Claims (7)

  1. Dampftrocknervorrichtung für Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahnen mit
    einer Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zum Erzeugen von unter niedrigem Druck stehendem Dampf,
    einem mechanischen Kompressor (2) zum Erhöhen des Drucks des unter niedrigem Druck stehenden Dampfes,
    einem Trockner (3) zum Trocknen der Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahn unter Verwendung des Dampfes von dem mechanischen Kompressor (2),
    einer Hauptleitung (1a), die sich von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu dem Trockner (3) erstreckt,
    einem Bypass, der den mechanischen Kompressor (2) umgeht, um unter niedrigem Druck stehenden Dampf von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu dem Trockner (3) zu liefern und somit das Trocknen der Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahn unter Verwendung des Dampfes von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu ermöglichen, und
    einem Dampfkühler (4) zum Kühlen des Dampfes, wobei der Dampfkühler (4) zwischen dem mechanischen Kompressor (2) und dem Trockner (3) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Dampfkühler (4) mit der Hauptleitung (1a) an einem Ort stromabwärtig des Bypasses verbunden ist.
  2. Trocknervorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, die des Weiteren Folgendes aufweist:
    ein Ventil (11, 21, 22) zum Umgehen des mechanischen Kompressors.
  3. Trocknervorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, die des Weiteren Folgendes aufweist:
    einen Elektromotor zum Antreiben des mechanischen Kompressors (2).
  4. Trocknervorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Trockner (3) ein Lufttrockner oder ein Zylindertrockner ist.
  5. Trocknervorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei
    in einer Dampfkühlerleitung, die sich von dem Dampfkühler (4) zu der Hauptleitung (1a) erstreckt, ein Dampfkühlerventil (41) angeordnet ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Trocknen von Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahnen mit den folgenden Schritten:
    Vorsehen von unter niedrigem Druck stehendem Dampf durch eine Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1),
    Erhöhen des Drucks des unter niedrigem Druck stehenden Dampfes durch einen mechanischen Kompressor (2),
    Anwenden des Dampfes von dem mechanischen Kompressor (2) in einem Trockner (3) zum Trocknen der Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahn,
    Vorsehen einer Hauptleitung (1a), die sich von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu dem Trockner (3) erstreckt,
    Vorsehen eines Bypasses, der den mechanischen Kompressor (2) umgeht, um unter niedrigem Druck stehenden Dampf von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu dem Trockner (3) zu liefern und somit das Trocknen der Papier-, Karton- oder Pulpebahn unter Verwendung des Dampfes von der Niedrigdruckdampfquelle (1) zu ermöglichen, und
    Kühlen des Dampfes durch einen Dampfkühler (4) zwischen dem mechanischen Kompressor (2) und dem Trockner (3),
    gekennzeichnet durch den folgenden Schritt
    Verbinden des Dampfkühlers (4) mit der Hauptleitung (1a) an einem Ort stromabwärtig des Bypasses.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei
    der mechanische Kompressor (2) permanent betrieben wird, wenn ein höherer Dampfdruck fortlaufend benötigt wird, und
    der mechanische Kompressor (2) lediglich zu einem bestimmten Teil der Zeit betrieben wird, wenn höherer Dampfdruck lediglich gelegentlich benötigt wird.
