Claims (1)
- Zugbeeinflussungssystem, das den Betrieb auf Strecken unterstützt, die mit ETCS-Vollüberwachungsmodus ausgerüstet sind und auf ETCS-Level 1 oder 2 arbeiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das System an Bord mit einer Funktion versehen ist, die eine Fahrterlaubnis bei "Vollüberwachung" in eine Fahrterlaubnis bei "eingeschränkter Überwachung" umwandelt, wobei die Funktion an Bord durch weitere Informationen, die in einem speziellen Datenpaket 44 gemäß ETCS-Standard zu der Fahrterlaubnis bei Vollüberwachung hinzugefügt sind, aktiviert oder deaktiviert wird.
