a fastening element that must enable carrying, stirring and squeezing various ingredients, like tea, coffee, condiments and the like. The essence of the fastening element for handling an ingredient container of the invention lies in that the constructional shape of the fastening element enables carrying, stirring and squeezing various containers independently or in a combination with a glass lid, wherein the containers may contain tea, coffee, condiments and similar ingredients. The fastening element has a form of an elongate flat stick provided in its bottom part by a fastening section for attaching the container. Combined with a specially shaped plastic lid with a system for attachment, which is attached to a cup containing liquid, the container is suited for a preparation of either a cold or a hot beverage, wherein the fastening element allows a simple displacement from a horizontal into a vertical position as well as stirring and squeezing the container's content.

Description

FASTENING ELEMENT FOR HANDLING AN INGREDIENT CONTAINER Field of the Invention
The subject of the invention belongs to the field of accessories for preparing food products, more precisely to the field of fastening elements for handling an ingredient container.
Technical Problem
A technical problem solved by the invention is a constructional solution to a fastening element that may be produced from various materials, preferably from food grade materials, of optional shapes or dimensions. The constructional shape of the fastening element must enable carrying, stirring and squeezing various containers independently or in a combination with a glass lid. The fastening element should enable carrying, stirring and squeezing of various ingredients, like tea, coffee, condiments and the like.
Prior Art
Various shapes of containers for tea, instant coffee, condiments and similar food products are known. Patent application GB2368333 A discloses a lid for a glass containing a container with tea. GB931533 A from 1959 discloses a lid with an attached tea bag with a possibility of squeezing the liquid from the bag.
Patent application GB2281852 A describes a lid of a glass shaped in a way that a tea bag is arranged in the centre, wherein the lid is foldable in the middle, which makes it possible to squeeze a tea bag after it has been infused in hot water for sufficient length of time.
Patent No. EP 1690805 B1 discloses a constructional solution to a lid of a cup of a drink, preferably tea that is shaped in a manner to include a tea bag. All solutions described above differ from the solution of the present invention. Solution to the Technical Problem
The essence of the fastening element for handling an ingredient container of the invention lies in that the constructional shape of the fastening element enables carrying, stirring and squeezing various containers independently or in a combination with a glass lid, wherein the containers may contain tea, coffee, condiments and similar ingredients. The fastening element has a form of an elongate flat stick provided in its bottom part by a fastening section for attaching the container. Combined with a specially shaped plastic lid for a cup containing liquid, the container is suited for a preparation of either a cold or a hot beverage, wherein the fastening element allows a simple displacement from a horizontal into a vertical position as well as stirring and squeezing the container's content when replaced to the horizontal position.
The fastening element for handling an ingredient container of the invention will now be described more particularly with reference to the accompanying drawings. The figures show:

A fastening element for handling an ingredient container is basically a rectangular flat body , an upper part 2 of which is intended to be gripped and handled. Its bottom part has an attachment section 3 holding an ingredient container 4. As shown in Figure 1a, all parts together form a fastening element 5. Figure 1b shows the fastening element of the invention as an independent unit. The fastening element for handling an ingredient container containing various substances is intended on the one hand as a container holder and on the other hand as a gripping part for manual handling. Manual handling comprises stirring of a liquid content in a cup, cup, glass or vessel and squeezing of the attached container on the fastening element. A process of squeezing the container with the fastening element is performed by pressing the fastening element against the bottom section of a cup's lid, against a wall of a mug, against a wall of a glass, against a wall of a cup or against a wall of a vessel. Use of the fastening element with the attached ingredient container provides for a better yield of the used ingredient due to stirring and the fastening element simultaneously functions as an accessory and substituent for stirring additional substances directly added to the liquid (sugar, salt, condiments...). The fastening element thus also functions as a spoon for stirring and no further accessories for preparing liquids are needed.
The fastening element for manipulating an ingredient container according to embodiment I is designed in a way that the element 5 is arranged in a lid 10 of a cup 6 having a bulge on its upper side with an opening 8 for direct drinking or drinking with a straw. Opposite the bulge with the opening 8 there is an opening 9 that corresponds in its dimensions to the body 1 of the fastening element, said body 1 being arranged in said opening 9. The opening 9 comprises at the lateral side of the lid 10 two bulges for a horizontal attachment of the entire fastening element 5 to the bottom section of a side 7 of the cup lid 10 as shown in Figure 2a. In this position, the body 1 with its fastening section 3 and its container 4 does not reach into a cup 6 below the lid 10.
When the fastening element 5 is used, the part 2 needs to be displaced from bulges, which means that the container 4 together with the part of the body 1 and the fastening section 3 will be inserted into water in the cup 6 as shown in Figure 2b[Ni]. After infusing and stirring, when the ingredient from the container 4 has soaked or dissolved in water, the ingredient container 4 is replaced to horizontal position, wherewith it can be squeezed against the bottom section of the external wall 7 of the lid 10. The body 1 is then reinserted into the bulges 11 and the user may drink the beverage through the bulge with the opening 8.
After a beverage is prepared by mixing the ingredients from the container [N2]with water, the liquid in the cup can be stirred together with the content from the container and optional additions, such as sugar, honey and/or condiments. By pressing the body 1 against the edge of the cup 6 an optimal yield of the used ingredient from the container 4 is achieved. Stirring, squeezing and hanging the container 4 onto the inner wall of the cup 6 and the fastening element 1 onto the outer wall of the cup 6 is shown in Figures 3, 4 and 5.
The main advantage of the fastening element 5 - which is completely intended to handle different types of the ingredient container 4 which is attached to the fixing or fastening section 3 with the section 2 for manual handling - is its individual use with various variants of cups 6 for liquids, especially the use in combination with the cup lid 10 provided with a system of insertion into the bulge 11 , which is intended for horizontal fastening of the entire fastening element 5 onto the bottom section of the lid 10 of the cup 6 and for squeezing or draining the ingredient container at the bottom section of the side 7 of the lid 10.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS
1. A fastening element for handling an ingredient container,
characterised in that
it is basically a rectangular flat body (1), an upper part (2) of which is intended to be gripped and handled and its bottom part has an attachment section (3) holding an ingredient container (4); that the fastening element (5) is composed of the body (1) and the attachment section (3) with the container (4).
2. A fastening element for handling an ingredient container according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the element (5) is arranged in a lid (10) of a cup (6) having a bulge on its upper side with an opening (8) for direct drinking or drinking with a straw; that opposite the bulge with the opening (8) there is an opening (9) that corresponds in its dimensions to the body (1) of the fastening element, said body (1) being arranged in said opening (9); that the opening (9) comprises at the lateral side of the lid (10) two bulges for a horizontal attachment of the entire fastening element (5) to the bottom section of a side (7) of the cup lid (10); that in this position, the body
(I) with its fastening section (3) and its container (4) does not reach into a cup (6) below the lid (10); that when the fastening element (5) is used, the part (2) needs to be displaced from bulges, which means that the container (4) together with the part of the body (1) and the fastening section (3) will be inserted into water in the cup (6); that subsequently in the horizontal position the ingredient container (4) is squeezed or drained against the bottom section of the external wall (7) of the lid (10); that after a certain period of time the body (1) is reinserted into the bulges
(I I) and the user may drink the beverage through the bulge with the opening (8).
3. A fastening element for handling an ingredient container according to claim 1 ,
characterised in that
the complete fastening element (5) can be used as an independent unit.
4. A fastening element for handling an ingredient container according to claim 2, characterised in that
subsequently in the horizontal position of the element (5) the ingredient container (4) is squeezed or drained against the bottom section of the lid (10).
5. A fastening element for handling an ingredient container according to claim 1 and 4,
characterised in that
the cup (6) may have a shape of a plastic mug, glass, cup or vessel.
