Abstract
Eine Handhabungseinrichtung (60) für ein medizinisches Instrument (10) umfasst einen Grundkörper (61) mit einer Kupplung (62) zur lösbaren mechanischen Verbindung mit einem proximalen Ende (31) eines Außenschafts (30), eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung (70), die relativ zum Grundkörper (61) bewegbar ist, eine zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (80), die relativ zum Grundkörper (61) bewegbar ist, eine erste Kopplungseinrichtung (74) zur Kopplung der ersten Betätigungseinrichtung (70) mit einer ersten Übertragungseinrichtung (40) zum Übertragen zumindest entweder einer Kraft oder eines Drehmoments und eine zweite Kopplungseinrichtung (84) zur Kopplung der zweiten Betätigungseinrichtung (80) mit einer zweiten Übertragungseinrichtung (50) zum Übertragen zumindest entweder einer Kraft oder eines Drehmoments. Die erste Kopplungseinrichtung (74) und die zweite Kopplungseinrichtung (84; 90) weisen jeweils eine Entkopplungsposition (79, 89) auf, in der die zugeordnete Betätigungseinrichtung (70, 80) von der zugeordneten Übertragungseinrichtung (40, 50) entkoppelt ist. Die Entkopplungspositionen (79, 89) beider Kopplungseinrichtungen (74, 84) sind nur dann erreichbar, wenn der Außenschaft (30) nicht in der für die Verwendung des medizinischen Instruments vorgesehenen Weise mit der Kupplung (62) am Grundkörper (61) verbunden ist. A handling device (60) for a medical instrument (10) comprises a base body (61) having a coupling (62) for releasable mechanical connection with a proximal end (31) of an outer shaft (30), a first actuating device (70) which is relative a second actuating device (80) which is movable relative to the base body (61), a first coupling device (74) for coupling the first actuating device (70) with a first transmission device (40) for transmitting at least either a force or a torque and a second coupling means (84) for coupling the second actuator (80) with a second transmission means (50) for transmitting at least one of a force and a torque. The first coupling device (74) and the second coupling device (84; 90) each have a decoupling position (79, 89) in which the associated actuating device (70, 80) is decoupled from the associated transmission device (40, 50). The decoupling positions (79, 89) of both coupling devices (74, 84) can only be achieved if the outer shaft (30) is not connected to the coupling (62) on the main body (61) in the manner intended for use with the medical instrument.
