  • the sealing member 1 corresponds with a sponge or flexible membrane that adapts to the shape of the product, the walls 11, 12 and 13 corresponding with surfaces of the sponge or membrane. These surfaces have at least one area that is sufficiently rigid to form a sealed closure between the films 2 and 3 when the sealing member 1 cooperates with the sealing tool 9 to package a product 4.

Claims (15)

  1. Machine de suremballage comprenant un élément de scellement (1) qui agit sur un produit (4) enveloppé par un film inférieur (2) et un film supérieur (3) afin de relier les films (2, 3) l'un à l'autre autour du produit (4) et ainsi emballer sous vide ledit produit (4) entre les deux films (2, 3) et des moyens de commande pour amener l'élément de scellement (1) à se déplacer afin d'emballer le produit (4), l'élément de scellement (1) définissant au moins un espace interne (10) où le produit (4) destiné à être emballé sous vide, est disposé, enveloppé au mois partiellement par les deux films (2, 3), et comprend au moins une première paroi longitudinale (11), une seconde paroi longitudinale (12) et une paroi transversale (13) entre lesquelles l'espace interne (10) est défini, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de scellement (1) comprend également une ouverture (14) entre les deux parois longitudinales (11, 12) et faisant face à la paroi transversale (13).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend une pluralité d'espaces internes (10) en série par rapport à une direction d'avancement (X), l'élément de scellement (1) comprenant, entre les deux parois longitudinales (11, 12), au moins une paroi transversale supplémentaire (18) qui comprend une longueur sensiblement égale à la longueur de la paroi transversale (13) et qui s'étend parallèlement à la paroi transversale (13), chacun des deux espaces internes (10) adjacents étant séparés l'un de l'autre au moyen d'une paroi transversale supplémentaire (18) et au moins l'une des parois transversales (13, 18) étant mobile par rapport aux parois longitudinales (11, 12) dans la direction d'avancement (X) selon la longueur des produits (4) à emballer.
  3. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend une paroi supérieure (15') qui peut être chauffée.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend également une paroi supérieure (15) qui recouvre l'espace délimité entre les parois longitudinales (11, 12) et la paroi transversale (13), et une paroi mobile transversale (16) qui est sensiblement parallèle à la paroi transversale (13), qui est disposée entre les parois longitudinales (11, 12) et qui est mobile par rapport aux parois longitudinales (11, 12) dans la direction d'avancement (X), se rapprochant ou s'éloignant de la paroi transversale (13) selon la longueur du produit (4) à emballer, l'espace interne (10) étant défini entre les parois longitudinales (11, 12), les parois transversales (13, 16) et la paroi supérieure (15) et la longueur de l'espace interne (10) étant adaptée selon la longueur du produit (4) à emballer au moyen du déplacement de la paroi mobile transversale (16).
  5. Machine selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend des moyens de scellement (17) entre chaque paroi longitudinale (11, 12) et la paroi mobile (16) correspondante, qui sont fixés à la paroi mobile (16) et se déplacent conjointement avec ladite paroi mobile (16) et qui sont adaptés pour être agrandis ou gonflés lorsque la paroi mobile (16) est dans la position requise.
  6. Machine selon les revendications 4 ou 5, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend une pluralité d'espaces internes (10) en série par rapport à la direction d'avancement (X), l'élément de scellement (1) comprenant, pour chaque espace interne (10), une paroi mobile transversale (16), chaque espace interne (10) étant délimité longitudinalement entre deux parois mobiles transversales (16) ou bien entre une paroi mobile transversale (16) et la paroi transversale (13).
  7. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend une pluralité d'espaces internes (10) en parallèle par rapport à une direction d'avancement (X), l'élément de scellement (1) comprenant, entre les deux parois longitudinales (11, 12), au moins une paroi longitudinale intermédiaire (19) qui comprend une longueur sensiblement égale à la longueur des parois longitudinales (11, 12) et qui s'étend parallèlement aux parois longitudinales (11, 12), chacun des deux espaces internes (10) adjacents étant séparés l'un de l'autre au moyen d'une paroi longitudinale intermédiaire (19).
  8. Machine selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la paroi transversale (13) est mobile par rapport aux parois longitudinales (11, 12) dans une direction d'avancement (X), les moyens de commande provoquant le déplacement de la paroi transversale (13) selon la longueur du produit (4) à emballer chaque fois, la paroi longitudinale intermédiaire (19) étant fixée sur la paroi transversale (13) et la paroi longitudinale intermédiaire (19) se déplaçant conjointement avec la paroi transversale (13).
  9. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la paroi transversale (13) est mobile par rapport aux parois longitudinales (11, 12) dans une direction d'avancement (X), les moyens de commande provoquant le déplacement de la paroi transversale (13) selon la longueur du produit (4) à emballer, à chaque fois.
  10. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, dans laquelle l'élément de scellement (1) comprend également un élément supérieur qui couvre au moins la partie supérieure de l'espace interne (10) et qui est adapté à la forme du produit (4) à emballer lorsque l'élément de scellement (1) agit sur le produit (4) pour l'emballer.
  11. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens de détection qui sont en communication avec les moyens de commande et qui détectent au moins la longueur du produit (4) à emballer avant que ledit produit (4) ne soit dans un espace interne (10) défini par l'élément de scellement (1).
  12. Machine selon la revendication 11, comprenant une station de scellement (7) où l'élément de scellement (1) est disposé et des moyens de transport qui transportent les produits (4) jusqu'à la station de scellement (7), l'élément de scellement (1) étant fixé dans la machine (100) avec une liberté de mouvement vertical, ce dernier étant déplacé verticalement entre une position de repos et une position de liaison (P2) pour emballer les produits (4), les moyens de commande étant adaptés pour provoquer le déplacement de l'élément de scellement (1) et pour provoquer l'actionnement des moyens de transport selon la longueur détectée du produit (4) correspondant.
  13. Machine selon la revendication 12, comprenant une station de scellement (7) où l'élément de scellement (1) est disposé et des moyens de transport qui transportent les produits (4) jusqu'à la station de scellement (7), l'élément de scellement (1) étant adapté pour se déplacer verticalement et horizontalement entre une position de repos et une position de liaison (P2) pour emballer les produits (4), les moyens de commande étant adaptés pour provoquer l'actionnement des moyens de transport et pour amener l'élément de scellement (1) à se déplacer selon la longueur détectée du produit (4) correspondant.
  14. Machine selon les revendications 12 ou 13, comprenant une station de coupe (8) avec des moyens de coupe adaptés pour couper le film (2, 3) qui dépasse d'un produit (4) déjà emballé, les moyens de détection étant également adaptés pour détecter la forme du contour du produit (4) emballé ou du produit (4) à emballer, et les moyens de commande étant adaptés pour agir sur les moyens de coupe de sorte qu'ils coupent le film (2, 3) qui dépasse autour du produit (4) correspondant selon la forme du contour du produit (4) détecté.
  15. Machine selon les revendications 12 ou 13, comprenant une station de coupe (8) avec des moyens de coupe adaptés pour couper le film (2, 3) qui dépasse d'un produit (4) déjà emballé et des moyens de détection supplémentaires disposés entre la station de scellement (7) et la station de coupe (8) pour détecter la forme du contour du produit (4) emballé ou du produit (4) à emballer, et les moyens de commande étant adaptés pour agir sur les moyens de coupe de sorte qu'ils coupent le film (2, 3) qui dépasse autour du produit (4) correspondant selon la forme du contour du produit (4) détecté.
