By such positioning of the light source, the visibility of the projected light cone can be ensured even if the emergency light is located above the eye level of the viewer.

Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels gemäß den Zeichnungen näher erläutert, wobei

  • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Rückansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Notleuchte zeigt. Dargestellt ist ein wannenförmiges Leuchtengehäuse 1 mit einem Gehäuserahmen 2, wobei die Öffnung des wannenförmigen Leuchtengehäuses 1 mittels einer Anzeigevorrichtung 3 verschlossen ist. Das Leuchtengehäuse 1 nimmt die zum Betreiben der Anzeigevorrichtung 3 nötigen elektronischen Bauteile auf und ist zum Einbau in eine entsprechende Vertiefung in einer Wand, Decke oder dergleichen vorgesehen. Das wannenförmige Leuchtengehäuse 1 weist weiterhin einen Gehäuserahmen 2 auf, der über den Querschnitt des Leuchtengehäuses 1 hinausragt, somit ein Verrutschen der Leuchte in die Vertiefung hinein verhindert und eine Auflagefläche für die Anzeigevorrichtung 3 bereitstellt. Hierbei ist weiterhin vorgesehen, dass der untere, dem Leuchtengehäuse 1 zugewandte Rand des Gehäuserahmens 2, in eingebautem Zustand bündig mit der Wand oder Decke abschließt und so ein Hineinrutschen des Leuchtengehäuses 1 in die Vertiefung verhindert. Die an dem Leuchtengehäuse 1 befestigte Anzeigevorrichtung 3, in Form einer Lichtleiterplattenbeleuchtung, überdeckt den Gehäuserahmen 2 vollständig, wodurch, in eingebautem Zustand nur die Anzeigevorrichtung der Notleuchte sichtbar ist, was optisch besonders ansprechend ist. Bei einer solchen Ausführungsform besteht das Problem, dass in oder am Leuchtengehäuse 1 vorgesehene Leuchtmittel 5, zur Anzeige des Ladezustandes von Batterien oder Akkumulatoren für einen Betrachter nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Daher ist im Gehäuserahmen 2 eine Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4 vorgesehen, der ein im Leuchtengehäuse 1 vorgesehenes Leuchtmittel 5 zugeordnet ist, wobei Licht, welches von dem Leuchtmittel 5 abgegeben wird durch die Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4 nach außen tritt.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Vorder- bzw. Innenansicht eines Leuchtengehäuses 1 einer erfindungsgemäßen Notleuchte, hier ohne Anzeigevorrichtung 3 dargestellt, wobei das Leuchtmittel 5 mit Hilfe einer Haltevorrichtung 6 beabstandet zu der Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4 positioniert ist. Dabei sitzt das Leuchtmittel 5 in einer Durchführungsöffnung der im Wesentlichen stufenförmigen ausgebildeten Haltevorrichtung 6, wobei sich die Durchführungsöffnung in einem ersten Abschnitt der Haltevorrichtung 6 befindet, die von einem zweiten Abschnitt, der zur Befestigung der Haltevorrichtung 6 an dem Leuchtengehäuse 1 ausgebildet ist, durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt beabstandet verbunden ist.
  • In Fig. 3 ist eine Vorderansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Leuchtengehäuses.1, mit Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4, Leuchtmittel 5 und Haltevorrichtung 6 dargestellt. Weiterhin ist dargestellt, dass Licht, welches von dem Leuchtmittel 5 abgegeben wird, die Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4 durchtritt und dieses Licht, auf einer Wand oder einer Decke einen Leuchtkegel 8 projektiert. Üblicherweise ist an Einbauleuchten eine Montagerichtungsanzeige 9 vorgesehen, die angibt welche Orientierung die Leuchte in eingebautem Zustand haben soll. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Lichtaustrittsöffnung 4 an der zum Boden orientierten Seite des Gehäuserahmens 2 angeordnet, also an der Seite, die sich bei ordnungsgemäßem Einbau, entsprechend der Vorgabe durch die Montagerichtungsangabe 9, unten befindet. So ist auch bei über Augenhöhe montierten Notleuchten gewährleistet, dass der Leuchtkegel 8 für einen Betrachter sichtbar ist.

Claims (8)

  1. An emergency light for installation in a wall having
    - a display device (3), wherein the display device (3) has a light guide plate and light sources assigned to said light guide plate,
    - a trough-shaped light housing (1) for the accommodation of means for supplying and for operating the light sources of the display device (3), wherein the light housing (1) is provided for installation in a recess in a wall and has a housing frame (2), and wherein the display device (3) completely covers the housing frame (2) and is secured to the light housing (1) or to the housing frame (2) in such a manner that in the installed state of the emergency light a gap exists between the display device (3) and the wall,
    - a lighting means (5) for displaying the state of charge of batteries or accumulators located in the light housing (1), which are suitable in an emergency for supplying the light sources or the display device (3), wherein the lighting means (5) are arranged within the light housing (1),
    and wherein a light exit opening (4) is provided in the housing frame (2) and the lighting means (5) are assigned to the light exit opening (4) so that the light emitted from the lighting means (5) passes through the light exit opening (4) and projects a cone of light (8) on the wall, so that it is visible outside the light housing (1).
  2. An emergency light according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lighting means (5) is designed as an LED, which emits preferably colored and particularly preferably green light.
  3. An emergency light according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lighting means (5) are arranged spaced apart from the light exit opening (4).
  4. An emergency light according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lighting means (5) are arranged by means of a holding device (6) spaced apart from the light exit opening (4).
  5. An emergency light according to Claim 4, characterized in that the holding device (6) has a positioning knob (7).
  6. An emergency light according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the holding device (6) is secured to the light housing by means of screwing, welding or riveting.
  7. An emergency light according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light housing (1) has a mounting direction indication (9), which indicates the intended orientation of the light for the installation in a wall, and that the light exit opening (4) is positioned according to the mounting direction indication on the lower part of the housing frame (2)
  8. An emergency light according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light exit opening is closed with a light-influencing cover.
