Dabei sind sowohl konkave Krümmungen darstellbar oder statt dessen oder zusätzlich dazu auch Bilderrahmenbereiche mit konvexen Krümmungen. Die jeweilige Krümmung kann sich über einen Eckbereich von z. B. 90° oder kleiner oder größer erstrecken. Die Erfindung macht es möglich, ein z. B. sehr großes Bild, Poster od. dgl. in beliebigem Maß hochkant oder quer über Eck von Wand zu Wand eingerahmt aufzuhängen oder ein Panoramabild im Raum rundherum aufzuhängen oder aufzustellen, ohne dass man dabei auf die üblichen Funktionen eines Bilderrahmens, d. h. Schutz des Bildes, Rahmendesign und Farbgebung od. dgl., verzichten muss. Alle die Größe bestimmenden Rahmenprofile des Bilderrahmens bestehen aus leicht bearbeitbarem Material, insbesondere Kunststoff oder Aluminium, und können einfach auf die benötigte Länge gekürzt werden und mittels jeweiliger Verbindungsmittel zusammengesteckt und zu einem Bilderrahmen zusammengefügt werden. Auch Vergrößerungen durch lineare Verlängerungen linearer Rahmenprofile sind möglich. Mit der Erfindung ist ein Baukastensystem zur variablen Gestaltung von Bilderrahmen eröffnet. - The picture frame of any of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the clipping elements (51) of the cover profile (50) and an inner ledge (55) are arranged on the inside of the cover profile (50).
- The picture frame of any of claims 1 to 7, characterized by linear frame profiles (18) and arcuate frame profiles (17), wherein the frame profiles (17, 18) can preferably be flexibly bendable.
- The picture frame of any of claims 1 to 8, characterized by several linear frame profiles (18), which are extendable by putting them together in longitudinal direction, or by putting them together while forming corners with an angle of, e.g., about 90° or different therefrom, with their carrier profiles (30), abutting with one another, are connectable via connecting means (19 to 21).
- The picture frame of claim 1, characterized in that the carrier profile (30), on the back in the area of the upper edge and the lower edge, respectively, comprises a continuous stepped groove (35, 36), wherein the connecting means (19 to 21) exhibit, approximately, the form of a double-T with upper and lower bars (61, 62) on both sides, engaging with grooves (35, 36) of two abutting carrier profiles (30), wherein the bars (61, 62) and spring bars (63) of such corner-sided connecting means (9), which are designed for corner connecting of carrier profiles (30), which run in an angle of about 90° with respect to each other, run in an angle of about 90° with respect to each other and wherein the corner-sided connecting means (19, 20) have cover caps (69, 72) assigned thereto, which, in the corner area, connect to the cover profiles (50), wherein preferably the cover caps (72) can be clamped onto the corner-sided connecting means.
- The picture frame of claim 1, characterized in that the curve corresponds to a portion of a parabola, ellipsis, hyperbole, circular arc or similar.
- The picture frame of claim 1 or 11, characterized in that the curve is concave or convex.
- The picture frame of any of claims 1 or 11 to 12, characterized in that the curve extends over a corner area of, e.g., 90° or smaller or larger.
- The picture frame of any of claims 1 or 11 to 13, characterized in that additional frame profiles (17, 18) are connected to the arcuate curved frame profiles (17) to extend them, which are curved and/or linear and which are connected via the connecting means (19, 20), or characterized in that linear frame profiles (18) or curved frame profiles (7) are, around a corner with a angle of, e.g., 90°, attached to the arcuate curved frame profiles (17) and/or linear frame profiles (18).
- The picture frame of any of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that at least one arcuate curved frame profile (17) has a rear corner section (26).
