Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante (B) in einer Kantenanleimmaschine, umfassend eine Auflage (3), auf der eine erste Rolle (4) montiert ist, die an einer ersten Seite (B1) der besagten Kante (B) positioniert ist, wobei besagte Rolle auf einem Stift (6) montiert ist, der frei ist, sich in Bezug auf die besagte Auflage (3) um eine erste Achse (Z1) zu drehen, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er ein freies Rad (8) umfasst, das an einem Ende (6a) des besagten Stiftes (6) montiert ist, ein Zahnrad (9), das auf dem besagten freien Rad (8) montiert ist, und eine Zahnstange (10), die in das besagte Zahnrad (9) eingreift, wobei die besagte Zahnstange fest mit einem Aktuatormittel (11) verbunden ist, geeignet, um eine Schneidevorrichtung (2) der besagten Kante (B) zu bewegen.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das besagte freie Rad (8) einen fest mit dem Stift (6) verbundenen Innenring (8a) und einen fest mit dem Zahnrad (9) verbundenen Außenring (8b) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mit einer zweiten Rolle (14) ausgestattet ist, die an einer zweiten Seite (B2) der besagten Kante (B) positioniert und mit der besagten ersten Rolle (4) gefluchtet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die besagte zweite Rolle auf der Auflage (3) montiert ist, wobei ihre Achse (Z2) in Bezug auf die erste Achse (Z1) beweglich ist, denn es sind elastische Mittel (15) vorhanden, geeignet die besagte zweite Rolle (14) gepresst gegen die Fläche (B2) der Kante (B) zu halten.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die besagte zweite Rolle (14) auf mindestens einem Arm (16) montiert ist, der auf der Auflage (3) drehbar angebracht ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel eine Feder (15) umfassen, die an einem Ende mit dem besagten Arm und am gegenüberliegenden Ende mit der besagten Auflage (3) verbunden sind.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mindestens die Oberfläche der besagten ersten Rolle (4) mit Gummimaterial oder Ähnlichem beschichtet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das besagte Aktuatormittel (11) ein einstellbares Ende der Wegeinstellung besitzt, die die Regulierung der Zuführlänge der Kante (B) ermöglicht.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen einer Kante gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das besagte Aktuatormittel (11) eine einstellbare Geschwindigkeit besitzt, die die Synchronisation des Zuführens der Kante (B) mit dem Zuführen der Platte (P) ermöglicht.
  10. Integrierte Vorrichtung zum Zuführen und Schneiden einer Kante in einer Kantenanleimmaschine, umfassend mindestens einen Aktuator (11), auf dem eine Klinge (13) und eine Zuführvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 9 montiert ist.
